EDIT SEE BELOWMy family and I are in the process of moving to Tombstone and called numerous places to see if they would deliver to the new house. Sparks furniture was the most reasonable with their delivery fee so we went there.Shopping experience: The employees were nice and gave us the space we needed to shop. Unlike the big chains, no one lingered over us, but was there when we had questions and was ready to check out.Prices: They werent over priced for the amount of furniture purchased. We set up delivey with the knowledge that some items may be sent later.Delivery: There was a hiccup in delivey due to a miscommunication with Cara. I called 9/19 to verify delivey of the items and when she called back she stated all items would be delivered the next day. However, on the delivey date I received a call from Tim that said there was issues with one item and others not in yet. As you could imagine I was shocked and not happy.Resolution: Tim worked hard to order me a replacement piece of furniture, get us loaners of what wasnt in and still get our order delivered to us. Turns out we like the loaner pieces better and will be keeping them.EDIT: 10/9/22: Still no word on when replacement bed and tables will be delivered. Called twice and Tim still states its in route and researching. Trying to stay patient...10/16: Still have no idea if/when Ill see my replacement bed. Last I was told another 8 weeks on top of the 6 weeks Ive already waited. I picked out a few back ups and what shock theyre not in stock either. Tim, who I just found out is the manager and not the owner states Im stuck with a bed with no storage drawers until either the replacement or back ups arrives.I feel defeated and Ive actually given up on seeing the actual bed I bought or any bed that I picked out.I at least got money back for my missing tables or will once it stops saying pending.EDIT 11/2/22: Still NO word on my replacement bed and manager Tim seems to be out of the office for days at a time when I call. Time to call my CC company and stop payment mOnly reason they get a star is because of how they deliver to Tombstone
Tim and his crew are always friendly and professional. Check here first when you need furniture, you dont always have to go to Tucson.

We bought our dinette set and queen bed there. Very satisfied with sales and service. Good quality furniture at fair prices.
In January we purchased a pub table for our pool room,we dealt with Tim the owner. He was so nice, and a pleasure to deal with. Today we we had another purchase of a love seat purcased from Joann delivered by Anthony and Tyler. They were professional and courteous. Did an awesome job and were right on time. Thank you Gentlemen and Joann you are all awesome.
I cannot say enough about the quality of the service Sparks provides. When our bed had manufacturer defects they worked to quicky get us a replacement, removed the old bed and installed the new bed at no extra charge. When we moved they even sent an employee over to assist the movers when they had issues free of charge. There is no where else in southern Arizona I would go for furniture.
It’s difficult to find contemporary furniture here. Most of their selections are very early 2000s or rustic. The prices are definitely not justified. These pieces/selections are not in demand. I recommend more contemporary pieces be displayed so younger buyers like myself will feel compelled to invest.
Great Customer Service by Tim Wilson. He greeted my family with respect and was not a pushy sales guy. We just moved into the area and found a very nice sofa couch set that was priced reasonable and was delivered the same day.
I will not recommend the furniture store whats so ever! First their customer service was absolutely awful not willing to go to the warehouse because they were wearing high heels which you were very quick to let us know that by law you couldn’t, maybe next time pack some tennis shoes so you can sell to your customers! It was funny how their tone changed when they asked what my husband occupation was. Seriously?! Oh and then have the nerve to ask if they went to the warehouse tonight “will you buy it?” guess your commercial is not correct “The customer is always right?”
Tim was so helpful in our couch search! He quickly provided answers to all our questions, and he even held it for us until the end of the day (on a Saturdaywhile we figured out some logistics!
Tim helped us and found us what we were looking for. He has never disappointed us.

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had . Just moved to town and needed some furniture . Great prices and Tim went up and beyond to make sure I got my stuff to the house ASAP . Came back two days later and he made it happen again .
I found the BEST recliner. I am so happy with it. I looked for a living room set, but it was broken. I did not buy the living room set, but the recliner is awesome. The customer service was great. She was by herself and her customer service was great. She stayed busy.
If youre not wealthy or look wealthy dont bother...this guy gave me a snub that was incredible it was Christmas thought hed be cordial no I wasnt good enough....he sized me up on the way I looked...shame
I would have rated this store 5 stars if I ever got my Dining table that I had ordered 9/25/2021 and was given 6 weeks for delivery and still have not received it. Every time I call or go into the store for a status on my dining table the people on the phone or in the store always turn me away and tell me to come or call back another day.I have not gotten any updates on where my furniture is, why are items being sold online if status or delivery confirmation cannot be provided to the customer purchasing the furniture.I have worked in customer service for about 5 years and never dealt with anything like this personally, this is ridiculous and so upsetting.
Wont be wasting our time here anymore when we are referred to a website instead of the sales person actually helping us when we went into the store.My wife and I were looking for a bed frame with storage, the saleperson, who didnt even give us his name, asked what we were looking for, we told him. He then inquired if we were in a rush to get the item and we said not particularly at which point he told it was a minimum of 13 weeks which I get because of covid, but 13 weeks really? After reading some other reviews online about delayed response times I am sure that 3 month order time probably isnt accurate. He then pointed to a room and said these are the most popular models, but you are better off looking at our website.We decided to wander around and and just look, but we were basically just left alone. If I make an effort to come into your store dont refer me to a website. Maybe if the person doesnt see what is in store you could HELP them find something on your website. He also told us that they could get anything from Ashley Furniture. If I wanted something from there I would shop with them, and that is probably what we are going to do.Giving 2 stars because at least we got a helpful place to shop. In this day an age when people are mainly shopping online if they make an effort to come into your store you could be more helpful especially when they are trying to help a local business.
Shop local before heading to the big box stores! Tim Wilson wont let you down. Just moved to town and came in looking for a new sofa. They have a huge selection for every price range. Tim was talkative when we asked questions and backed off while we were looking around. The deal on my sofa kept getting better and better. The delivery folks were prompt, communicative, and friendly as well!
In Sierra Vista....? Ask for Tim. You wont go wrong. Very unobtrusive, and laid back. Yup, took sumpin, sumpin home.
This is the best place to get furniture in Sierra Vista. They had a better selection than anything I saw in Tucson as well. I needed to furnish our new house and got everything I needed from this place. Tim Wilson was very fair and honest with us. I can’t wait to receive my new furniture. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hit or miss on this store, from what I’ve been able to figure out. The first time I was there I had great friendly service. The second time... the polar opposite. I was the only one in the store besides the salesperson, who did not want to work with customers that day. I had a question about a sofa and hunted him down. He seemed agitated that I had bothered him. I brushed it off & continued to look around. Settled on a sofa I liked. Went to get him & he kept moving away! I was going to buy the sofa! But he saw me heading towards him & left the room! I waited for him to come back, saw him in another room, started that way, he disappeared again! I hadn’t been rude or anything. My earlier question was simply about delivery! I left without buying anything.
The facility is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Tim- the individual I interacted with was professional, up front, and helped me through the decision of buying furniture. I would recommend this business to everyone.
I had an amazing experience, and I usually hate furniture shopping. Tim Wilcox was the bomb! He was the perfect balance of "I am here to help" and "I wont bug you too much while you are looking". Very few salespeople can balance those two, and he was awesome. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had low expectations after visiting a few other furniture shops in town in search of a couch, and I was blown away by the selection at Sparks Furniture on E. Fry Blvd. They had a huge number of couches, tables, beds, dressers, etc. and many other options to order, and their prices were great. We bought a couch within 10 minutes, delivery was arranged within another 5 minutes, and we were out the door! I am a huge fan, and wont go anywhere else in Sierra Vista!

I had purchased a couch back in July and was told it would take 6-8 weeks, which was perfectly fine at the time. Then in September(8 weeks laterI called to check on the status of the couch because I havent heard anything from Sparks in regards to it being delayed or delivered, and I was told it wouldnt come until October 15th so I waited until the 15th, I called again because no one had reached out to me to schedule delivery.When I called I was told it wouldnt come in until the 25th. So by this point I was already extremely irritated by the lack of communication and professionalism, so I asked for my money back, and during that time I was continuously told that no matter where I go it was going to be a 6-8 week wait because of covid, honestly it felt like it was a way of saying you might as well stay with us since youre going to wait anyway.Honestly Im glad I got my refund, because the next day (Oct 16I went to Sam Levits in Tucson and bought the SAME STYLE sectional AND a 5yr warranty (Sparks did not offerfor an extremely lower price. Sam Levits called me yesterday to schedule my delivery. So obviously I didnt have to wait because of covid, and that was just an excuse for a lack of competency.Save your time and money and go to Tucson youll get better customer service and your furniture.

We came in Sparks Furniture looking for a new couch, love seat, and coffee table. I saw that it had good reviews so we decided on Sparks. It was a decent size and had a pretty good selection. I am very indecisive and took way too long to decide what I wanted. Tim, the sales associate, was so patient and let me take as long as I needed without pushing anything on us. We also didn’t have to order and wait for anything, we had it delivered the next day!!
I am very pleased with our purchases. We came down to Arizona with absolutely nothing and this is the place we chose. Jim was very helpful and amazing to work with. Yes, you do have to wait for your furniture but I completely understand why and they do deliver so it wasnt a big deal since they told us how long it would take. The delivery team was outstanding. We got to meet the owners and they are great people. I would recommend Sparks to anyone that needs any furniture.

We were interested in a table however the sales guy followed us to the tables than stood there staring at us the entire time. It was awkward. I understand they probably work on commission but seriously it was very awkward to be stared at like that! If I would of had a question I definitely would of asked. Definitely sucked because the prices were pretty reasonable.
We had a very bad experience over at the competitor and stopped here to see what they had. Tim was super friendly, non - pressuring, and accommodated our every question or need. We left with a beautiful mattress and a great feeling of accomplishment! We also have great ideas for a living room set that if we find we need we are going back to Sparks!Dont waste your time going anywhere else.
Buy from Sparks. Prices are more reasonable. They dont try to pressure you into buying, rip you off with additional fees, or mislead you with extravagant “discounts” like the other store in HWY 92.
They have a pretty varied selection and friendly staff. Staff were helpful, and were also aware enough to recognize when we just needed to be left alone to browse and decide what we really needed. We got my father a new couch, and he likes it very much. Definitely top of the list for future purchases.

We recently needed some service from Sparks. As was our experience making our purchases, our service experience was excellent. Courteous, prompt, nothing bad to say. Anthony was our service man and should be commended for a job well done. Sierra Vista is very fortunate to have Sparks Furniture.
Use caution when purchasing an extended warranty from Sparks Furniture. We purchased an extended warranty on a leather (electricreclining sofa and loveseat. When we needed to use the warranty (less than one year after the purchasewe were met with unprofessionalism and deceit. We did not receive the "warranty service" that the salesman told us we were paying for. I gave them two stars because they offered a haphazard solution to the situation. We have purchased furniture from Sam Levitz in Tucson and purchased their extended warranty and they are professional and follow through on the merchandise and warranty that they sell you. We thought we would receive the same service from Sparks. If you are purchasing expensive furnishings, your money will be better spent going to Tucson. It doesnt always pay to shop local.
The sales employees were very nice, I was in and out and didn’t feel pressured.Unfortunately, delivery was not as seamless. It took forever to get my things. They broke one of the dressers I ordered en route, so they had to re-deliver that one on a different day. They were also supposed to bring a new box spring they ripped, but that never happened. It took a month for the replacement dresser to arrive and they didn’t even tell me when it came in, I had to call them and they said they had it...I wonder how long it sat there.. They didn’t come during the scheduled delivery time and didn’t even call to tell me. When they finally arrived, they didn’t bring their tools to assemble the mirror to the dresser, so I had to do it myself. It was easy and it took less than 15 minutes, but it’s the principal of the whole situation. I understand things happen and I’m a very patient person, but I felt like once I paid for my items (and I spent quite a bit of money there), customer satisfaction was no longer important.
A nice local store but slightly costly if youre on a small budget. The furniture is nice for the price though and staff are friendly and helpful with no sales pressure. Would recommend.
Had top quality customer service as I enter the store very important to me. Everything I wanted was in store with a delivery date to match my particular needs which is why Sparks gets my highest rating. Yes I will recormend Sparks to my friends/relatives.Thanks again for everything Jim
Walking in to sparks was fine people were nice not to pushy - for a small town this is the best place for the furniture. Mind you as I wright this review I haven’t received my order yet. I walked in and easily dropped 1400 bucks on a bed dresser and mattress. I knew what I wanted and was in and out in 45 minutes if they make commission- by far easiest of the day- sat down put in my order lady said it would take 7-10 business days I said awesome I move in my new place in a week .. even if I sleep on the couch for a few days. Well today marks 2 weeks since I bought the product. And I received a phone call yesterday I can get it delivered Friday after thanksgiving. 3 weeks later. See my problem is yes it sucks sleeping on a air mattress pregnant. But I know I have a bed on the way- the part that I think is poor quality business is the fact that I was told 7-10 business days- not three weeks. I would have prepared a little more if I was just told upfront the truth. I get this is a small town and I come from the city where you get a little bit better customer service because there are more competitive places.. but I still had a whole guest room dining room and living room to buy. So I had to unfortunately go some where else cause I needed things a little quicker. One more thing I might add I asked if I could even pick up so I didn’t have to wait and they told me I could but if anything is wrong with it.. it will be on me- I get that.. but why are you even thinking something could be wrong- I thought about just getting a refund and buying some where else, again sleeping pregnant on a air mattress isn’t the best, but even if I did that they still get 30 percent of my money for return fees, which also was never explained during the transaction. So far very disappointing and I haven’t even received the product. Again wouldn’t have been such a deal if I was just given proper timing so I could have bought a guest bed in the mean time or something
We moved here without any living furniture. We are enjoying our new furniture now, but we had to call for each of our three deliveries after waiting on them. We will definitely shop there again.

My wife and I recently purchased a couch for our living room. Jim, our sales associate, was extremely accommodating during our entire purchase. His patience was impeccable, he even allowed us to take pillows home to see what colors would match our current living room furniture. He wasnt hurried and didnt try to push anything specific on us. Well definitely be buying from Sparks again because of him.
It was the best experience Ive ever had buying furniture. Jim made it super easy for us and was very knowledgeable about all of the products. The prices were withing our range and the furniture is of good quality.
Worse place to buy furniture. If I could choose 0 stars I would. I bought a bedroom set and paid a pretty penny for it. When my furniture came in I had to exchange the foot board, a night stand, the dresser and mirror as well as the tall dresser. Took over a month to get that furniture. I am still waiting for my dresser with mirror. Ordered everything at the end of February. We are now in July and I am STILL waiting for my replacement. Spoke with Tim a few weeks ago and he said he would have my dresser with the mirror delivered on 6/11, I let him know that I needed to re schedule for the next Saturday and his response was "hopefully it is not broken by then" and that I do not know how the boys are there. They called me the next weekend and they tried to deliver the dresser with out the mirror because "It was broken". I am sorry but I did not know re scheduling an appointment means to break my mirror that I have been waiting for. HORRIBLE customer service and I would not even recommend my enemies to this place. On top of paying 2000.00 up front, the "wood" sucks and the paint chips off even if you touch it. Now with all this being said, lets see if "The Customer is always Right".
Extremely disappointing. First and last experience. I ordered new couches, and though I specifically requested not to have the floor model, I received the couches without any plastic and completely covered in dirt and dandruff of all types, including desert stickers that are still poking us after several cleanings. I called to let the store know. The girl said shed let the manager know about it, and I never heard another word from them. Guess it didnt matter once they got rid of the couches. Their commercial "The customer is always right," surely did not ring true for me. I definitely would not recommend this store. Such a disappointing experience for what I thought were going to be my dream couches.
