Madi was so nice and did a great job despite the comments from the older stylist that was also working. My cut was what I asked for. She did great with my eyebrows. Almost no pain.

My wife went in for a blonde balayage and paid $200 for it only for her hair to be darkened. Hayley refused to give a refund and refused to fix it. Hayley also refused to schedule my mother and nephew for a haircut at that point in time saying “Not till 4” in a very rude and disrespectful manner but had no one she was taking care of. I will never go back to this place again with such rude customer service and complete lack of correcting their failures. If I could give a zero star I would. **Despite the response from the “owners” I still refuse to return and have found a new hair stylist that actually charges less and does better work. Want to win me over and atleast give you a 3 star review? Give my wife the $200 back or replace the manager. I won’t tolerate that unprofessional behavior and treatment of my wife and family.**

OOOO yall!! I went in with an idea for my hair and I wasnt sure if I was going to properly be able to portray to the stylist exactly what I wanted because I didnt have any pictures to really go by. I showed my stylist a picture that sort of resembled what I wanted and explained it to her further and she did NOT disappoint! It turned out BEAUTIFUL! My hair is dark so the blonde isnt quite as light as we want it yet but she wants to take care of my hair and I appreciate that so much because I am hard enough on it as it is. We did blonde all the way around my hair line and then black on the rest. I dont have a very good before picture but my hair is naturally a darker brown. While I was there I watched a couple other stylists and watched several people get beautiful hair cuts and colors. This is the only Salon Ive been to for the past 6 years and every time I go no matter who is there I always leave happy. I also loved the fact that they kind of consult with each other about hair. They arent afraid to bounce ideas off each other and that is amazing to me. Its nice to know Im getting the best care and Im going to look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside every time I leave the salon. I highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting to change their hair in any way.

Dont go!!! It took me 7 hours to get a fuzzy perm and SCALPED. ITS NEVER TAKEN OVER 3 HOURS FOR A PERM, CUT AND STYLE.BESIDES THEY DIDNT TELL ME, BUT MY HAIR CUT WAS EXTRA AND NO STYLE.THE HAIR CUT WAS NO A MASTER CUT, S NEW STYLIST COULD OF DONE BETTER.

I really enjoy going to smart style salon. I have been going to Hayley specifically for probably about 5 years plus now. I’ve have anything from a simple trim and style, brow waxing, different color services from highlights to all over darker colors. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. My hair has always turned out so great and Hayley is always so helpful when it comes to picking out hair products for my specific needs at the time without feeling pressured into purchasing things. She gives me her honest opinions on what I’m interested in and we go from there to choose the best option. Not only does she have awesome skills and always makes my hair look great but she gives me good education and advice on things to do to keep my hair looking good and healthy. All the girls bring something great too the table along with a lot of experience. I will continue to use their services!

Got a hair cut today Taylor did a great job. I love all the girls in there they have all done my hair and always done a fantastic job. If you are looking for a perm Emily is your girl she does an Excellent job. Always my go to salon.

Went in for balyage by Hayley. Walked out with my hair the exact same brassy “blonde” I walked in with. My hair does lighten and so imagine my shock when I look at me before and after and the shade of my hair is the same if not darker. Over charged for this service when I go to a different salon and get correct results for less. Do not use this salon for hair color.

The ladies in there are fantastic, Hayley is who I go to every time. She has a great, outgoing, bubbley personality and she is honest with you. I have only trusted Hayley with my hair and have been seeing her for years. Anytime I need anything I go to her and she is able to get me in when needed. She helps suggesting products when those are needed for what’s going on at that time. All the other girls in there are friendly and helpful as well!

Booked a apt online and got a haircut today with Hayley. I have been in and out of places several years and always at one time or another had a bad experience or bad haircut. I have had Hayley cutting my hair for over a year now and I have never had a haircut or style I didnt like. She is a amazing person and stylist. She is by far the best stylist I have ever had.

Haylee is amazing and I will always go to her if my girls or myself need a haircut. I never have any idea what I want to do when I want to change things up and she is great with advise and tips for what would work with my hair. Plus, you can’t beat the prices!

Haylee gave me a good cut and color. Place is clean and staff were masked. I have been a customer of Haylees for a few years and always been happy with my results.

I stopped in to get a quick cut, which is usually a 2 with clippers, and they said they could not get to me until about 4pm. This was about 230pm. Since when did Smart Style start taking appointments and there were two stylist and no customers at that moment. I shopped for other items, then as I left 30 mins later, the two stylist were sitting visiting with one another and still no customers. So why did I need to wait until 4pm?

I wont go back. Paid $100 for my hair and it looked nothing like what I showed the girl. Then my colors blended together called to talk to manager said that it happens. my roots are showing horribly

Was not happy with the girl that did my hair. I explained how I wanted it and said I wanted to grow my hair long. Ended a lot shorter all the way around. Paid extra for her to style it and I left and put my Hat back on. Her name was Taylor. I usually dont like to post these things, but when I explain, in detail how to cut my hair and she said ok.??

The process itself seemed a bit rushed. A decent job, but was in need of a haircut, so not terrible. I would recommend this place if youre in a crunch and need to get it done.On the plus side, they do a good job on childrens trims.

All the girls are inexperienced except the manager maybe. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR PEOPLE! Unless you have long hair and just need a trim I wouldnt even bother with this place! Go to Tendies Salon way better loads more experienced!

The hair was ok. But the stylest got red hair color all over my daughters brand new hoodie and simply ruined it. Then tried to insinuate it was my daughters fault ?? She showed little if any concern. Not very professional.

I went in for a trim today at my local Smart Style in Mexico mo. Told the stylist that I wanted a trim. My hair was past the middle of my back and she cut it all the way to my shoulders. Used only one tool the entire time so it looks extremely choppy. The wholle process lasted no more than ten minutes which felt very rushed to me. Will not be going back ever again and warning all my friends as well. Total waste of my money.

Came in about 730 had my son ask if they had time to cut his hair they said it would be a few minutes. So I pulled my cart over by the seats and went back over to counter someone else was there. She came to counter told them five minutes then told me 15 to 20?she just told my son a few mins. This is the first bad service I have had from there. When I told her we were there first she said there was nothing she could do. Wont be going back as we go there all the time.

I writing for a gentleman that I take care of. He went to your Salon early this afternoon to get a haircut. This man was charged $25.00 for a haircut and a beard/bang trim when all he wanted was a haircut. This gentleman was not told AHEAD of time that the beard/bang trim would be an EXTRA charge. This man is on a VERY LIMITED INCOME and because this person (Kristendid not tell him, he will have to wait until the end of the month to get any money since this ONE haircut was so expensive for him WITHOUT telling him how much the price would be. SHAME ON YOU---when someone asks for something that is an EXTRA COST YOU SHOULD MAKE THEM AWARE of the extra expense so they can decide if they want to pay the extra money out.
