Logan from Slumberland was very helpful. He was not pushy and did not hover over us while we shopped as they did at another furniture store we visited today. His customer service was outstanding and he was very personable! We purchased a couch and a rug today.

Said I would get a free bundle of linen with my mattress and box spring as long as it was over 599.00. Then changed it to ,as long as the mattress was 599.00. So I didnt end up getting my bundle of linen worth 100.00.

We were shopping for a large comfortable recliner for my husband. Our local Slumberland store had a Memorial Day sale. Logan showed us the great selection of recliners in stock. He is so good to work with—friendly, knowledgeable and a good listener. My husband found the chair that felt right for him. We are so blessed to have this store and the great Slumberland staff here in Mexico Missouri.

Sales people were GREAT... not constantly trying to push a sale....the staff we did meet were very diligent...helpful... knowledgeable... about all the items the store offered....prices are what one would expect during a time when most everything is costly...prices seemed to match the quality...we were in search of complete home furnishings and from what we found they are definitely the "go to" place in the Mexico mo area...they even carry a great selection of patio furniture..YAY BBQ WEATHER!!..we did not make a purchase at this time but in the very near future this place is definitely where we will buy from....... Especially the powered recliners and couches!!!..they offer for a fee delivery of products they sell.. very convenient!!...Thanks Slumberland!!!...KUDOS

Our first time in the store we were greeted by Logan Ray and after we told him what we were there for we went directly to that area. He showed us several different types of mattresses but gave us the opportunity to check them out with no bias towards brand or price. We returned the following weekend and made our selection and purchase. I only awarded 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement. We will return to this location as we replace our furnishings in the future.

We had a great salesman Michael. We did not purchase anything the first day we went as we wanted to shop around a bit. We went back and purchased the next day. The staff remebered us fron the day before. Michael was great. He was friendly, funny, personable, and answered all of our questions. There was no high pressure sales. The guy who loaded the car Marus was also very good.

Each employee was welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We appreciate the warm and friendly environment. We can’t wait to get our furniture!

My husband and I went to our local Slumberland to pick up a bed that we had bought. We ended up purchasing a couch and chair. Logan was so helpful and personable. We have purchased several items from here. They also have a mascot, a dog that is beautiful and friendly that makes it a awesome place to shop.

The very friendly salesman was very good at explaining everything about the table I was interested in ordering and answering our questions!! My only complaint would be the amount of time expected to get the furniture and that is not his fault and he let us know we could wait for a few months!! I’m just saying that is way to long!!! I’ve already paid for it and would love to have it come in earlier than several months!

We were very satisfied at the way the sales personnel showed us ideas on what we were looking for. She showed us sale items and regular priced items. We wasnt pressured and chose a sales item but changed our mind and found exactly what we wanted. She got us the best deal and we thank you for having on your team.

Was very discouraged on my hunt for a new dining table while looking online and in larger furniture stores. Went to my hometown Slumberland and was very pleasantly surprised to find a table and comfortable chairs I love! Michael was very informative and helpful in demonstrating the features of the table. Not pushy at all which can be a real turn off. Next time I need furniture I will start at Slumberland.

Logan was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. When I was undecided on a color he let me borrow a small piece of furniture for a short time to see if the color matched what I was trying to match at home. I appreciated that very much and I was able to order something that I knew would fit in with my decor.

I noticed how well he listened to our likes & preferences, which in turn, led him to show us all the designs we prefer. The floor was well-stocked. The prices are competitive, and a very accommodating delivery service is available. Our family has shopped this store for several items. It is my “go to” store for my favorite furniture pieces. Best experience I have ever had buying furniture! Great selection, quality furniture, reasonable prices, and superior service. We have bought furniture from Slumberland for about 15 years always treated well. We were treated well again, and satisfied with the prices. All the sales people we have dealt with have been very nice and helpful. The delivery people have always done a very good job of taking away the old and setting up the new very respectful of your household

Logan was great! I had been looking at a couch and chair for months trying to decide if I wanted it. He never pressured me or made me feel bad for coming in and never making a decision. I finally bought the set today and it was quick and easy. Not to mention I got a good deal too! Thanks to all those at Slumberland in Mexico that have put up with me coming in so often! Haha:)

Shortly after moving to Mexico, Mo, I went to Slumberland to furnish my apartment. The sales staff was very helpful, friendly and did not try to sell me things I did not want or need. The delivery of my furniture was done very professionally with great care of walls, doorways and the new furniture. Overall, my experience from shopping, purchasing, and the delivery of all was very pleasant and appreciated.

Great experience. Everyone greeted me and Logan and Ron were incredibly helpful. I got a great price on a super comfy couch. Looked at a couple different places before coming here. Prices are a little higher than Ashley, but quality is 1000% better. Will be getting a new bed and a couple other things soon and will definitely be back to get them.
