I had a very good lunch today. Everything was super yummy like the egg foo young and the soups I ordered. I especially liked the lobster sauce. Good place, followed special instructions and delivery was on time.

Asked for steamed shrimp and broccoli NO SAUCE....got the opposite. As well as my chicken and rice soup that was wonton instead. The egg roll? It was a rubber ball. Gross will never go back

People are always nice. Food is dependent on who makes it. Sometimes its delicious other times its inedible. Most often its mediocre. Take your chances! Its nearly impossible to find consistently good Chinese anymore.

only reason for any stars was because food tasted good. nonetheless I choked on my food bc I was so disgusted and riddled with anxiety after the way one of the owners talked to me. condescending, rude, and rushed on another level. made me feel like a moron for wanting cashews “on the side”, abd when I was forced to do takeout, didnt even give napkins or silverware in bag. literally every thing I said to this man who was taking my order was recived with contempt. disgusting

Disgusted as I watched one of the workers drop a basket of dumplings on the floor from the freezer and prentened to throw it away , thought I didn’t notice her take it back out of the trash on my way out and they put them back to be reused.

Have always enjoyed the Chinese food from this place. Food was always cooked well. Their sesame chicken is crispy, not soft and mushy.

This place has amazing food, but its the typical takeout scene. Expanding to a restaurant, they would do very well.

There must be at least 10 different Chinese takeout between my house and Shui Huen, yet I will go out of my way for their food. Prices reasonable, portions huge, and most favorable. The Won Ton soup transports me back to my childhood, complete with bok choy (when they dont run out). Anything Ive tried has been a treat. I could go for some right about now...

Anyone who wants to give any Chinese food place on long island less than 5 stars, especially this one, has obviously never attempted to get Chinese in another state. Bc if you have you would have a little more gratitude for Long Island Chinese food!! Thats all I have to say about that.

ive been coming here since i was a kid and its 100% the best Chinese food on the island! everything is super fresh and delicious. The spear ribs are 10x better than any other places!

Food is decent but my friend ordered pork egg foo young, they delivered pork lo mein. We called the place and they said "can you just eat it?" And told us "thats not what you ordered" and after about 15 minutes on the phone and being hung up on once, we had to drive up there with the food and get it refunded. I will never go to that restaurant again.

The only Chinese food place I eat. Chicken and broccoli extra spicy is good. Steamed dumplings are a go to.

Hard to find decent Chinese food on the east end, let alone good Chinese food. Finally, it has been located; I had the General Tso chicken with pork fried rice, it was amazing. They actually served pork fried rice unlike others in the area serving spanish yellow rice and trying to pass it off as Chinese food. The prices are great, the food was delicious and the service was prompt. I highly recommend the spring roll and the house duck sauce.

Good food. Shitty service. Last time I ordered from here, our food didnt show up for 2 hours. I called them after an hour and 45 mins in and I live about about 3-4 miles away... I would have just gone to pick it up or ask for them to just make another one because it couldnt still be hot but they claimed it would be there any minute each time I called for a 45 mins until it got there. I had to convince the owner that if he doesnt want to give me my meal for free, though he should had offered, I should at least get a discount. He decided he could give me 10 dollars off. The food was obviously cold when it got there. But I have them another chance cause theyve been food for years and now This time I order my food, its here in 25 mins, everythings good until I realize they didnt give me the sweet and sour sauce that comes with the cheese wantons and when I call to ask them for it. They claim it doesnt come with it and never has..... Ive been ordering food here for YEARS. the woman I talked to this time was incredibly rude and went back to look at my last order and said that since I didnt even order cheese wontons JUST that last time (ive ordered them about half of the time), then I couldnt know if the sauce comes with it and she refused to give it to me unless I wanted to buy it. I will never order for here ever again. They dont deserve my business. Theres plenty of other chinese food places, you probably shouldnt act like a dick to your customers in a saturated market.

Horrible food. Chicken is always dry, pork fried rice is just bad on all levels. Do not buy anything from here I have tried multiple meals and nothing was ever good.

This is a basic Chinese takeout place. For the type of restaurant, the food is better than average. If you want authentic food, try Chinatown.
