Not all services listed here. Got the gold pkg. Did not wipe dash top or front, console, vents, or steering wheel. Also, had to finish windows myself.

Love this place! Staff is always super friendly, and they do an awesome job.

Do yourself a favor and save the $27 and go somewhere else! The 10 minutes it took them to attempt to wash my vehicle is a joke! My glass is completely smeared and I can barely see through it not to mention there are fingerprints on my windows as well. They did not wipe down the interior even though I paid for them to do so and the vacuuming is non existent. I could have done a better job at home with interior wipes.

Quality care & excellent service! I scheduled my detail on a Friday and was able to get in last minute on Monday! I am due with baby #2 and really wanted a clean car. They exceeded my expectations. I also have a Golden Retriever that goes on many car rides and the dog hair is completely gone! The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make you happy. I will definitely continue with their service by choosing one of their many awesome & affordable monthly packages!

For 10+ years I have often taken my vehicles here for a quick car wash, especially in those dreaded cold winter months. They always come out looking incredible, both inside and out (and Im fairly picky about these sorts of things). They offer underbody washes, which I always take advantage of in the winter. Everyone is very friendly, professional and they provide fast service without compromising the quality of their work. I also like that its local family owned. Highly recommend. A+

These guys have taken the best care of my car. They gave it a complete vacuum, which other places wont do because of Covid. I figured that out yet. They got a spill out of the backseat carpet that the other places wouldnt do. If you want your car really clean, these are the guys you bring your car to.

I really appreciate the personal attention at this car wash. They are very friendly and really do a great job with all the extra details. From vacuuming the interior to wiping the inside of your door panels, no area is overlooked.

This place is awesome and efficient! My car always looks spotless when I leave. I love that all I have to do is pull up and wait for a short time in their comfortable lobby. They take care of vacuuming, washing and wiping down the inside of the windows by hand! Their friendly staff works hard, it’s a valuable service that is worth every penny!

After only having to drive my family around for the past year and a half my car was a bit of a mess. Last minute clients came to town and needed to drive with me so in a panic I quick pulled into Sparkling Image. I haven’t seen my car this clean in a while. Everyone there was beyond helpful and friendly. I will definitely be stopping weekly to keep it up!

Sparkling Image went above and beyond to get my husband’s work truck clean at a very reasonable price. It was in horrible shape when he took it in from constant dirty construction use and food spills. When he picked it up, we hardly recognized it, it looked like a new truck!! I can’t wait to take my SUV in now!

Typically I use their "Full Service" car wash although I did have one car detailed some time back. I like the convenience, their courtesy and the lack of a need to make appointments: just drive by and if the line is too long, come again another day - or wait in line if you want..

Details done by Jay are the best I’ve seen. They do a good job cleaning cars promptly and for a very fair price.

Sparkling Image is by far the best carwash I have ever taken my vehicle to! The employees are very professional and want to make sure you leave happy; while the wash itself is outstanding. My vehicle comes out cleaner than ever every time!

They do a very nice full-service job for 3 of our vehicles. We are monthly full-service members for all three cars, so that alone means how much we like and trust in their car wash service. They are quite friendly and will get to know each other the more you visit. Most other car washes are exterior only while Sparkling Image vacuums, dries/wipes down exterior as well as the door jambs, windows, and interior. I always tip them in appreciation of their work.

They are absolutely wonderful. My carpets looked horrible when I went in and I am greatly pleased. I missed them when they couldnt vacuum our cars.

Terrible service. Rude employees. They hit my car which was just unacceptable. And they threw a rotten apple at me. Would never go their agian and wouldnt recommend if you have a tesla or a really nice car. If I had the option Id rate it 0 stars.

This place has been going downhill for years but it wasnt until this visit that the service was so terrible that I left without even getting my car washed. The employee was incredibly rude to begin with, but I was immensely bothered by her snapping at me for parking in line as I have for the last 20 years. I finally left after she sneered at me for asking about detailing services. Her response was "we dont do that" despite my getting my car detailed there countless times as well as detailing services still being advertised on their website. Needless to say, I dont plan on returning.

2 stars b/c the guy who checked us in was great. Listened to what I was wanting and guided me to the most efficient package. However the service provided was a disappointment. For one, you pick up your vehicle in a dark area so you’re unable to see the outcome until you’re driving down the road. (Missed spots interior, streaks on windows, bugs still on windshield, floor Matts some still had dirty and one still had water in it, and tires were not dressedSecond, when you call back to discuss issues they say come back and we can fix it. Which is great if you’re living in town but we’re passing through. I specifically called to be refunded for a service that was provided tire dressing that I paid for. I was told that they can not refund $3.99. I was not asking for the entire cost which would be appropriate ($30). The owner does not allow refunds. Although I appreciate the effort to fix their mistakes. Not everyone has the time to drive back to give a business a second chance to do the level of service that was expected the first time. In those cases a refund should be granted.

Couldnt be happier! I had the Express Detailing. When I called, they said to bring my car in the same day - no appointment needed. The lady in the front office was very friendly and the guys on break took care of my car immediately. Would definitely recommend this place!

Just had my husbands car detailed by Jessie at Sparkling Image. I was very impressed with the customer service. Everyone was kind and polite. And...the detailing? WOW!!! I had no idea the car could look this good. It looks like a brand new vehicle. Adding detailing by Jessie at Sparkling Image to my annual "to-do" list. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

These pictures were taken when I got home, which is 5 minutes from the car wash, after purchasing the $30 Complete wash. Very disappointed.The second star is for the cleanliness of the outside of the car.I will stick with Mister Car Wash like I should have.
