When it comes to choosing an effective body worker for myself, I have extremely high requirements I don’t deviate from. It is my body and energy after all and I don’t let just any practitioner treat me. Rebecca is a profoundly gifted somatic therapist and exceeded my expectations! Without me indicating the areas of discomfort I was experiencing in my body, she intuitively knew and went right to the spots. Her ability to tap in and transmute pain into a full release and transformation, is extraordinary. To top it all, her sense of humor is a true tonic for the soul!

Rebecca was nurturing and attentive. While massaging specific areas of my body, she guided me through a purposeful meditation with a focus on sensations and visualizations to resolve blockages. This was my first time doing any kind of energy work. It is very subtle so you have to be really in touch with yourself to really be able to identify anything taking place. We worked a lot on my throat and neck, my main area of concern, and the next day I woke up and threw up. I hadnt thrown up in 11 years, and I know Rebecca facilitated this purge. The whole experience made me feel understood, grounded, and lighter.

Rebecca is amazing. The first time I saw her was for a much needed standard massage. Because of her collaborative approach she was able to focus her attention on the parts of my body that needed the most attention. The second time was a combo reiki and massage. Ive never had reiki, but I knew that my energy was stuck. She helped to get it moving and provided me with tips and recommendations on how I can do it on my own.
