I ended up coming in here after I had a bad experience at the smartstyle in monett and Meagan did a awesome job on my hair. I will definitely be back here again!

I got the worst hair cut I have ever had in my whole life. Im 50 years old! I have been crying for 2 days! I paid 21.00 but I shouldnt have paid anything! I didnt complain! I was so embarrassed and shocked! It took me until now to come to terms with this reality! Now I have to go out in public and find another hair salon that can try to fix whats been done! It will be an uncomfortable and humiliating experience! Im so angry with myself for not saying something to that woman! Im also very hurt that she would claim professionalism and then chop my hair up as bad as she did. This woman should be fired! Take it from me when I say dont go to the hair salon at Walmart in cassville unless your wanting to roll the dice and take a risk with your hair! I am so devestated!

We were spoiled today. Greeted warmly when we entered. This place was crazy BUSY. But if we were willing to wait 40 minutes they could squeeze us in. DEAL. After some Walmart shopping it was our turn. We got Megan. Even crazy busy she makes sure you are treated like the only customer in her day. Megan know how to spoil customers. AND Megan does an amazing job cutting your hair and waxing upper lip and brows. Megan listens to your haircut desires and took her time to cut it right. Megan cared to do this right 1st time. Now I know why it was so busy ... they know how to cut hair and treat like special too.

Norma is so sweet and she did a wonderful job on my hair. It takes me 35 minutes to get to her and it doesn’t bother me a bit. I always leave the salon with a super cute haircut. Thank you, Norma!

I went in to get a trim and color and someone messedy hair up pretty bad. Meagan the manager went out of her way to come all the way back to work to fix my hair. Not to mention it was after hours. She was understanding and actually cared about how upset I was.I definitely recommend her! She is the absolute best I have been to!

Norma did a wonderful job on not only my hair, but my brothers as well. We were very happy with the outcome! While I got a shampoo and cut, my brother got a buzz on the sides. The price between the two of us was roughly $40. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing.

I had Meagan Meier and she did amazing work and her personality was awesome . She took her time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much Meagan. I will be coming back and bringing my family.

Meagan was amazing! I got a terrible bleach job at a different salon and Meagan spent her entire day fixing it, being so precise to make sure everything was perfect! She’s so nice and great at what she does!

So unhappy paid 236.00 for a hack job. Look at my hair, it was supposed to be mostly blonde… nope! And I was made not to look at my hair during the process so it would be a surprise she even cover my face with a towel. So NOT happy wish I could get my hair redone by a professional who knows how to do hair right and not over price you! Wish I could get some of my money back,PLUS she spent 4 hours on my hair!!!! Not good!!! My head is hurting so bad and my neck!

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to get my hair cut. So I decided to give SmartStyle Hair Salon a try. When I walked in I noticed how clean and organized everything was. Sam, the hair stylist that cut my hair, was very polite, professional, and helpful. She made me feel right at home and did a terrific job. Would I go back again? Absolutely! 10 out of 10 would reccomend.

I have went to adrian for about a year or so and have never left unhappy She is doing a process on my hair right now to go to my natural gray and I love it. She has always done an amazing job with my hair. I will continue to go to her in the future.

I got a really bad haircut I went for a "trim" and they gave me a mullet.... Im so devastated. My hair is so uneven. I cried when I got home it looks so ugly. The girl who cut my hair was so mean to me.
