We had a challenging question for Donna to find us a nice resort on Fiji one week before the flight. It was very difficult for her, because the first week of may is very crowded. But she managed it! She found a beautiful resort on a cute island for us! And since she has personally been on every island she recommends, it is a great choice. We are very thankful for Donnas help and can recommend her lovely and professional travel agency to everybody who wants to spend great holidays in the south pacific area.

We used South Pacific Island Travel as the travel agent for a Philippines trip in February, 2013 with Underwater Sports Seattle.While the trip itself was fantastic, South Pacific Islands service was mediocre at best. Phone and e-mail were not answered, and we did not receive information on Philippines domestic flights until two weeks prior to departure. This made it difficult to work around previously scheduled international flights, and resulted in spending an unnecessary 12 hours in transit at the Manila airport on the return leg.One member of our group had to literally camp out in the office to make sure over-weight baggage tickets had been purchased.We would have been much better off to book on our own and not have any dealings with South Pacific Island Travel.
