SP gujjar in Jhunjhunūn

I am writing this to you, You can know how people of wide branch behave with the customer. Pathetic place in terms of hospitality. Very unco-operative and rude staff.... management is bad. It is also not shown that without whom they are talking, what are their concerns, without talking, they are moved from here to there. My experience was very wrost because of this👇1. My mother has been roaming here and there to transfer money since morning 10am.2. I am out of Jaipur. My sis is admitted in the hospital, My mother is having trouble in your bank to deposit the payment for sisters operationMy request to you Plz you guys understand someones problems🙏If something happens tomorrow, then who is responsible for this plz reply

Staff is always outside of the bank with silly excuses. No one of staff is sittings in their chairs for customers. No name tallies and marked work profile illustrated for guidence the customers. Its feeling that the securrity guard is wholesale incharge of the bank who guide the customers where to go for their work and he always used to approach the staff with others paper and indulge them to complete his work first instead of customers.Id waited for an hour for opening SSY account as on 10 Sep 21, when my turns came the staff was busy with his phone and said go and came tomorrow as there is no staff today. He didnt even tell me about forms and required documents.Bank managers management is too poor and neutral who cant even speak to his staff to work properly. No matter how much crowd is there theyre always delighted in their stuffs.

My father is very aged . he is not able to go their in Rajasthan. He went bank so many time for transfer of account but from staff members they are not getting reply......very bad service....at least for senior citizen they should help.

Staff is good

Too bad , I had transferred my account to another bank due to not properly facilitating and Misbihevior of bank workers...

Very bad behaveior of bank employees including manager not guiding properly to customer, arrogant behaveior towards customers.
