I live about 40 minutes away from SmartStyle but I have been known to drive the 40 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed there. They, hands down, are one of the best that Ive been too! They take extra time and care to ensure that it hurts the least bit possible. Anytime Im in the area I make sure I stop by and have my eyebrows done. I have not encountered a staff member that hasnt been unbelievably nice and personable.

Very quick in and out, didnt need an appointment and the hair stylist was very attentive and did exactly what I wanted...

Very nice barber but not a good haircut at all she didnt know how to fade at all

Took a handicapped person with me and the lady in the first booth made every excuse not to cut her hair....

My hairdresser was wonderful, made me feel very comfortable and my hair cut and style was perfect!

Got an appt the same day for my daughter with thick natural hair. She blew her hair out and straightened it. Her Dad thought she got a perm LOL.

lady cut my hair shorter than I wanted and didnt cut my hair strait it was crooked and I wont ever go back there be careful going there!! DONT!!

I started going here a couple years ago and received a great hair cut from the stylist Chakika. She spent time listening to what I wanted, kept referring to the photo I brought and gave me one of the best cuts Ive ever had. Since then, I have cut my hair short. The first time was awesome. A cute pixie cut with the sides and back doing a little flip or curl as I have naturally wavy hair. A few months back I went in for a trim. Because I already had the cut I didnt bring a pic. Chakika cut it so short and trimmed up the sides so much, I couldnt scrunch and go like I had been doing. I let it grow out a bit so I could get the cute pixie cut I had before. This time I brought her the pic again, told her I didnt like the way it was cut the last time and explained why I didnt like it. She said no problem that it needed to be cut shorter, I said that I didnt think so because she is cutting out the wave like in the pic. She said that she just going to cut a little shorter so itll last a few more weeks. She proceeded to cut my hair into a butch mans style, so short I looked like a boy. She never referred to the pic and when I told her that she didnt give me what I asked for she argued with me and said that is the same style only a little shorter. Yes, one inch of hair that I cant scrunch or do ANYTHING with. She said I needed to style it upside down. Well no amount of styling can put the hair back on my head so it flips and waves... No product can do that. They dont care, they are ignorant and rude and all about getting you in and out of there so they can rip the next person off too.

They were unprofessional. However, they did a good job with my hair.

Went in for an eyebrow wax, told her I wanted to keep it natural and keep my arch, went out looking like a hot mess, with wax remover still on my face, she didn’t even put the aloe solution on to prevent irritation. And there was wax all in my hair and eyebrows still she couldn’t get it off. And she took a chunk out of my left eyebrow, had to go home and fix it . I will not bring myself in there ever again nor would I recommend this place to anyone as far as waxing.

I went to Walmart with my friend and asked the lady working for a simple trim of my hair and bangs. My friend and I both walked away with very noticeable uneven cuts and my bangs were choppy. The lady wetted my hair but did not divide my hair which resulted in uneven ends. My friend did not even get her hair wetted by the lady and the lady did not trim my friend’s layers even though my friend requested it.I was Incredibly disappointed in how my hair was cut and had to go home and redo my ends. I could’ve done the cut better than the lady did.

Had my son go get a haircut. And he came out with uneven cuts and left razor marks around his neck.

The reason why I am rating them a one because the manager went in the computer & change my price for my style,I was told one thing & she charge me almost $20 more...suppose I didnt have the money to pay for my hair style...I went to the north Walmart

So my mom got my 3 year olds hair cut without my permission today(disrespectful as hell)....also doesnt look like anyone parted her hair before cutting it so its uneven, bangs are super short and her hair is naturally wavy so now today since its not straight anymore its shorter then it was, took 3 years to have any hair and just started being able to put it in a ponytail pissed doesnt begin to cover it.
