This woman refused to help me and treated me terribly. I need to pay my rent and she refused to give me a cashiers check and made smart comments to me until I left the branch. Other woman to the right tried to make me step and aside and also refused to help me with a cashiers check. DONT EVER USE THIS BRANCH.
If your young in your 20s . Maybe your first time looking to finance a car And looking for low interest car loan. Dont go through these people. They have Horrible customer service representatives. They say theyre on a recorded line but who knows if that is true. Theyre reps Give you Misinformation about payments, payment due dates etc. The manager BRIAN Doesnt care about YOU as a customer He for sure does not care about RAPPORT. Also if you Pay your Payment and if its even a dollar short of your payment amount they will count it as a late payment on your next due date as if you never payed them anything they will put out a repo at 30 days. Worst Decision For Younger People is to Loan through SOOPERS CREDIT UNION .
I would do 0 stars if I could! Have had an auto loan with them for over 2 years, up until 2 months ago 0 issues, never missed a payment, NEVER late. We had called in to make a payment with a female, she took payment info said it would go through same day and all was set. We later came to find out she did NOT make the payment and marked us 30 days late. I didnt find out until weeks later when I get a letter in the mail, 0 calls about it as well. Multiple conversations with them and they refuse to help, and is very disrespectful to customers. They say all calls are recorded and there is only three people in collections, but surprisingly lost our call when we made the payment. THEN they marked us 2 months late (payment due July 29th and they marked it the day after LATE!!!I do have confirmation receipts showing paid as well! They are doing this out of spite! I highly recommend you DO NOT BANK WITH THEM AND DO NOT LET THEM HOLD ANY LOANS. I have contacted many other companies at a higher level to get involved on this.
Judson is absolutely hands down the best! He has opened my business and personal accounts and set me up online. He also got me an auto refinance that saved me over 200.00 per month. SooperCredit Union is the best. I cant say enough good things. See Judson for all of your financial needs.
Was able to get an instant debit card with my choice of design. They charged me $20 to get the replacement debit card without waiting 7-10 days. When I previously got one ate the Arvada branch it was free. When I asked they said there has always been a fee but I have never paid by before. Doesnt make sense to me.
I wish I could leave a positive review, but instead Im having to post this instead. To start off, me and my husband went into this Branch to open up a joint account on 02/14/2022. My husbands ID had expired so beforehand we checked on their website to see what documents they accepted besides a drivers license in order to open an account. He took in his permanent resident card (which is listed on their websitebut they still didnt accept it. I proceeded to open it by myself and we were told to just add him on once we received his new license. (This is not the only issue or reason for my review). The real problem is I went in a week later to deposit money and I asked about my debit card, the lady who attended me at the teller line looked bothered that I asked and said I just needed to wait longer. Another week passed, this time both me and my husband went in to add my husband to the account since we had finally received his New ID in the mail. This time it was a different rep, I asked again about my debit card the girl helping us reviewed the account and told us that my card for whatever reason had not been ordered/mailed, basically I had been waiting all that time for nothing. The representative said I had to wait another 7-10 business days and that both mines and my husbands cards should arrive together, even though she mentioned they now have a new card machine at that location and are able to print cards .. Its now 03/18/2022 and STILL NO CARDS!!! :( How are we suppose to access our money?? how can use our account and start my direct deposit if we dont have our cards and this is their type of service?? Im so disappointed, I was not only referred to Soopers by a coworker but its literally 5 minutes away from my house which is the only reason I wanted to make them my primary bank/credit union.
Beware, they have falsely reported late payments on my loan twice (verifiable). The first time, they held onto my payment for over a week, they received it July 23, didnt process it until August 2 (verifiable), so they didnt process it until after 30 days past due date. The lending director refused to accept responsibility, and the negative impact remained. Now, the next month, my loan was even just paid off this week before 30 days past due date, and they just reported it 30 days late again when it wouldnt be 30 days until August 29th (today is August 26th, it was paid off August 24th, also verifiable). Yet, low and behold, another 30 day late ding on my credit.

I worked with Amanda Calderone & Hunner Mancil to apply for a credit card and refinance an auto loan. They both handled the application process professionally and within a reasonable time frame. They explained what to expect every step of the process and made it so darn easy! They got us a competitive rate for both, and I highly recommend working with either Amanada or Hunner.
I spoke with a loan officer named KAITLYN just for the record. She was EXTREMELY rude to me when I was trying to understand the process of selling my car. She was belittling and snapped at me multiple times because I was miss informed by a different branch. This has lost my business for Sooper Credit Union. I am appalled by the customer service that this company has. Very disappointing.
Heres an update: I only got a partial refund of $385.00. Still due $605.00 for the CPI insurance. And SWBC (GAPis the company that has no control on this because this is the information they received from Sooper Credit Union. The refunds need to come from the bank themselves. The $385.00 the bank gave me back, and now saying they cant.And this is what the collections officer had to say:You need to call SWBC yourself and discuss this with them. They owe us a lot of money and we have been trying to get it since June. They were taking out insurance on our vehicles when we had insurance and I even went to the branch with the proof. They also owe us money for a vehicle that was totaled and GAP would not pay because they said we had no insurance, which we did since our insurance company paid money to the bank. We have no more patience with this bank. All we have been getting is a run around.
Leandra is awesome. She is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Very welcoming and knows what needs to be done quickly and efficiently. We came in to Refinance our HELOC. Once we began working with Leandra we wanted to do more. We opened accounts, credit cards and Refi my car. Great experience.

We had several reasons we needed help from Sooper Credit Union and from our very first phone call to Leandra she was looking for the best solutions for our situation! She had many options for us to choose from to meet our needs. Leandra helped us with a Equity Line of credit and then also was able to provide us with a car refinance loan which saved us a lot of money in our monthly car payment and the overall price of the loan. She took time to explain all of the process we would take in order for things to go quickly and smoothly. Sooper CU had some very beneficial loan programs to choose from! They offered great incentives and the customer service we received was excellent! The entire process for our Equity Line and car loan refinancing was less than seven days. Ive been working with Leandra at sooper regarding my car loan. She was quick in getting me pre-approved but i had a little snafu at the dealership and my loan ended up with Bellco. Leandra followed up afterwards, figured out my loan terms, explained to me what happened and then proceeded to beat the loan terms from Bellco by a whole 1% on my interest!! weve talked on the phone only a few times with the majority of the communication through emails. with my job its not easy to get on a call during the day but she was thorough in her emails and followed up in a timely manner making the transaction pretty seamless. Ill be looking to her again when we go to replace my wifes car.
