Smile A Bit Dental - Port Jervis in Pike County

Honestly, the first visit I had, they never me toned anything g about cavities (I was in a rough spot without insurance for a year and a half. The second visit, was for a broken tooth, said I had cavities out the wazoo. A total of almost $500 out of pocket to fix my teeth, and its horrible. One tooth was worked on that didnt need it, is now sensitive and pretty much hallow, the other fixed areas are chipping away, possibly have to find another dentist and spend more money to see if its done right. My s/o has a similar problem with these issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED CAVITY FILLINGS!!!

These were great and treated me well at first. But once they found out more work was needed from my insurance, they called me before my next appointment and told me my insurance wasnt valid. I called insurance company and the insurance company put us on three way told them everything was fine,they still insisted that my insurance wasnt valid. Called another dentist in the same network and made an appointment for 2 days later. They said my insurance was fine. Shady business period. Dont trust them. H.Knight

they refused to do a simple job of fixing a filling that fell out, they said that they filed a preauthorization form with my insurance that was not true, they tried to force on me a bunch of unnecessary work I did not ask for, in other words, they blew me off because it was not profitable for them to work with me... looking for an other dentist... everything for profit, nothing for the patient.

My son has always been terrified of dentists and doctors in general, but he absolutely enjoyed his time with the dentist.. I usually bring my children to their appointments but this time my husband brought him and even he said what a great experience he had their... knowledgeable, patient and very kids friendly staff. Thank you!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dawn during my cleaning, she did a great job and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Horrible patient handling, did nothing for me and my pain! Had to call four times Over a months time just to get them to fax a referral that I HAD TO GET AND SEARCH FOR, because knowing what my insurance was and gives me a list of a bunch of surgeons I cannot even go to! So unhappy and in so much pain still and they could of cAred less but of course happy to charge for bunch of xrays as always to do nothing

This whole office and team is so amazing. They are very kind and so helpful. I love them! They keep you as comfortable as possible when it comes to pain!

Wow. I usually hate going to the dentist, but this place is amazing. The whole staff was kind, respectful, funny and they even prioritize their patients over profit. I loved going here.The dentist was really friendly and informative. He explained everything very clearly so I felt comfortable. I feel like the staff are happy to go to work and very passionate about helping people. Lots of feel good vibes here.I highly recommend this place for all your dentistry needs. It was a long drive to get there, but so worth it! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I no longer hate going to the dentist, because they made it such a funny and comfortable experience =)

Always nice, caring and helpful. Not a soul in my family is ever nervous to come see this wonderful staff. Thats including 4 kids ranging from 3 yrs to 14 yrs. Highly recommend!

Great staff! Everyone is so patient and they are great with children.

Friendly staff, easy to make appointments, explain what they are doing. They dont make you feel like a number and a factory, nice and cozy. They dont seemed rushed.

I went to smile zone last week as a new patient and was completely satisfied from the moment I booked my appointment. The staff is helpful, welcoming and professional. The hygienist was gentle and theral. The Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable, over all I was extremely pleased and will absolutely recommend this dental office.
