Scott and Lana were absolutely wonderful! Our business relied on Signarama Hornsby/Thornleigh for several years and received exceptional service. Unfortunately, as soon as the new owner, Byron, took over - we were forced to cut ties, due to signage that was incorrectly installed. We were not given a chance to rectify the issue, were yelled at, then hung up on multiple times, after being told that we would have to pay for another install, to fix his mistake.As a business servicing the Pennant Hills area for over 30 years, we understand the need to provide great customer service and understand customers needs. Unfortunately, we did not see a glimpse of this in our dealings with Byron.

I highly recommend Signarama at Thornleigh. We are a local business and went to Scott who was super helpful. What we really appreciated was the fact that he was proactive in his approach and if there was a potential issue he was onto it so it didnt become a problem. I had my business cards done there and they were able to improve the layout from the graphic designer for the font to be enhanced providing a better looking business card. This was done at their own instigation.
