Speedway in Whitley County

Staff seems to do everything at the front counter accept pay attention to customer, customers. There are never two lanes open during busy morning hours. This morning on e clerk that was open was more concerned about her tarot cards and her book about them to the other clerk than if her customer needed a bag for her items…. She also was not in uniform, black dress, strange glitter makeup, ring hanging from nose. Ect.. multiple customers in store. Floor is rarely clean. Water in front of coffee area ect.

Predatory ad-spam, unmuteable pumps. Worst customer experience imaginable.

Poorly cleaned, parking lot hasnt been repaired in years. Staff stands around while lines form allowing one employee to handle everyone. Whoever is managing this place needs replaced.

This is my weekly fuel stop and beyond the ridiculously high fuel cost its a good stop

A little on the run down side. But they got everything I could possibly need there and its one of the best convinience stores in town.

You have the rudest employee there that I have ever seen at a speedway. He works on Saturday around 1 :00 pm. When he is ringing you up,he never says hello or looks at you, doesn’t like to tell you your price, and especially doesn’t like to tell you thank you. I said thank you twice and he ignored me my sister then said it two more times before we got a thank you and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Even the blonde hair lady working with him said he is always rude to his customers. I have gave him sad faces every time I have been in there. I have been a speedway rewards customer for quite some time and I have never seen someone that rude working at a speedway before. I know times are hard at finding people to work, but I would try a little bit harder at finding a friendly person.

The staff they have now is more friendly, but this place is absolutely filthy every single time I visit.

Speedway Stores have the best sugar free French vanilla cappuccino!!!!

Gas station with the best nachos. They also have some hot dogs sausage pizza hamburgers donuts. They do a speedway card and when you earn point by buying items you can get free stuff or even money off gas. Staff always friendly just remember to take ID in if buying smokes they do card and they scan the ID.

The store has been out of slushy for over a month now and no tea. Is dirty and customer service stinks.

Not the place to go to avoid Covid. They do not follow the Governors Mask Mandate. I will purchase gas but no longer will I go inside to make a purchase.

Busy place At times. Good selection of drinks and snacks. As of 5-5-20 there is no hot food offered. BOO!

One of the smaller Speedway stores. A little hard to get in and out has a quite a few potholes by the entrances but the staff is very good.

Countless times Ive been stuck at the counter standing while the cashier is off talking to friends or doing other odd jobs that could wait till their line is gone. Today im at the register for a few minutes waiting, she walked up to the counter saw me standing there waiting and proceeded to go back to the bathroom and mop telling me she would be with me in a few minutes. Bye Felicia.

Switched gas stations because the manager is unpleasant in the morning

The staff working are nice service is very fast they have good prices and a great rewards system.

Really great gas station with a variety of drinks and foods! They turn in to points when you have your speedy card which helps you save money :)

The people that work here are always very nice. Its a Speedway but it is more like a small town gas station.

This place is horrible! They are busy everyday at noon and only one person at the checking people out with a long line. Everyone else is busy stocking shelf when this should have been done before the rush. Terrible place.
