Called to ask about transferring a prescription and was placed on a 15 minute hold. When I asked what the after insurance cost would be I was told that they could not / would not tell me until I transferred the prescription to them because "everyones insurance is different." Since my insurance is very very common I asked what an existing customer with this insurance would pay for this prescription, and again was told that they would not provide a price, but if I would transfer the Rx to them they would call me back.

I used to go to Smilths on a regular basis until they started to get my medicine mixed up with another persons who name was almost identical. The last time I went there it seemed as if they blamed me. That is why it was the last time.
