I’ve wanted to share my experience with Soucys Auto repair. I’m not on Facebook so I hope this posts. I have three vehicles. As like everyone it seems that one or more vehicles always need repair. I am soooo thankful that I found Soucys Auto. I can’t begin to say how professional, knowledgeable and all out great people ! Dan, Ed , Ned and all of the employees are the best. I live 34 miles away from Soucys. I’m here to say it’s worth every mile to get there ! I want everyone to know that if you want your cars fixed, and want it done correctly With a good price, Soucys is the BEST !

Disappointed with the service. Asked to have a complete brake controller and 7 pin socket installed in my RV for my car hauler trailer with brakes. Paid good money for it too. They did Not complete the job, leaving out the power feed from the battery. No way for the breakaway battery to charge. Dangerous and frankly poor service for something this important! 7 pin socket installed upside down. The wires were left to span the cross members without any protective covering to stop it from sliding against the metal and fray/break over time. After I told them I had to have this to move out of state the next day, they Promised if I drove it back from Millinocket they would absolutely fit it in. They broke that promise. Was not done even though it was there early am and left there all day. Burned lots of diesel for nothing. I had to walk in the rain 3 miles to get the truck after working 12 hrs and getting out at 9pm. Again, all for nothing. No cabs late at night not their fault, but still adding insult to injury. Relative bailed me out and finished the job in the driveway while I packed to move out of state. Before you pay and get your vehicle make sure they FINISH the job. Gave 2 stars since the brake controller at least works.
