Very helpful even though I couldn’t get my horse to him. Called the next day to checkup. Not a single dime paid. I wish I were closer to his office.

Kyle and the rest of the staff got me in quickly and took care of the filly. Extremely knowledgeable and showed me everything to help me understand treatment and steps moving forward.

Have to agree with Elisa - my call was never returned either. The clinic in SLC was NEVER like that and I ve dealt with them since the 90s. THEY were absolute TOPS in every aspect. Only reason I havent continued going there is the deadly freeway as I live up by Ogden

Charlie Heaton was very rude and unprofessional. He also showed up late and tried to bill us for more than what we were quoted, when making the appointment. Very dissatisfied with the experience, and recommend, requesting another vet.

Professional, knowledgeable, excellent care. Dr Beck is the best of the best for sport horses, lameness, and general care. Wouldnt go anywhere else

In contrast to some, I have been delighted that the phone is answered quickly, by a person, who is very pleasant and helpful. The professional staff have communicated in detail when they are able to call. As a physician I know how difficult that is when there is a lot to do, NOW. They are caring for our very sick horse and have been attentive and effective during the Labor Day holidays.

This review is ONLY for the office staff (receptionist).They do NOT answer their phone at this location, EVER. Nor do they return voicemails.I have to call to the other office and ask them for help.This is unacceptable in my opinion, especially if you’re having an emergency.PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE hire someone who’s sole responsibility is answering calls and scheduling appointments! Or at very least, hire an answering service.The vets here are great, caring and attentive; but not being able to get a hold of anyone is beyond frustrating, and honestly makes me want to find another vet.

South Valley has always been there when weve needed them. Theyve always squoze us in their schedule when weve had horse emergencies, and they came out at the drop of a hat to put down our horse when he was suffering when no one else would. They even sent us a card because they knew how hard that was for us. Definitely have 5 stars in our book :Dr Bartlett is also amazing! I was about to sell my horse because she was acting so crazy, until I heard of equine chiropractics. After a few treatments she was back to her old sweet self! I have her adjusted every few months and she is still healthy and happy!
