Great experience! Michael was our salesman and did a great job there was some miscommunication on what frame we thought we bought. Micheal made it right and got us what we want. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 start is because we have to wait 5 days for them to change out our frame other than that Michael was awesome we now sleep better than ever. Thanks Michael!

We shopped all over Denton looking for a Purple Hybrid mattress. Initially, we were looking at just trying out the mattress in person before buying online. David O, at sleep experts went above and beyond! If it wasn’t for him we were content finding the right mattress and buying online through Purple. While online is convenient, the experience with David lead us to buy in the store. There’s no way we can thank him enough!

I talked with Mike, and he was very helpful. He listened to me about what I was looking for and worked with me to find what would suit me best. He explained the various options and answered my questions clearly and in the way I could understand and make informed decisions. Things have changed at this time and I wont be getting a bed yet, but when I do need to do so in a few months I will go back to him to help me the best and most appropriate bed. I appreciate his taking the time to work with me even though I explained I was not sure just when I would be able to get the bed.

David O was very helpful and knowledgeable. We haven’t purchased a new mattress for 15 years and as everyone knows the technology has changed quite a bit so he let us try out many of them so we could get the one best for us!

I forget the sales ladies name but she was amazing. Just the right amount of sales persuasion and not over doing it. She went out of her way to get to the price we needed to be at and was genuinely friendly opposed to the obvious forced friendliness that some sales people use. This is the second mattress we have bought here and will continue in the future

Great job by Dave helping us out as well as my mother-in-law. He narrowed down suggestions very quickly and we were able to make decisions. The following day I had to call and work out a pickup on something and the lady that helped me was just as helpful. Great place to shop.

Overall, a great experience! Good prices, excellent selection, and Davids advice was spot-on. It was truly refreshing to find somebody that actually knew what they were talking about. And, we love our mattress!I have bought many beds over the years, but never had an experience like this. In the past I have just walked around the store, laid in several beds, and bought the one that felt best.. We were greeted by David, and since we needed some guidance, he recommended their Expert Match system. We started with the mattress recommended by David and his system, and tried a few others. We ended up liking the first one he recommended best. We certainly found cheaper mattresses when we were shopping around, but nothing of comparable quality for less money.

Super great service. David was accommodating, provided us with everything we needed, and didn’t hover. We didn’t feel pressured to make a decision at all. He really worked with us to get us the best deal and was genuinely interested in our mattress needs (posture, reflux, old injuries etc). 10/10 would buy mattress here again.

She patiently answered all of our questions, as well as giving us her business card in case we had other questions come up. This is my second purchase from Sleep Experts. This purchase was for a great mattress to accommodate back problems. Upon doing the back analysis it became clear that my current mattress wasnt providing enough support, ran too warm, and definitely didnt meet my current needs. Tessa spent lots of one-on-one time, and allowed much time for testing. Our new mattress and adjustable bed frame was delivered within two days, no more back issues!

My boyfriend and I walked in without a clue on how to make our big first mattress purchase. We are so glad we walked in on the day Tessa was working. She was so gracious and knowledgeable and she answered all questions we had. And when we told her we had to give ourselves time to talk it over she was absolutely understanding and did not pressure us. We came back to Tessa a couple of weeks later to finalize our decision. She was just as cheerful as the first time we meet her. She helped informed us about the payment options and helped us make pillow choices and I honestly couldn’t have had a better mattress buying experience anywhere else! A great place to go for a mattress upgrade. Only advice I would give to anyone before walking in is - make sure you have a budget in mind and don’t make a fast decision. Though, I think that’s good advice anywhere you go for a big purchase.
