Skaggs Ace Hardware in Pratt County

They sold me their nuts.

They keep a good inventory and the employees are very knowledgeable.

Purchased plumbing supplies. Employees very friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and organized.

Inventory was very poor came in to buy flower pots the did not have more than two of any kind.

Good service in hardware, home needs.

Not sure who helped me but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I was looking for an item I knew they didnt have, but the man walked through the store and together we found everything I needed to complete my project. Couldnt ask for anything more in a hardware store

I went in to buy supplies and the owner was completely rude. Told me to hurry up, it was totally unnecessary. I spent 30$ and Ill never go there again!!

If you are looking for replace parts for your home. Skaggs has the best selection. Friendly knowledgeable staff is very helpful and if they do not have a part will help you find it and have it delivered to the store.

The customer service was awful. My boyfriend and handyman came in today and the women working proceeded to follow me throughout the store. Making me super uncomfortable. As they continue to insinuate that I’m a shoplifter my boyfriend hears the women talking about watching me. I understand a little apprehension towards a new customer but that was embarrassing. I would have bought more stuff if you guys wouldn’t have made me uncomfortable. I never review but this place very much disrespected me as a customer.

You wont find more helpfulness, than in this store. Be helpful to them and they will help you.

Hometown hardware store. Has lots of things to buy for the house. Really helpful staff too. Its got a housewares section, hardware, outdoor paint and even power tools. Weve found it a very handy store for projects around the house.

I needed to get a copy of an electronic vehicle key and they no longer do that. Normally everyone there is very friendly, helpful and kind and that is still the case. It never ceases to amaze me the diversity of goods that you find in a repetitively smaller sized store. An amazing resource for our small town.

If they dont have it then I go to Walmart or whoever but usually if I go to Ace Hardware to get something thats usually where I get it they usually have it

I have been a customer for years. They hire the nicest people in town and their employees seem to be happy there as they stay with them. This evening I was told will be their special time together for a Christmas party with dinner at Parish Loft. Skaggs is a favorite place. I was just in the store. Mike and Marilyn treat me great.

This place is a treasure. Old time quality service which is about impossible to find at big retailers.It never ceases to amaze me how somebody here always has an answer to help me solve my latest puzzle. And they are always courteous and kind.
