Brian is a excellent lawyer , got me a good settlement for my accident in know time.

I had Brian as my lawyer very professional did a wonderful job and kept me updated through the process. Did as much as he possibly could for my case and myself.

Unprofessional, I only dealt with a para legal after the initial consultation and one or two texts with Silverman. He sells you on the idea of hiring him and then charges you fees for everything even the paper/copies which totaled $30. There were a lot more charges. Furthermore, he explained that 1/3 of the case winning would go to him, but neglected to mention that the fees are out of your part of the money during the consultation. I found it to be a negative experience. He would also take forever to respond and like I said I had to deal with the paralegal. My recommendation to you Silverman is to have better communication and lay out the terms of the agreement and how much fees could range from starting with the lowest during the consultation, so if you get hit with over $500 in charges it will not hurt as bad because you knew it was coming.

If I could give this a negative I would haven’t gotten an update on my cast since 4/22/22 and it’s now July 06 2022. I’ve called him twice since 4/22/22 one was on June 16 2022 and the other today. Mike Silverman is a very decent and good lawyer very professional and considerate of how you are. I used Mr. Silverman for a car accident case. It was not the best case in the world. This man here in Mike Silverman help me with some illegal advice for a situation I was going through that had nothing to do with my accident he was very helpful and very considerate of what I was going through to offer to give me some free advice. This law firm is very decent and will help you when you need it. Just be patient it may take them some time to be able to answer all your questions but this man here will answer your questions.
