It really surprises me that this location has a current 3.9 star rating. If I could give 0 stars I would. I kept giving them another try time after time. Today was the last time. Rude, slow, and order comes out wrong every time.

Tried to order online and it was down. When asked if they would honor the online app was told "we have no control of the app.". On other occasions we have left because we waited over 5min to order.

Well to start the app wont work so you drive there to order and they mess up the order, and apparently on 1/2 price hamburger days you have to REQUEST it to be half off even though they advertise it after 5 on Tuesday... how do you forget to put the chili and cheese on a foot long chili cheese dog... and send out cold cheese sticks... Last 3 times the order has been wrong... If 0 stars was an option it would be that... SONIC IS PATHETIC IN PARSONS!!! Very Disappointing !!!

Have eaten at several Sonic restaurants, and this is one of the better ones I have been to. Everything I have had so far has been real good!!

We got our food quickly on NYE and our large order was 100% correct.

Parsons location was a mess....my sweet tea tasted like it was old and moldy. Cheese bites were over cooked and car hop looked like a homeless kid. Not a good experience.

Ordered on the app for a 10 minute pickup. Plenty of time I thought. Waited after arriving. Was slow, but was 1/2 price cheeseburger night. But then order wrong. Of course found out at home.

First our order was simple. A #3 with fries and rootbeer, and a #1 with tatertots spite and no onion. We pay for the order went home and found only one sandwich. My mother inlaw wanted us to get her some food now that we had to come back for our 2nd sandwich we paid for but was missing. So we get there. Tell them what happened and they added it to our new order free of charge. High is fine except the missing burger they finally gave us had onions.....also the new order was cheese burgers with no mustard. My mother inlaw can taste the mustard they just tried to whipe it off. Completely unacceptable. So any future trips to sonic Im gonna have to not only check my back to make sure all good is there but I gotta open the sandwich before I eat it to make sure it has all modifications paid for.

Waited 20 mins in stall after pushing button. Watched them sit lounging on counters talking to one another completely ignoring me. Watched 5 people who pulled in after me get rung up as well. Horrible experience so just left and wont be coming back

Usually my Sonic Drive-in is a great place. Great food and the app is amazing, but with the shortage of workers, it has been chaotic. Stalls closed because of not enough help, food taking longer to come out because of not having enough help. We need to get our world back to people working instead of claiming all this unemployment. Sonic is a great place, and even with a wait, I will still support my local Sonic Drive-in. Thank you workers for all you do! Keep up the great job!

I ordered drinks today and all of them were messed up. this is the 4th time in a row! what is happening to sonic? something needs to change quick

I was so impressed with this Sonic! We ordered a ton of food. Everything was hot, everything was accurate, it was yummy and all condiments were in the bag... everyone was so friendly. I was a carhop for 4 years in high school and first year of college in a bigger city.. I have left only a few reviews in my entire 40 years of life. This crew today deserves a little praise! Keep it up!

Carhops need to show alittle more concern for the customer. If yall are out of big patty meat, and you are supposed to come ask what we want to replace, do not just hand us our food and walk away.

The hamburgers were Fing fantastic. My grandma said the vanilla shakes are better at Sonic versus braums. So I guess the verdict is in on that one!

Chicken tenders and toast was hard. Asked for ketchup and omit gravy. No ketchup was given. So had to push button and tell them I didnt get any ketchup. Took them 5 minutes to bring it out and food got cold. Never eating there again.

I get sick everytime I eat here. Idk why everytime I eat in Parsons I get sick from the food. Sonic is just about as bad as McDonalds. It doesnt matter what I eat, I get sick from them. But Pittsburgs location I never get sick.

Dont Make any changes to your order at the Parsons Ks sonic, it takes 15 buck for 100 girl to eat a burger and a shake and to feed my dog popcorn chicken , wow

Old style burger joint with the computer screens technology including an online ordering app. The food is novel, well-cooked, and delivered promptly by the carhops. But, the service is good. The food is delivered to the car. This is an establishment that has been in business since the 60s. The roller skates are gone.

Parsons Kansas sonic is the best Ive ever been to, food is always hot and the sodas are good Ive been eating at sonics in alot of states and cities, but this small town has them beat.

I always get excellent service here & I always give the carhops a tip! They dont make much so the tips help, & they remember those who tip & try harder to keep them happy.

The best sonic location I have ever eaten at my burger was perfect fresh still steaming hot and the carhop lady even came by a couple times to make sure I didn’t need anything.best sonic in Kansas

Sonic has always been my favorite fast food place for a long time. Now Ill be going back there probably alot more again since I wont be to far away. But yes I have always enjoy sonic. They have one of the best menu of food you could ask for.

Didnt buy the $.99 special on chili and cheese coneys, $2.19 +tax. They were a soggy mess and not much chili. Wonder what the Special comes out like. The order was to go, and the guy that brought it was accommodating.

Today they get a one from me. I went there today a little before 11. When I pulled in there was 3 cars on one side and none on the side I parked on. I ordered and Freddie took my order. I waited and waited finally saw 4 workers go back in from there smoke break. I waited some more and watched my whole side fill with cars. I finally gave up and rang in an told them to cancel my order and I would just go somewhere else. Dident get a sorry or nothing so I left. I will sure be rethinking sonic.

Had the porktender special--out of this world!!a bit pricey to feed all three of us but was very happy with the service and our meals. Definitely go back

Im not a big fan of Sonic food, and I think it is way to expensive. But they have a great variety of drinks and slushes. Overpriced unless its happy hour. And I love the ice cream. I recently tried to eat the pretzel and it was rock hard. I couldnt even chew it. And the cheese sauce was nasty. Definitely not priced Right for their kind of food.

After eating 2000 calories of raw coconut oil being stranded in the wilderness, I needed some good chicken to bring me back to homeostasis.Arriving at this Sonic, they had the best spirited people Ive seen at a restaurant.I believe my guy was named Carson, but taller skinnier guy with brown hair - there was also a blonde hair guy and brown hair girl working inside that looked very joyful.My professional opinion is they all deserve raises.Thank you Jesus I may survive the coconut oil.I could not determine if they were on roller skates or not, even though it was only 25°F.

Friendly and speedy service. We stayed there and ate our meal. As we were eating we realized we were missing one order of fries. We called in on speaker, told them what happened and they immediately brought them out. No questions asked!! Thank you Sonic!

Fast and friendly service. The food is usually really good except on the weekends. Same as everywhere else; the weekend crews are never as good. My major qualms with Sonic is their prices are high and they have nearly no healthy options.

Theres usually something wrong with the order. Youre burger maybe hot but your fries will be cold your fries maybe hot but your burger will be cold they just cant get it all together.

Weve always gotten very good service here! Car hops are friendly, and the courtesy tray is brought out much more frequently than most sonics Ive been to. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the wait is a little bit long, but all in all, usually a really good experience!

Sonic had great deals and specials, as well as drinks. However, be diligent when ordering your good with cheese only our without other condiments because occasionally they get it wrong. Other than that, its a great place to eat.
