Best nail salon in Concord & surrounding area!

I went in to get dip and while the man was nice, he didnt listen to my concerns on how the service was being done. You trim the cuticles BEFORE applying any dip/polish, not after everything is on. Also skipped steps even though i said something. Needless to say less than 2 weeks after being there my nails were cracked and chipped. At my last place I could go 5 weeks without any of that.I will not return and waste my money.

Our appointment went well and my nails looked great after! Friendly and talented people there.

Salon is clean and the staff quite nice. I appreciate that nail instruments are freshly unwrapped for each customer. Prices are average... in keeping with other nail salons.

have been going to Signature Nails and Spa for for two years. Two weeks ago, I went to them to get my nails done with dipping powder. One of the nail technicians who was doing my nails with the nail drill cut my my skin on the right side of my nail. Over the next day, this cut turned into an itchy infection around my nail. Frustrated that nails are not cheap to have done and paying $100 everytime I go for my nails and toes for two years. I decided to go to the nail salon with reasonable expectation that I could be refunded for the cut that now turned into an infection. The nail salon owner was very rude to me when I showed her the cut and did not want to refund me any money for an injury her salon caused. I had to explain to her that as a faithful paying customer it makes sense and is reasonable for me to ask for a refund as a courtesy for the discomfort Im experiencing. She disagreed. She also told me that they couldnt take me for services anymore because of the risk of them cutting me again. She made a coward excuse that my nails are sensitive and she could not guarantee that they would not cut me again. Instead of owning that a nail tech made made an error and cut me and compensating me appropriately, Im told they can no longer help me after two years of being a customer. Well, I have the pictures of the cut and I plan to report the salon for the cut and the lack of professionalism with solving the issue.Worst salon ever.

They do an amazing job here and my acrylic nails always last for at least a weeks while working with my hands a lot

Dip nail manicure cracked not even a week after getting it. Went back to get the two nails fixed and this is how they left my nails as a finished manicure.

I went to Signature Nails after receiving a gel manicure at another nail salon and had an awful experience. The gel polish was already chipping after day two at the other place. Signature nails got me in in the morning and they did an amazing job on my nails. They really took their time and I will be coming back! Super clean and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!💞

*ZERO STARS*I have been a loyal customer for the past year, coming in once or twice a month and spending anywhere from $50-$100 each visit. At first I was so impressed. My acrylics were perfect. At my last 3 appointments, the quality of my visit AND the quality of my nails were absolutely horrible. I had brought this to their attention and they did not care, at all. I had planned for my last visit to be my last visit. I just wanted my acrylics taken off and a regular manicure, that way my nails could heal and it wasn’t really something that could be messed up, plus I had a gift card I didn’t want to go to waste. During my last visit, I was not spoken to at all. By anyone. I took my engagement ring off at the desk where my tech and I were sitting. When I was moved to the drying spot, the tech brought my things over for me (my ring, my phone and my walletI sat there for 20 minutes with my nails drying and no one told me I could get up and go, so I checked my nails myself and went over to pay, unintentionally leaving my ring behind. I left the salon at 3pm and went straight to work. Around 430pm, I realized I had forgotten my ring. I immediately called them to notify them of what I had done. Right away, I was told “nope it’s not here, you didn’t leave it here” without someone even looking for it. I explained exactly where I left it and was told that I was wrong, even though I knew I wasn’t, and was offered no support or help with this issue. Since I was at work and unable to go there myself, I called the Concord PD. They sent an officer over who spoke with them just before 7pm (the time they closed that evening.The officer called me and explained that they had told him the same thing, and that they had already offered me the opportunity to come in and look at the camera footage myself, which was an absolute lie (they never told me to come in and do that.The next morning, I notified them to tell them when I would be coming in to look at the footage since that is apparently was option. That’s when they told me “oh we found your ring this morning.” So I guess no one was going to notify me of that??? I went there immediately to get it. I was not even given an apology for the way they handled the entire situation. Not only that, but I was very put off by the way all of it played out - gaslighting me and telling me it 100% was not there until the police showed up, then all of a sudden it was there but no one reached out to tell me that. I’m fully aware that there is a chance this is the way things really happened, but I just have a strange feeling that’s not actually the case. And if it were, maybe a little bit of accountability would have been the right AND professional thing to do.I was already really disappointed, but now I am just disgusted. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone again.

I have been looking for new place and pleased that I gave this one a try! Professional service, friendly atmosphere, nails look great, manicure was gentle, reasonably priced, I will be back! Thank you.

I have been getting my nails done for years and have trouble finding the right place to go. Signature nails has been amazing and I have now been going here for over a year! I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!

This place is clean, the service is great and they always do exactly what I want. I used to willingly drive all the way to Andover, MA to get my nails done because I couldnt find any placed around here that I liked until I found this place! My nails have held up well and they did a phenomenal job. I like how they open the new supplies they are going to use right from the autoclave bags before using then. Nothing bad to say

They do a okay job. I didnt like the hand massage and neither the foot massage. It felt wierd. The kept doing the same movement over and over that didnt make any sense. I have never had this in any other place I went.And they didnt do my cuticle right.I heard a lot people recomenda this place, but maybe I got the wrong person.

I have been going to Signature Nails & Spa since I moved to the area last summer and always had a great experience. The technicians are skilled and my nails always look great. On my last visit, I got a gel manicure that started bubbling and peeling after less than a week - something that had never happened before. I contacted them and they offered to fix the problem and redo my nail polish free of charge. I am grateful for their great customer service and will continue to go to Signature for my nails. I highly recommend.

I got a fill and design, I love my nails, they came out beautiful. They were very nice, clean and professional. I had nice conversation with woman doing my nails. Great atmosphere, I was very comfortable. Great nail salon. This will be my permanent nail salon for now on. I live in Laconia, NH but service and price are perfect. They are not expensive at all. The ride is definitely worth it. I love this place and will recommend this place to everyone I know. Great job to this nail salon, keep up the great customer service💜❤️

This is the best place in Concord. Very pleasant staff that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. High quality service. Have never been disappointed in a pedicure or manicure. Price is very reasonable.

Really wonderful establishment. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The woman who did my dip nails was friendly and did an excellent job. I really appreciated her attention to detail which I dont find often at other salons. Everything was clean and sanitized. Its clear their taking the proper steps to ensure a safe experience. And prices were reasonable, $35 for dip. This will definitely be my go to place on Concord from now on and Id recommend them. They apparently came under completely new ownership at the beginning of this year so older reviews may not be accurate.

**DO NOT GO HERE**I had been to signature nails and spa in concord 2 times. The first experience was great, my technician was super friendly and did an amazing job. My second experience, although in in salon experience was great, i had to rip my brand new full set of of my nails due to contracting a fungal infection on 5/10 nails! If you value the health of your nails do not go here

Went here for the first time the other day with my little sister. Service was great and all tools were sterilized. My nails were only $40 for a full service of gel acrylics and there was a hand massage at the end.

I got an appointment right away, Tim did a great job on my nails and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

The place is super clean too.The girl that did my nails was super friendly and gentle, she only charged me $40 for tips + dip all that after spending an hour and a half on my nails!Will definitely come back😊

My experience was horrible! I went in for a soak off and I sat there for 2 hours and the whole time she kept stopping to do other people’s nail , got to the point where I was removing my own nails because she didn’t want to , then made me wait 30 minutes because someone walked in with an appointment. And still charged me for the soak off and “acetone” . She gave me no apology not once’s !

I went here on a whim and am so happy I did! The salon was clean and the nail tech gave me a fantastic pedicure and gel manicure. I had time constraints which she was very mindful of as she meticulously took care of me. So happy with this mani-pedi! This will be my go to from now on!!

This place is amazing! I have been here multiple times! They are super talented and very knowledgeable. They also take there time and actually take pride in All there work! Also the salon is always extremely clean and they always use clean and new tools. The price is extremely good too, definitely worth the service!

They did amazing work. The location was incredibly clean, new tools for each customer and separate tools for hands and feet. I paid 50+tip for one step up from a basic pedicure and a basic manicure. I will definitely be back.
