8-7-22. I went thru the drive thru..young lady was super cute and very sweet..did a great job. The popcorn chicken on the other hand was not so nice...I couldnt eat over half of the order. The pieces that were really bad I actually beat on the table I was at and no surprise....they wouldnt brake!!! Sounded like rocks hitting the table...aweful.

We visit frequently as we love the food. The service is great. Servers are so happy and friendly. We enjoy eating here!

We go here for dinner once a week and its good warm food. The app is excellent to have makes it easier to order.

Its Sonic which is good burgers and onion rings. The drink menu has a variety of choices.

There is a park right next to it with a volleyball court the kids got to play at the park very nice clean tables had a lot of fun wish all the sonics were like that

Second time, same worker on Sunday messed up our order through drive through. Confirmed order twice at drive through, and once at the window. How hard is 2 drinks and a breakfast burrito. Heading back to Quick Trip.

I love Sonic! We visit this one at least once a week, and its always great! We order ahead, and never have to wait (my sister and I are on the way to work when we stop here for breakfast on Saturdays).We tried the new burgers this weekend, and they were delicious! All sides were fresh and hot, as well! Thank you for the great experience every time. We truly appreciate you all!

Our food was tasty and nicely prepared. We had the chicken strip baskets, and our grandson enjoyed a corn dog. However, the portions seemed a bit skimpy for the price. We appreciated being able to substitute healthier items (applesauce and milk)in our grandsons lunch. Kelsey was our carhop today. She was wonderful.

Just stopped in and was told that they are charging for pup cups now.. first time I have ever been told that.

I usually only go for the Big Red soda. On my most recent visit, i decided to try the popcorn chicken. The chicken was dry, my honey mustard was smashed and open and the drink had soda all over it. When i asked for extra napkins, the car hop offered to wipe it off and then proceeded to use her sleeve to wipe the cup off.

There was a finger nail in my Mozzarella sticks. I took a bite and I felt some hard under my permanent retainer and it was a part of a finger nail. I will not be eating here again!!

It was good but not exactly fresh. I got mozzarella sticks and the cheese inside wasnt stringy

First our shakes came out with whip cream and cherry when specifically told no whip cream or cherry. After sending them back, my Strawberry cheesecake shake came out as runny as a coke. No cheesecake pieces in it. NEVER going here again.

Picked up some drinks and ice cream and had great customer service from Nate. Second time Ive gotten him before closing and both times he did a great job.

Tried the patty-melt, big mistake! Once I got home, toast smelled burnt, burger on patty-melt was way over done, edges were dry and tough and the amount of mustard was overwhelming. Fries were kind of crispy. Did not receive any of the condiments that I asked for either.

This location always over cooks the food. Tots and fries are always crunchy and burnt. We tried this location multiple times of the day and different days of the week with same results. We even asked them to cook them for less time and they still came out over cooked and/ or burnt. We just stopped going.

They got the order completely wrong and did not offer to correct the order the "manager" that answered the phone after it rang for 15 minutes solid Saud she couldnt replace food just offered coupons to use next visit while Im inpatient treatment and cant leave where Im at.

Used The order App. Usually minimal problems. I love the day staff....Placed an evening order...It appeared the Pm staff was fairly new and inexperienced. Bobert was my initial Carhop & he was super friendly. Unfortunately drinks were flat no big deal its the end of day... The female worker who claimed to be management was extremely rude. After 3 flat drink remakes, I finally gave up. It was apparent Customer service was lacking this evening.

I have had several experiences here and very few were positive. Generally speaking, the food is not fresh. They have served me ice cream that was totally melted. After I ordered and paid for it, they told me the machine was not working correctly, but did not refund me. Burgers have been made wrong, fries that were old and cold, cheese that was cold and un-melted on top of the burger, etc.I would highly recommend some communication & conflict resolution skills for the owner. I have decided it is well worth my time to drive further to get better service and much better food.And, yes, they will post that I should contact corporate. I have done that. But, the real resolution is in having top notch employees who put out consistent and quality food. And in a situation where that doesnt happen, to provide gracious customer service to resolve the problem, so that customers want to come back.

Tried to do drive-through in our work vehicle that will not fit in any of the stalls or under the drive-through canopy. We asked the manager if he minded if we placed our order at the window, he said “I do mind, you’re blocking the lane.” When we returned to get salsa a worker inside loudly used expletives to express her discontent for us returning to get condiments.

We ordered the number 7 with extra large tots.we got regular tots.i had to pull up and explain for a third time the tots werent the way we ordered. Took an extra time to get it fixed!

If I could leave zero stars I would. They have the absolute worse customer service. I do not trust anything that comes out of that kitchen. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the cheeseburger they just tried to give my son after they messed up his order. They did not give me a receipt then couldn’t find the order to verify that I did order a jr cheeseburger not a jr burger. Absolutely ridiculous.

We got number 2 and it was just perfect , this place is awesome our order had a lot of details when we was ordering and the girl who got the order was perfectly listening and got it all right without repeating anything back again . Thats perfect .

I tried to order a blue coconut slush. After I pushed the order button 5 or 6 different times, waiting to place my order for over 30 minutes, I said to hell with them and drove off. I will never attempt to order at the sonic in Leavenworth again!

The burger was slightly cold not warm enough to melt the cheese even slightly. Breakfast burrito was sloppy the eggs mix not properly chopped and was chunky. The egg fell out the end of the burrito all over me...

The playground is open! Such a blessing to be able to sit and eat outside on a beautiful day, while the toddlers get all their energy out!Food is always hot, on-time, and we love the variety of toddler foods besides just the norm (chicken nuggets or cheese burger).

Came during lunch rush. These employees are out here running. I’m talking knees to chest type fashion. I appreciate the hustle.Came here over the other location because it is awful. Plus this one has a volleyball court and playground.

Better than it has been to me. Do Not Eat Sonic often the Grease usually taste old when i get tator tots or well i stopped eating their Onion Rings But yesterday was the best tasting Cheese Stix EVER! 2 ME!SO GREAT JOB ON 5/4/21 😉

Have purchased from this location in the past with few complaints. This time however was the worst. Ordered a Red Bull Summer Edition slush and received a watermelon slush. Asked three times at the window if it was a Red Bull slush and was told yes. Halfway through the drink it started to taste like an old dish rag smells. Horrible experience.

Ashley is very very rude! Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 drinks and let them know that I had a coupon for a free route 44. Got to the window and handed the guy my card and coupon for the route 44. He said he was new so he had to ask someone how to do it. Got my drinks and receipt and pulled up as there was a long line behind me. Noticed on the receipt that I got charged for the route 44 so I went back through and let them know that I was just here and got charged even though I had a coupon. A girl named Ashley came out the door as there was someone already at the window. She was very rude and asked for the coupon. Told her I gave It to the guy working the window and she said fine I will just give you both drinks for free and took my receipt and walked away. I pulled up to the window after the car before me left to make sure we were good. She came to the window and said I already told you that I was refunding you in a very rude tone. I will not be visiting this location ever again!

Had a very nice short lunch at this Sonic Drive-In. Service, food, was off the hook, but what caught my attention was how courteous the server and left me with the last word of my satisfaction. I experienced excellent home training in the young person that served me. Leavenworth, KS is good for that.

After being greeted by carhop “Samantha” tonight after ordering 3 drinks I presented her with a $20 bill. She shorted me change, I corrected her deficiency, and she still elected to not render me the correct change stating “her brain wasn’t working properly; it’s been a long night”.Typically I bring my children to this location due to the playground and convenience of the volleyball court; however, we will not return after this occasion. Our family has experienced several other situations where the incorrect food, drink, or poor service/products were rendered.

Grilled chicken was extremely dry n nasty.Pork tenderloin was dry toNeither sandwich had mayonnaise on itThe chicken tenders were dry n hard (definitely overcooked)They gave us tots instead of onion rings we orderedOnly good was the drinks by surprise

This is definitely the worst sonic Ive been to. About a year ago we brought our kids so they could play on the playground and ordered chicken strips. They were overcooked and tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. So we asked for fresh strips,which came out basically just as terrible.Then today I had a craving for a drink I get many times each summer for over 15 years from multiple locations. I ordered it the same I always do and they gave me the wrong thing. When I returned to ask for them to please remake it. They tried to argue and tell me they gave me what I ordered but they didnt. So they remade it the right way and purposely (it seemsover did the flavor they left out the first time. I came home and blended the two together to make it taste the way it has the other 61845979 times Ive had it.And I will never return there. Ill stick with one of the other (seriously cant believe there are 3Sonics in Leavenworth/Lansing.

Food and service was great! The play area for the kids was nice as well as the outdoor dining area. We didnt get to use the sand volleyball court, but it looked nice and we are definitely going to come back and try it out.

Ordered a footlong chili cheese coney with mustard and onions. Got this mess. And no mustard or onions.

We stopped here just before 10 pm on 2•4•19 and placed a pretty large order. The staff were very friendly and the food came out quick, correct, and piping hot! We were pleasantly surprised. Thank you for the wonderful food and service tonight!

I showed up at about 10:30 and my order taken and delivered after a 15 - 20 minute wait. I however found the person who delivered my food to be very kind and helpful, along with the person who took my order. Despite the wait a very enjoyable experience whos customer service greatly outweighed a weight I am sure is a anomaly

The best place about this Sonic is the milk shakes. This Sonic knows how to produce a consistent, generously portioned shake. (the large is 32oz!!)It is expensive for a fast food restaurant, and the food lacks quality control.You can download their app to get better deals, however they make you purchase a Sonic gift card to place pick up orders, which is the only way certain deals can be redeemed.

My brother and I visited and he tried the Nutter Butter Banana shake, which he really liked. My favorite drink is the Diet Limeade. The favorite time to go is for Happy Hour and right now the Corn Dog is 99 cents during Happy Hour. The special discount on Tuesday evenings beginning at 5pm is a good deal.

Stopped by here while visiting family in town. Milkshakes were great. Also, stopped for breakfast one morning, it was okay. Ive had better from other locations. Facility is nice though. The playground is a nice touch for kids.

The new Sonic has a much improved entrance and parking compared to the previous one. The new playground is great for kids while you can order and eat at nearby covered tables. Just be prepared for the sand in your kids shoes if they wear them! That being said, unfortunately, my experience there with my two grandsons was less than perfect. I was told to pull up to the window before I was finished ordering with no explanation (I later found out the speaker was malfunctioning, and when I got to the window, I told them I would try to remember what I was going to order since ther was no menu at the pay window. The manager the suggested I go around again, but after looking behind me and seeing the line, I told them no. They then said I could pull it a stall and finish my order. That defeats the purpose of the drive through I thought, and then after I finished my order, they then overcharged me for the special that day! That took an additional 5 min to get straightened out. So the place is nice to look at, and if you dont mind the usual snafu with the drive thru, its ok. The food is typical Sonic, which isnt bad as long as it hasnt been sitting, so be sure and go when it is busy, so you know it is fresh. Ironically, that is when you will have to endure the wait!

Love the new Sonic. The drive thru is so easy. The service is fast and the staff accommodating. I love the cheddar peppers and vanilla coke. No one else offers that. A Fair prices and the food is good. The shakes are great too..

Best Sonic in Leavenworth! Employees were having technical difficulties and were coming out to cars to take orders, I had just waited than 5 minutes to ask for my order at the drive through at another sonic in town. I waited more than 5 minutes and all the cars in front of me received their food and left and my order was still not taken. I continued to wait and still nothing. This Sonic took extra effort to take care of me and make sure I had everything I needed. I spoke to 2 very nice and polite employees and had a great experience.
