Oh my wish I had taken a pic she can not cut hair for women at alli headed up with bare places and was shorter on one side I went back and showed her she just got a red face I wont ever go to smart style ever again anywhere. Had to go to another shop in Emporia and she fixed it rig j t up but had to go lots short. How can someone do that and send a person out in public you better get rid of her

Staff was friendly but haircut was horrible. I never leave reviews but I had to on this one. My 5 year old son and I went in for cuts and came out shocked at the result. Paid $36 for haircuts my 5 year old could’ve done. I don’t mean that disrespectfully, just being honest.

The website will still let you make an appointment but they are closed due to a water heater issue. We have a great store here and it shouldnt take so long to get a water heater in this place. Losing business and Im sure employees, when they arent cutting hair or even open to buy product... Over an issue youd think a company could solve in a day or two. I know when I recently had to get a guy over for my own water heater, they responded within a day. Just my thoughts, no negitive Outlook on the employees at all, just feel like this store could be helped out before its too late for them.

Paula is nosey and likes to stare all the time. Before, when she was at Great Clips, Id heard she was sooo great so I went and requested her. MISTAKE!!!!! Never again did I do that. She messed up my hair pretty bad. She use to cut my sisters moms hair, but could never get it even. One side would be way longer/shorter than the other, even when she would go back and ask her to fix it. Shes a friggin joke. I wouldnt recommend using her...EVER!!!FYI... If you want a good, "simple" cut, go to YouTube and search how to do it at home. I save so much $ now and its extremely easy to do it yourself.
