Won’t be coming back here ever. First they messed up our reservation…we reserved a pull through and they didn’t get that right. Next we were right by a nasty camper that they obviously lived there. There are far more full time people there..very crampy…not a friendly place. Definitely should not have the word resort attached to it. Also on a very busy and loud road. Pass this one over. Will let Good Sam know that this is not up to their standards.

The service here is first class and the residents are great people! If you own an RV, its worth a stop or stay.

This is an awesome campground I have stayed here multiple times and always call them when Im in the area and they find a spot for me! Give the a try

People and environment are exceptionally nice

The pictures on the website Or misleading. we are almost touching the camper next to us. we have a 24 foot travel trailer with no slides and it was a very tight fit. You have to pay for Wi-Fi. restrooms are not that great and now we are stuck here for three days. The worst is the campers are packed in here like sardines. there are so any better campgrounds out there.

Supper friendly. They keep as clean as they can.

Prejudice and BiasDiscrimination against dog breeds! Wouldn’t allow us to stay because I have an American Bulldog. He’s 13, deaf, and arthritic, but this RV park wants to be non-inclusive in their policies in the year 2022.Definitely never staying here or giving any park who discriminates in this capacity my money. Terrible policy.

The shower stall was seeping stinky water while I tried to shower. In another washroom, 2 of the 3 showers were out of commission. The roads are so narrow we barely were able to drive our 5th wheel to our designated site. Also, we’ve never paid so much for a camp site- even in the very nice RV parks in Arizona.

Easy access, nice quiet community. Well maintained pool. Easy late check in process, reasonable sized pull through spots and pricing. Ample laundry facilities that accept credit cards (so you dont have to worry about having enough quarters)!

Just moved here temporarily. I love the staff so far and love the area. Quaint and cozy.

Nice and peaceful rv resort with permanent mobile homes and seasonal or annual rv spaces. People are kind and friendly. The grounds have beautiful woods and ponds.

I live at Space Coast RV Park. Its relatively a nice place.

Only spent two nights. The space was narrow for my little Sprinter van. Not a lot of shade, mucky grass area, and very distant office support. I didnt ask for a different spot because there are a lot of residents there. Oh well. I got home early!

Very comfortable, great location, family friendly, close to storez gas stations and activities for all ages of the family

Took a friend to his place. Was a very nice and clean park. Close to grocery stores, Lowes, a few restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The water smelled terrible in the showers. Our laundry smelled after washing. Written rules are for only some people. Very loud neighbors all the time.

I live here full time. Nice quiet clean RV resort. Lots of annuals. Nice pool. Staff is very friendly.

Love this place. Salt water pool, laundry, ponds, horse shoes, shuffle board. Quiet calm and peaceful.

My friend lives there and I was visiting from out of state, its so nice and friendly there makes me think about leaving this cold state and moving down there

I am staying at the Space Coast RV Resort owned by Encore RV Resorts. The site is a decent size but that is all they have to offer. The swimming pool is a bit small and there are families here. There is nothing else to do. So how can they call this a resort? They advertise they have cable TV. After arriving and connecting I find it only will give me one channel. When I inquired at the site office they then inform me that it is for month or more visitors. They mention they have WiFi but its pay as you go. That is supplied by Camplink. Dont bother with the service. I spoke with a Camplink representative that told me that it is a shared service and they only deliver 100mbs to the entire park. Speed test indicated .38 download and .24 upload. Sad! They said I would be refunded for there lack of service, however now here I cant relocate. The corporate office for Space Coast is aware of the issues and dont seem to care. I would not ever stay at another Encore company site.

Smaller park, lots of full time residents. Super friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We enjoy this place because it close to a friends house and close enough to the beach. I really like that they have a cable hook up ready. The RV resort itself was quiet, and not a lot of action. The late check in process was a breeze. Started construction never notified anyone for three days ripping out trees killing baby birds and nest it was heartbreaking watching the parent birds chirping so loud looking for there babies and eggs not yet hatched we left two days early just felt heartbroken for the wildlife this could of been done in June July or even august not in spring when everything is coming back to life 😠😥

Nice RV resort. Bigger than it looks from the road. Lots of more permanent type hookups in here, but still places for short term people. My parents stayed in here for a night, they brought them a picnic table and were helpful. Fills up fast, need to make reservations early.

Nice RV park but when it rains, it floods a bit and gets muddy. I had a huge pool of water by my hookups. Laundry was clean and we filled up our propane.

Alot of permanent sites that could use some fixing. Campers way in back, furthest from pool. Very narrow roads with cars, trucks parked in front which makes it difficult to get through the road with a large trailer, did have a nice man from the park help me get into my tight, unlevel site. Did have cement patio outside my door.

A community of very friendly people! Quiet and peaceful. Large oak trees with Spanish moss line the front sites. A well maintained pool and area along with well maintained community areas like the clubhouse, laundry facilities, tv room, rec hall, ect. span across the resort. Community events (socially distanced of courseare updated daily on the centrally located community bulletin board. Dont miss ice cream day, they have flavors that we didnt know existed! Propane was surprisingly expensive so I would suggest refilling elsewhere. 50/30/20 amp at shiny new pedestals. Picnic tables at every site with a gravel base. The sites are a bit rough but not terrible. All and all a great stay with plenty to do in the area! (like wait days and days for a rescheduled rocket launch😁)

We couldnt stay here because we have an "aggressive looking" dog... but they allow Chihuahuas. My daughter has a scar on her face from a "non-aggressive dog." If we are not allowed to profile people... we should not profile dogs... my mix breed rescue is more behaved than most "non aggressive looking" dogs.

Well this park is not very nice considering it has great reviews. Narrow roads and absolutely no regard to speed in this park. I think they race to get I. And out of here. There is a 5 mph speed limit which is really slow I understand but people could at least to a max of 10mph. Zero speed bumps but nope enforces or cares much about this problem. I have told the staff which are really nice and helpful but nothing done about this problem. Thank God I don’t have small kids cause I definitely would’ve had to roll some heads around here.

Where do I begin? I booked with an Encore agent for same day check in. We arrived at 10 pm to find NO registration packet. Thank God we remembered the site number. Trying to wiggle a 40 ft 5th wheel down extremely narrow road was next to impossible. During making the turn to come up the next lane to our site, the camper dipped into the mud and felt like it was going to tip over. Once we finally arrived at our site, it was so packed with vehicles on both side and narrow......I said....."you have got to be fricking kidding me" it took over an hour to wiggle it into place without swapping paint with any cars and trucks. This place felt like a refugee camp. I see a lot of 4 and 5 star ratings.....either people have a very low bar in life or I must be missing the bigger picture!

Currently staying there. Nice management. Spectrum had wired the spots for high speed internet for 55 a month unlimited. Nice and fast. I have stayed in many parks and this one is just fine. The only thing that surprised me was I had to pay 100% of my 6 months up front. That might be nice for them but that puts me at an inconvenience. Not sure if it was due to the Covid issue or what. They have a valid credit card on file. I would prefer to be billed per month or a month in advance. My stay was in the off season and there is lots of spots in the summer.Update 10/5/2020So I had to move spots and I found out that not all spots are wired for Spectrum Internet. ( There is affordable wifi in the camp for 15 bucks a week. Speeds are ok I was told by the cable company that in order for me to get high speed internet I would need to pay a one time free of 50 bucks to wire the spot. Not interested in doing that for a RV spot I will be leaving shortly. All in all my stay was good over the last 7 months. I did notice some areas flood real bad. B 8 and B 22 were pretty dry. I had no issues with management. The ladies were always very nice to me. I would stay again. I think this is like all places. Sometimes you are happy sometimes you are not. I was happy overall.

Convenient location. Well maintained pool and restrooms. Flooding and mud are a concern, but our site was just fine. Seems safe.

We stayed at Space Coast RV park during the 2020 virus episode that came over from China.The office staff went out of their way to accommodate us and made our unscheduled extended stay possible.Thank you to the kind people who work for this park.

Always floods every time it rains, Roads are too narrow to make the turns with anything longer than 20 feet. People cant Park in their own lots due to flooding and mud, so they Park halfway in the street causing nightmares for moving RVsPropane onsite was Highway Robbery,$5 a gallon

We made our reservations back in August 2019 for the Christmas holidays and it was supposed to be thru 2 Jan 20, but the campground changed our reservation to end on 1 Jan 20 and when we called we were told they couldnt book reservation in 2020 yet, but they would hold that date for that spot for us. When we inquired about adding the extra day for the spot we were in, we were told they had already had it booked for someone else. We also asked about moving to another open site, but were told they were booked solid, even thou while we were there they had empty spots and the employee picking up trash prior to us departing told us that they had spots available and they had a few people moving spots. The person that parked us when we got in did it so that we were right on top of all the hookups and when we asked about help with pulling out we were told by the same individual that we didnt need help out it was an easy out, even though the roads are small and our F350, which has dual tires hung over the edge of the road and cars/trucks park along their campsites on those same small roads. It was nice having the laundry room, which we used, but if we needed quarters and the office wasnt open we had to go to the gas station. My husband took one propane tank up to fill it up and he came back and said that he couldnt believe they were charging $5.72 to fill 2.7 gallons for a total of $15.43. Our next trip out to Florida we do not plan on staying at this campground. The location of the campground was the only nice thing.

Great place!!!! Really enjoyed it and convenient to I-95 and ther country club/ golf course. Trash pickup every morning. They have a pool, laundry room and hair salon. Nicely level gravel pull through sites with a picnic table on each site. The ONLY down side is that the drainage during the rainy season provides everyone with waterfront property! For this reason alone, I could not give it a 5 Star review.

For those that are here during the summer, the rain water does not drain! It is a health hazard! Yards and streets are flooded! The grass has currently not been cut for at least 3 weeks, the pond behind my house stinks, mosquitos are horrendous! Calling the county to address issues! Rent and water going up this year but no fix to these issues!

I have enjoyed staying here. During the winter there are many activities. People are friendly and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that you pay electric separately, once a month. For those who like pools there is one.

Older park so the sites are smaller. Activities need better exposure to non seasonal guests. Great people which made our stay enjoyable

NOT Family Friendly... I can’t understand how this place receives more than 3 stars from anyone... look at the reviews and read them. 1Sights are not level for bigger coaches 2 sights are small and roads are narrow 3not all sights have concrete patios 4Wi Fi is available for a fee (not free51 trash dumpster in middle of property 6office staff is kind of rude 7Standard reservation is for only 2 people (each additional person is $5 per day8No Park or facilities for kids. Like I said, read the honest reviews and piece them together, you’ll see I just confirmed them.

I live here all year around. Its not a bad place to live. Your neighbors are friendly. Office staff are nice.You have beauty salon on the premises but not sure on pricing. Some say its expensive. I go to Hair Cuttery. Great job for a decent price.There are shopping locations in the next town which is Viera, Fl. If you have pets, Viera East Vet on Murrell Rd is a nice place.The pool is warm like bath water so on a hot day, makes it seem hotter, but water is water. Better than nothing.It is true that when it rains, some sites are under water but nothing can really be done because the ground gets saturated and cannot absorb any more than what is falling.Its a decision you make when you book your stay. In all, 3.5 years here, and Ive made many friends from all over the place and this place always gets full. Happy camping......

Nice park. Decent spots but a little tight in ours. Pool was nice and warm. Unfortunately no playground for the kids. Close to a lot of things.

The park is very well maintained and very quiet. The staff very helpful and other campers extremly friendly. We will 100% come back here

This place is a dump. Uneven sites. Flooding everywhere. A little rain and your hookups are under water. More permanent trailers than campers. Trash dumpsters overflowing and disgusting. Don’t come near this place if you expect anything good.

Trying to find a place to camp in the area. I have a family of 5 (2A and 2Cto stay in my little pop up camper, but their site says you can only have 4 people per a site after searching for availability. Max of 4 people per campsite? Really?

This place is TERRIBLE! rude staff and the Eletric shuts off at least once every month! $478 a month and then goes to $980 a month in the winter!! NOT worth it what so ever. Its basically an old persons rv park. Barely anybody out, NO activities at all. Totally zombie park. Oh and NOTHING for the kids either.! Just another crappy run corporate rv park trying to make a dime of ya! Steer clear people!

Ive been staying here since April. Since then their has been 5+ power outages just on the strip I am staying on. And today my neighbor told me he has been here since last October and there has been 12+ outages how ridiculous! Came home to a 90+ degree weather stuffy RV with my two dogs panting. Thank god I wasnt out for long. They dont notify you if their is a power outage. Power was out from 1pm-8:30pm. I do not recommend this park. Stay somewhere else! Paying $478 plus electric and the electric hardly works! And then goes up to $980 during the winter months for what?! Just cause there is laundry and a pool that is never open?? Save your money and go to a nicer park!!

I was happy to be coming to Florida for the first time, and to be camping for the first time. I decided to buy a camper and bring it to Florida to spend the winter here. Didnt expect there to be a price hike or almost double after we got here and paid for a month in advance, but that is understandable.BUT!... not even a day after arriving here the power went out on the whole grounds. It went out while I was out buying groceries. While putting them away we noticed that the power was out... We werent told until we went thru tho whole camper to see what was wrong with it, and ended up calling, even tho they have everyones phone numbers here. So we ended up going back up to the store to buy ice and put what we could in our cooler. A few hours later we called and were told that it would be going on any minute. We decided to go toCocoa Beach. We came back later that night, and the power was still out. We ended up having to buy more ice.Almost 24 hours later, the power came back on. Nobody called us to let us know it was on, there were no apologies, and not one word said about any kind of compensation. Nothing was even mentioned about the whole thing on the bulletin board for the community or anything.Then, while taking a shower a maintenance man was out weed whipping, and went right by the shower doors, flinging all kinds of grass, dirt, and leaves right under the 2 inch gap under the door, and straight into the shower while I was in there trying to get clean!I was really excited to be coming to Florida for the first time and to be camping for the first time, and within a day of being here, up til just a lil whole ago while in the shower, my experience was spoiled.The people in the office were very nice when we got here and paid almost $600 in advance for our stay, but, so far, over all, Im very disappointed on how they handle certain situations when they arise, and the lack of an offer of some kind of compensation. Well be finding another camp ground to stay at once our month is up on December 7th.Ive never posted a review before til now. If the next place is a better experience I will definitely give them a good review, because Ill be glad for the experience that they have is better than here.Hoping the rest of my stay here gets better than its been so far

Had the best time ever here!Absolutely loved the campground and the people were so friendly.My kids had a blast! Id love to go back,just need to allow pit bulls there not all what people make them out to be and 9 times outta 10 its all the little dogs who are barking and going crazy. But other than that the park was great.
