Applied for a manufactured home loan, I more than qualified for the house an had ample money down; ended up waiting over 3 weeks for the appraiser named Ken from guilford to show when he did he was rude to the seller and myself. I tried calling my loan officer over the situation and never received a call back in timely fashion. Abysmal experience! End result I wasnt treated as a customer of the bank I was treated as a Hassle and lost the purchase of a home for my family.
