Very helpful family owned company. Being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions on the process and I felt I was given a lot of time on my transaction. I applied for a home that Mr. Kershner had available for rent with a female co-applicant. Our combined income is almost 8x the rent with good credit and yet despite all of this, were unable to get any answers to our text messages and calls despite it having been over 3 weeks since he viewed our applications. He told my co-applicant that they were looking for a family and when I called to follow up he asked me what my relationship was to my co-applicant. When I asked him why he was asking that, he hung up on me and has since refused to return my text messages or phone calls. I would not recommend him to any client as a property manager. Highly unprofessional and discriminatory.

i disagree with the reviews i have read , i rented from johnson real estate about 2 years ago and for about 6 years of renting from them it was not so good, yeah at first it seemed like a good rental agency until after renting our second place from them did they start to show their true colors like renting a place that should not be rented to anybody until fixed also adding charges so that they dont have to pay back security deposit that was supposed to go back to fixing the property witch looks the same to me, so just be careful when renting from them , remember document evey thing before moving in
