So thankful that the Denver mattress store we stopped at before we made a pit stop her was uninterested in our business! The service her was outstanding. No pressure, tons of options (not just oneand just a hard working good man over all. We truly got the best mattress we could have ever asked for!! It was special ordered due to fit in our RV and delivered in a timely fashion and my boyfriend and I have slept the best weve slept in the longest of time!! Best $1000 ever spent so far!! The first place we found a rv queen with the firmness we both liked. All other rv queens 👸 we have bought so far were too thin our back hurt half way through the night. I highly recommend the slumber mattress here at show low Arizona. They are a small company not big corporation. We both would rather support small instead of large ones. The price was cheaper than the big company mattress store we compared it to. That and this mattress store told us we could get our order in faster than that of the big company mattress store we compared them to. So win win all away around for us. We greatly appreciate this business being here and open to meeting our needs. Thank you so much.

I stopped in looking for mattresses SAME DAY. I realized it probably wasn’t possible, but Garrett took exceptional care of me. He actually delivered the two mattresses to my home two hours later, on his way out of town on vacation. My girls got to sleep on real mattresses that night rather than air mattresses because Show Low Mattress came through for me and my family. If you live in Show Low or Pinetop and need a mattress, come here! They will give you a great price and excellent customer service. If I could rate them six stars, I would!

Excellent customer service, good quality mattresses with great prices and no pressure sales. This is our second mattress we have purchased from the Showlow store.UPDATE:We purchased the top of their line memory foam matress for almost $900. It has been about 8 months now and our matress sinks about 5 inches when you get on it. It has lost all of its pressure relieving qualities. We wake up every morning in worse pain than when we went to bed! We originally purchased a $200 mattress from this store that held up for about 2 years so, we decided to invest in one of their higher end mattresses (bad decision)! The mattress support started breaking down after about 3 months and continued deteriorate. The mattress continues to level out when you get off it which releases the store from any replacement obligations. I weigh 165lbs and my wife weighs 110lbs. We both have back issues so matress support is imperative for us. The store manager apologized for their mattress quality issues however they could not exchange the mattress because it was not sagging in the center when you were off the mattress (matress has to sink like 2.5 inches with no one on it). They offered to give me another mattress at their cost however, it has been about 1.5 months and the new line of mattress (Simmonshave still not arrived. When I ask for a price on this new mystical magical firm mattress that I will have to invest in again, " oh, I have no idea until it arrives in the store lol. Conclusion: these are generic no-name mattress or low end name brand. THEY WILL NOT LAST!! If you need a cheap matress for a spare bed room or you dont want your in-laws staying too long, I would say go for it but dont spend over $500 or you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a quality matress to give you a good nights rest with out waking up in pain EVERY MORNING, look for it at a quality reputable matress store other than this place. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and I have lost over $1000 playing this game. The only way to fix it is to invest more $ and roll the dice again with them. Almost sounds like a street drug commercial I saw years lol. I hope this post will save some of you money and pain from this mid evil torturing device they call a quality bed. We have decided to move on because 1/3 of your life is spent in bed and should allow the remaining 2/3 of your awake day time to be quality, not stretching and bent over in pain for the remaining day. Life is too short to be in this much pain right when you wake up ever morning. Cheers everyone and hope this helps some of you make the right decision. P.S. no punt intended towards the store manager, he seems to be a good dude just selling a sub-par product.

The Owner, Chuck, has good products, fair prices, and provided excellent service. My wife and I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying a new mattress. I would definitely buy from him again when we need a new mattress for our other bedrooms.

Chuck is super to work with and after reading his reviews we knew we could trust him. After leaving the store the first time, my wife said, even if its a little more money we are buying from him! And she is a bargain hunter. He seems honest and that is the most important thing to expect from a sales person or proprietor. We have not received our orders yet, as we are still building a vacation cabin in Pinetop and I will follow up on our experience, but so far he has been awesome. Small shop but big on service.

This is the second set of mattresses I have purchased from Show Low Mattress. There mattresses are very comfortable and always priced affordable. There is always sales going and the salesman is very friendly and helpful. I will shop here as long as I am living in Show Low.
