Next time instead of putting up signs everywhere but the stall you saw my family pull up, think maybe you could maybe let us know your outta ice cream before ripping us for almost $50...money which we are still waiting to be reimbursed for.

First ever done in Sonic I have ever seen! Stopped in for a drink and snack, I was shocked to see that they had a small dining room.

First time we’d ever seen a sonic that had an Indoor eating area. We decided to give it a try instead of driving on to Wichita. Bad choice. When we walked in one of the four menu screens was blank. I told the counter help I couldn’t see any hamburgers. She turned around and saw the blank screen and told me she had 123 and four. Whatever the hell that meant. Then she just stood there. Our only choice was to go back outside and read the menu on the drive up monitors. Needless to say with that kind of pathetic assistance we decided to go on down the road. SMDH

This was the first sonic i have ever been to that had indoor seating and maybe that’s for good reason. The inside was kinda dirty. The tables needed to be wiped down and the floor needed to be moped. The bathrooms were surprisingly very nice and clean, compared to the dining area. The workers sometimes were oblivious to the people waiting at the counter

Was puking 2 ways, for 2 days after the meal. Was it the chili cheese tots? -the chili out dated maybe? Used the same chili for the past month? Or, was it the chicken thats sittin under the heat lamp for the past 4 hours Dont know.... 🤔

Had bacon cheese burger and onion rings very delicious and of course a route 44 drink!

Not very helpful ordering. Took forever just to get a drink. & I was the only customer there.

Ordered a cherry cheesecake shake. Didnt have any cheesecake in it. I was very surprised by that.

Worst experience. Got the total $6.42 after I ordered. Waited 30 mins in drive thru to get 3 drinks and a Coney dog. At the window the total was $10.42. When I asked about it she said I must have heard wrong. Terrible customer service.

The service is incredibly slow. I order ahead on the app and still wait 10-15 minutes for a drink. This is totally unacceptable. It is certainly not up to sonic standards.

The Sonic Drive-In at Kingman, KS has really gone down hill. The food isnt fresh, the service is slow, and the staff almost always forgets something or makes your order wrong. Then if you press the red button to get what youre missing or get your order fixed you can pretty much guarantee to wait another twenty minutes for them to correct it.

Stopped in on our way through for some breakfast and the girl on the mic was very short with me and unfriendly to say the least. I ordered combo meals and did not get the sides with them, when bringing this to her attention she sighed real loud and said you didnt tell me you wanted them! So if you say you want them now that is $4.99. Will not be returning here, I dont understand why people work in customer serving positions when they cant treat people decent.

This store was so slow.Rediculas.But thats not my reports "Hot Topic".That would be the?Sewage Drain¿ that runs thur the drive thru lane around the back of the building.The fact that we were waiting so long in the heat of the day for two route 44 Dr. Peppers that we noticed the smell, rolled our windows back up, could still smell it inside this dirty farm truck pulling our ripe ole` cattle trailor well Enough that we deciphered that the drainage Coming from the building underneath of us, running into the privacy fence was in fact the distinct odor of urine, people pee to be exact.Hopefully someone has brought the situation to the attention Of the individuals who can remedy this.After all you dont wanna be a slow restaurant and have a mess like that sitting right in front of Your customer impatiently waiting for the order.We didnt care for it, not one bit.Nobody wouldAnd furthermore, It wouldnt hurt to pick up the trash in AND AROUND YOUR PARKING SPACE.Good day.

So I try really hard not at o leave a review unless it positive but since I paid for my drink but left before I received this seems warranted. The idea of “Fast Food” is not understood at this mis managed location do not stop here if you have any where to be. Not sure how long it takes but after 10 minutes and a drink order I left.

Ive visited Sonic several times over the last month. Their quality of service and of the food have severally declined. My order is hardly ever right.

Eh got one burger wrong but no big deal had a large order it happens, service was still great far better the 4th Street Sonic in Hutchinson ks. Cant go their without half the order missing. I think the other half ends up in the same place half my socks end up disappearing to because their always oblivious to it.

When I pushed the button and waited 5 mins before "the screen" told me that they would be with me in a moment! So I pushed the button again finally a male voice says, "Can you wait a minute!?" Again I pushed the button and finally got waited on, ordered 2 drinks and waited another 5mins to get them!!! This isnt the first time I have been treated line this or waited forever for my order. I wouldnt go back, but we dont have a lot of choices in Kingman!!!

Didnt get anything I ordered this morning. Got home and my fries were about half full. Ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger. Got a single, with no veggies on it. Ordered a single supersonic cheeseburger with bacon. Also got no veggies on it when I got it. Super disappointed

Not the fastest Sonic I have ever been to but always got exactly what I ordered and it tasted good. I like the dine-in option. I wish more Sonics had this!

This is a sorry excuse for a sonic. I waited today for 30 min for someone just to take my order and still never got to. Also before went inside and got ignored while only people were being helped in drive through. They take 3 times the amount of time for the service than McDonald’s.

Okay I hear this a lot and have even experienced it... Let me start by saying that many of these issues are not necessarily the staffs fault.. I have heard and experienced getting the wrong food in an order now this wouldnt necessarily be that bad right? How ever when you hear it from several people in your area it makes you wonder.. However this isnt the only reason for the 3 stars, they consistantly take to long to get your food to you. I will say this to in the morning during breakfast the orders are usually correct and are usually fresh, and get to your vehicle faster than in the late afternoon. I give this place a 3 star rating because it definitely needs to be better and management needs to understand a customer comes first and pay attention to what goes to what order to get it correct. Now please keep in mind this is my thoughts on the matter some havent had these issues. This is also based off of what others have told me about this.

Nice people got my food fast and the food was warm had great service especially since Im not from that area it was nice ( I give it five stars but I cant use the right side of my screen)

Horrible food, poor service.Could teach a monkey to cook and serve better.Totally a joke.They could learn a lot from the ones in Oklahoma.Be a great place for a drive in.Just Not with the idiots they have working.

Everyone goes to McDonalds, but for the price and service this is the place to go. We like the half price drinks at happy hour. McDonalds often struggles to make us a good coffee, but Sonic always taste great. Skip McDonalds and drive a block and go to Sonic.

I’ve gone to this Sonic a half dozen times or so after picking up my grandkids after school. Each visit has been for slushes only, and each time the wait was long. I assumed this was because the restaurant was fairly new, and so was the staff. They have always asked for me to repeat the order after reading it back to me incorrectly, and it’s always taken a while.Yesterday was more than likely my last visit there. I pulled into the drive through lane, noticing there was only one other customer there. It took several minutes before a young man even took my order (2 small slushes and 2 medium slushes). He read my order back to me, but I couldn’t understand anything he said. Luckily there was a screen showing that my order was correct. I pulled up to the window and there was music blaring so loud that I had to roll my window up while I waited. After a long wait, a young guy came to take my credit card & closed the window again, never turning down the volume of the music. After a few more minutes I noticed him grabbing some cups to begin making our order. After another 5 to 6 minutes, a different young man appeared at the window. He turned the music down, opened the window, and started handing me the drinks. I frowned as I saw all of the drinks were smalls, and told him that 2 of them should have been medium. He apologized and said that someone must have misheard my order. Even though I know I paid for the larger drinks, I just told him I would take what was made, and then I left, just shy of 15 minutes later. The place isn’t “new” anymore. It needs some adults that can handle responsibility. This place is being run by kids, and I know I’m not the first to say that I won’t be going back. There are plenty of other options around. It’s too bad, because Sonic has always been one of our favorites. This one just can’t seem to get it right. ☹️☹️☹️

We live right here in Kingman and so far Im not impressed with the food, drinks, or service. Here are just a few of my experiences. I order a chesse burger with no mayo and that was all that was on the burger and lots of it. Another time, 3 large sweet peach teas and we didnt get sweet. Another time I almost left because they werent busy at all, we could see staff standing around talking but took about 20 minutes. We were very happy about Sonic coming back but not happy now.

I have been to this location twice, once four months ago and again just this morning. My first visit my burger was cold and gross after waiting for 20 minutes to get it. This morning we waited 5 minutes for them to answer the call button so we could order before we gave up. There was no one in the parking lot but us, so I have no idea what the problem.

Everytime we come here, they are hard of hearing and we have to wait a good 7 minutes for the food and this is when we get right up in front of the non-line. I thought this was fast food? I gave it an extra star making it three stars because the kids are friendly and they always apologize for the wait..

Waited nearly 30 minutes to receive our food. Order was read back to us correctly; however, when opened it was incorrect. This Sonic had a walk-in area so we went inside and waited at the counter for someone to help us for close to five more minutes. Employees continued to make eye contact with us and walk past without engaging. Finally had an employee service us and received a full refund. This was by far my worst experience at a restaurant.

Sonic always has the best food. This was was no exception. What was really cool about this particular Sonic was they had indoor seating. Nice to get out if the car when youve been on the road.

Extremely slow service. The people next to us waited 30 minutes for 4 shakes. 15 minutes after we ordered the screen showed our order was on its way out. 10 minutes later it showed up. 2 of our 4 shakes were wrong.

If I could give it no stars I would. They always mess up on orders but hey they are human!!! But today is unforgivable I just wanted some food and a drink after a grueling 12 hr shift... They brought out the drinks one was nothing but ice and maybe a splash of cola, you couldnt even shake this thing and hear ice thats how packed it was. And the other one was not what we asked for so I kindly asked her to fix it she got pissed said thats how they made them grabbed the one full of ice went to angrily snatch up the second one and the whole thing dumped in my BRAND NEW 2014 FORD FOCUS!!!! I about lost it completely if it would have slipped okay I would be upset but she snatched it up so hard it dumped everywhere I have worked my entire life blood, sweat, and tears to finally have something nice I can call my own and THIS lady was pissed off because THEY got the order wrong and dumped cola all over my paint, inside of my window, AND ALL OVER THE DOORS ELECTRICAL PANEL!!!! Im beyond livid!!!! And cant find a telephone number to contact corporate directly. Im disgusted the employees act like this.

Went to get a breakfast burrito it fulfil my urge. "Sorry we have no egg" Are you kidding me? They are always out of something I need. It was salsa last time. No buns time before that. Find a better manager!!

Bad night speakers went down and orders couldnt be taken. No one came out to tell us. Many people left. I moved to Dr threw same thing. So went back to my speaker finally they came out to tell us the problem. I said is stove broken too cant I take orders Im person. Do they did. Many people left I stayed was there 40 minutes. Said arent u going to do something for our trouble. She said I get u some coupons. I waited 10 more minutes and no one brought me coupons. One star is generous. My family has tried to eat there five times. Five times they have gotten the order wrong. Even after "trying" to correct their mistakes, they were still wrong. My sister found a fly in her burger. The male manager was condescending and rude. No more.
