Horrible customer service at the night shift the big girl in the red shirt had to finish her text or game before noticing me lol

I would give this speedway five stars but they dont care about customer safety. Went in there this morning for coffee and they had the main entrance blocked off so in case of a fire or an incident happened we would all be rushing to one single door. I find management lacking common Sense here they need to review their OSHA safety standards.

Ive never had a problem at any Speedway. They are great to their customers

Manager has terrible customer service. Usually stop there every morning after work but Ill be finding a different establishment after today.

Always an enjoyment when shopping at speedway! Clean and organized shelves. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never too crowded!

They charge a fee for cashing lottery tickets on sundays and their phone never works

Why have a cafe if it is never open. None of the employees show up for there shift in the cafe. I stay behind this speedway and come in almost everyday and 5 out of 7 days a week nobody shows up for there cafe shift. The last 4 days its been closed due to nobody showing up for there shift. Also the employees that work the cafe are so rude. Everything Is over priced. And not worth wasting your money. I will definitely not recommended this speedway to anyone.

Please fix your phone issues when people try to call it rings once and hangs up. Suppose if there is a life threatening emergency and someone got hurt in your parking lot and they try to call you. Please fix your phone issues

Amazing service at the cafe from a young woman working by herself despite how busy it was at 10am.

The Pepsi was out at the fountain drink station, told the girl behind the counter at the grill, she looked at me and then turned and went about her business like I hadn’t even spoken to her.

Pull in here on occasion because it is on the convenient side of the road....and then I pull out upset having wasted my time. 3 times now I have tried multiple pumps and am told to go in and see the cashier. This card will work in a few minutes down the road at Circle K.Save your time and just start with Circle K, typically they have better prices anyway. Time to boycott Speedway.

Used my rewards card to get gas.

I was in the area from out of town. The store was near my hotel. I stopped in for some convenience items - drinks and snacks. Nice store. Clean and well organized. One star deducted because the check out process was very slow.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service and the early morning manager on 23 Feb 2019 was rude, disrespectful, and lied about the return policy laws. I wasnt even given the chance to explain the situation, before I was interrupted, and lied to. Im a compliance officer and fully understand the laws.

Good prices on gas, well stocked convienience store, and decent grill items. The strawberry frozen refreshers are really good.

Very slow in the morning only one cashier working places very crowded Took 10 minutes to pay for gas and a coffee. This is not a one time thing only this happens a lot in the mornings.

Always somewhat cheap gas comparatively. Upscale Speedway so thats a plus.

Loveeee this Speedway!! On some days I drive 15+ minutes from home to come here. Its just so sad this is the only Speedy Cafe around this area. They definitely should build more. What got me started was their made to order coffee frapps. Cant believe how good they are for the price. Forget, Starbucks, Tim Hortons and McDonalds! Lol. Also tried their made to order subs. WOW! Again they were awesome. I got a 6inch with everything I wanted, toasted, extra meat and cheese. This made me want to try other things on the menu in the future. Store is very clean, and so far every employee I have talked to has been very friendly.

They will promise 10 cents off the gallon, But charged me for the price of premium even though I pressed the unleaded. Thieves if you ask me.

Waiting 15 minute for my order then they find out they dont have a bread for my order

The store is usually pretty clean and stocked up well. I have been going there daily for 3 years, and I do mean daily. They apparently keep hiring stupid people there who I.D. for cigarettes. Which I 100% dont mind if I go into a new store or something and they dont know me. I have full sleeves of tattoos, is there anyone you know of under 18 who is sleeved up with tattoos?So because of their idiot employees I will no longer go to this gas station and will drive out of my way to give someone else my business and will let everyone I know at the GM tech center to do the same. This store has been boycotted

Clean store and fairly pleasant cashiers made filling up pretty enjoyable.
