The Chinese restaurant is better then others in the area. Theres a UPS store so that is convenient. Publix is pricey but if I just need something small they are close.

Shopping Center with Big Lots and Teased Hair Salon

Easy in easy out. Very quiet mall area. Plenty of parking no real anchor store except Big Lots which is well run and stocked.

The parking lot is not the best one Ive ever used. The stores are nice though. Good selection.

Great place love atmosphere

I visited A/C and Appliance Parts. They had the drain motor I needed to fix my washing machine... in stock! I paid more than if Id ordered it online elsewhere, but it was worth it to have the part same day.

I like to go to Big Lots thats why I like it pretty simple and my son loves waffle house and thats also where its located in that shopping center so thats why we go there

Larrys Giant Subs, Big Lots and the Gate gas station are all very clean and have exceptional staff.

BIG LOTS.....Store seems to be out of order messy like kids have gone through it and wrecked it I understand its close to Orange Park High School but if they come in every day and destroy it and nobody cleans it up thats kind of all new employees as I see it or tell the high school kids too get out I dont know thats my point of view restrooms were clean I will go back three stars

There are a variety of stores and THE PIG an awesome bar b que place. Greenburg Dentists is located there too - theyre reasonably priced, very open in discussions about options, pricing, with a long term payment plan and discount plan too. 👍

This plaza is a little dated but lots of mom and pop stores in between all the chain stores.

We had some lunch at Shrimp Shack. We did a little shopping and some research.

Average shopping plaza for the area. Big lots is my go-to for all of my last minute items I forgot at the grocery store.

The best UPS store around and always friendly and helpful. Also Publix is right there and had a few things needed to pick up. So convenient and also have a Bealls outlet which is awesome right there

The shopping center is ok, really old center. I go there for the computer repair store . Great guys there and very reasonable.

Easy to get to off the main road and has plenty of parking

Not too fancy but nice. Theres nice vegetation and large sidewalks. When Ive been there it is not very busy at all.

New Gate gas station, Big Lots, gym. No decent place to eat in this strip. Larrys Subs is only food around and they are pricey. Skip it and go to Publix

Love big lots and the new Gate is awesome. Glad they took out that nasty Chinese place that was there.

The only thing I go here for is Big Lots. The store is okay, nothing special. Never has what I need in stock. It has been a long time since I actually made a purchase there because they are out of stock.
