My burger and shake were tasty. Service was good, normal wait time for the food. Servers were courteous. Atmosphere consistent with burger joint. A bit pricy...$33 for two shakes, two burgers and one fry.

Love this place! Yes I know its just a burger joint, but its not, its a taste of the Boardwalk without having to take the 45 minute ride. Sometimes an incredible tasty burger piled high with toppings of your choice is exactly what you need. Absolutely out does any of the chain places by leaps and bounds. The Boardwalk fries although not quite Thrashers they are damn close. The soft serve in my opinion rivals that of Dumsers. Smooth creamy and delicious. That being said I would like to see them add Snickers to their toppings. Hello! if your listening!! On top of all that, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We had lunch and a shake which was very good. Only issue was a worker was directed to mop the floor near where we and others were dining. We had to tip toe out on a wet floor.

Oh boy. This is a happening place. The team here is serious about food and it shows in their products and service to the customers.I have passed by a few time before on my way to the beach - I will not fail to stop again! Excellent selection of drive-in style foods like chili dogs and burgers, but also chicken sandwich and other more complicated items to fill your belly.Milkshakes are awesome here. There were so many good looking ice cream flavors I felt sad I could not try them all.Drive-thru was busy the whole time I was there. The bathroom is clean too. The whole place is well run. Thanks for the snack!

Great smash burger, fries crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Nice spot along the highway with friendly staff.

Best burgers and fries around, and the sausage with fried peppers and onions is legit. Good shakes, too. And good prices.Why go to burger king when you can get this?

Best burger ever. Got the bulldog burger. Burger with a grilled hotdog on it. Great homemade ice cream. Many flavors to choose from.

Went here with my wife and daughter. My daughter and I both got burgers and my wife got a hot dog. She said it’s one of the best hot dogs she’s had. The burger was pretty big so a single was plenty for me. The burgers were good too. The only negative was we found the fries to be a little undercooked. My wife was ok with them but my daughter and I would have liked them to be cooked just a bit longer. We’ll definitely be back though and look forward to trying the other items on the menu especially the ice cream.

Stopped here halfway through a long drive, hungry for a burger and was not disappointed. The burger was good! I recommend getting the “smash sauce” on it. Fries were just okay.

I purchased a small ice cream cup. It is supposed to be 3 scoops. I named 2 flavors he only gave me 2 scoops. It will be a long time before I go back there. Very disappointed!

Some things little pricey but love there menu and food. excellent service and everyone treats you with respect. Definitely will be going back. Good job guys and gals. 👍👍

I wanted one thing. A chocolate milkshake. Instead I got chocolate milk. It was $7, not worth it. Only realized until I got home. Otherwise I would turn back and ask for my money. Otherwise customer service was very good.

The lady with glasses and brown hair was very very unkind she got smart with black people and the tenders was very salty I have high blood pressure it was too salty the fries was the same way its a no for me the black people she got smart with was they majors daughter from another state they will not be coming back here

Its delicious. I swear they have the best burgers in Delaware. I was just there today. Its still awesome.

After having dinner at Laurel Pizzeria, in Laurel DE, we went around the corner to Smash N Dash to get ice cream for dessert.It was a great decision!Homemade ice cream is the headliner there but burgers and fries are also big hits.Word of advice, order small as the portions are more than generous.Rich and creamy and an array of flavors makes this place one to go out your of way for.

I had a chili cheese dog and a banana split and it was delicious and people are always very friendly

The food was great my only problem was they didnt do a split payment

I havent been to this place in over 40 years and its under new owners since it was a Tastee Freeze. Place was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Large menu of comfort food and treats. I got the Bulldog Burger and fries and it was delicious! Their "secret sauce" and fresh ground beef made this burger a cut above regular Fast Food. Fast turnaround time, lots of condiments made for a great experience at a reasonable price. Ill definitely be back.

Beware when you order your food, menu to order from says $6.99 for hand dipped milk shake but when they ring you up it comes up $7.99. I didn’t catch it until I paid and brought it to the manager and he refunded me my money. I asked him why he doesn’t fix the prices on the screen and he said the guy retired that does the screen blah blah blah. I told him he needed to let his customers know that the menu has the wrong prices.How many people don’t catch that and they are screwing people out of there money. Bad business!!!!

Delicious food, Friendly staff and fast service what more could you ask for! Prices are great especially for the food quality and quantity,I have paid a lot more for sub par food from "fast food" places skip the chain and go to smash and dash.

The burgers were pretty good. Love the fries. A lot of young people working there so the service could have been better. My co worker got chili cheese fries and it was literally dripping out of the container. So they have a few things to work on but I would definitely give them a shot if youre in the area.

I found this place in Google Maps and I love trying out ice cream from different places. Unfortunately, the milk used to make the homemade ice cream is not from free range cows. The employees are very professional and helpful. I stopped by the restroom after I ordered the peanut butter cookies with peanut butter swirl ice cream. When I stepped out of the restroom, the employee handed me the paper bag and said that Im going to need some napkins. I got a few napkins and headed to my car where my pups are waiting. I opened the bag, and to my surprise, they wrapped the ice cream sandwich like a burger 😁😄🤣. When I unwrapped it, and now I know why the employee suggested napkins. 🤣😋 messy!! I got fork and have a tray in the car thank goodness!! The cookies and ice cream were delicious! Too bad they are not free range, or I would swing by on my way home to get home to take home.

Wow everything on the menu is very good if not excellent. I couldnt stop eating their food its that good. You have get here and try it. The price is good also.

Do yourself a favor and grab what may very well be the best burger in the East Side of the Bridge... Excellent and friendly service, great ice cream, innovative menu options, and really solid French fries just hammer home the "gotta-have-it" aspects. Seriously, go get yourself a burger. Life is tough and you deserve it.

Best place to get food and ice cream. The boardwalk fries are amazing. I come and get the nuggets cause I believe they are way better than McDonald’s. It’s my go to place to get fast food.

I stop here once a week when I go North from Salisbury. Literally THE BEST burger I have ever had! I just go down the menu each week and have never been disapointed. They are huge, juicy, tasty, and have the right amount of toppings. Maybe add napkins to the window orders...

Tried this place for the first time today and it was so good! Fries were hot and crispy like boardwalk fries should be. Burgers were outstanding. We were also impressed that we received sit down restaurant style food from the drive thru without having to wait too long. We will be back!

Wow this place has great food. The restaurant is nice and clean, the service is excellent, and the food is outstanding. If you need them to bring your meal to your vehicle they will. You can give the staff special instructions on how you want your meal prepared, and theyll get it right. They make their own ice cream, and their milk shakes are to die for. The only complaint that I have, is that they only have one location lol.

The burger is good. This is about the 10th time I’ve eaten there with the same issue. When you order fries over half of them are these little inch long pieces.

Well, I think this place was talked up by a local. So I couldnt wait to taste the menu. So I went and was attended to through the drive through quickly and without any issues. The young girls that took my order were professional, personable and respectful. But, when I got my meal Bacon, Cheese Burger there was no accouterments in the bag and I had to ask for them. I was so excited to get my boardwalk fries that I dug into them before pulling off and was not at all moved. They looked like Thrashers Boardwalk fries, but they were no Thrashers a matter of fact they were light, overcooked and deflated. Thrasher fries are hardy and long. My burger though more than a mouth full was lack luster too! It was missing something. I narrowed it down to the beefy taste! I was eating a burger that didnt taste like a burger at all. Maybe the beef was cooked right out of it, so as all I tasted was the pickles, mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup. This was disappointing meal . I so wanted to enjoy a Whataburger like taste and was left with No Smash, but a dash! I respect the employees willingness to work and serve, but Smash N Dash may need better food distributors to live up to "Smash" in their business name.

We noticed this place while driving home from the beach and decided to give it a try. So glad we did because the food was amazing!!! I had the Carolina Dog which was fantastic and my daughter had a burger which she said was every bit as good as Five Guys! We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!!

An outstanding made to order burgers and hot dog place (local business, not a franchise!). Fast food but with much better quality ingredients and service. Oh yeah, the boardwalk style fries (always fresh!were great too. Smash and Dash is now one of our new favorites when camping in nearby Trap Pond State Park. Turn right off of Rt 24 W in to Rt 13 N. Just a few miles up on your left. Definitely worth your visit.

Only got the ice cream here which most of it is home made/ handcrafted. Very good! Mostly just stopped here because of the name!

Great food and great service. Started off with some nachos but the chili tasted a bit burnt to me so my boyfriend ate them. We both got bigger combos, my boyfriend got the bulldog with bacon and egg added and I got the Texas burger with cheese fries. For dessert we shared a banana split, would not get the pineapple on the ice cream next time but it was all very good.

Loved it!! Great tasting fresh burgers with plenty of fixings. Fries were very good too and the service was great. My fiance got a strawberry banana shake that was INCREDIBLE!! Big chunks of fresh berries and banana blended into the shake just like we would make at home. This is a family owned business and the difference between this and a fast food chain or franchise is the food and the service at Smash & Dash is a 1000 times BETTER!! Cant wait to go again!!

Good service, good food for fast food, and truly excellent ice cream. I have been here twice now and would happily go back, particularly for some of that homemade ice cream. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and lettuce, fries, and a large blueberry banana shake. The shake was my favorite part. A truly delightful experience. The grilled chicken was much better than expected.The place also has a really fun atmosphere. The decor is amusing and tasteful.

This is my second time eating here and I have to say the customer service is outstanding. The burger is made fresh.The meat is well portioned. I have walked away completely satisfied. So much so I havent been able to try the ice cream yet. I did however have a shake and bi it was nice and thick. The entire meal.The inside was clean and I actually saw the cashier wash/sanitize his hands before serving my food.Thats a big deal with me 🙂.So If you come to the area you need to stop by and enjoy a good meal.

Very good burger and fries. I was surprised how good the special smash sauce was. The ground beef was definitely not frozen and it was quite juicy. A decent size of fries that came with the meal too. Price is Right and the place was clean and pleasant.

I go there for the first time drive thru and it wasnt what I expected for a $10 meal. We drive up asking for a regular number 1 with french fries, burger, and a Pepsi. First off I ask for a large Pepsi, and I get a small... not only that, I told the lady who was taking my order that I wanted lettuce and tomatoes. She said ok, but when I was about to complete my order, she asked again if I wanted lettuce and I said yes. That wasnt the bad part... we drive up to the window and I wait 15 mins for a burger with no lettuce on it... Not only that, the burger looks like a pancake and seems that they were backed up and smushed the burger so it could cook faster... Id rather go to McDonalds lmao

I have seen these stores start appearing along my drive to Maryland and figured I had to stop and try it out. Everything looked really good, but the food was subpar at best. The bun tasted like the cardboard box it was probably shipped in. I probably wont go again.
