Carlos and Westen did a amazing job, they talked me through the whole job, Even went around the house to see if everything else was working ,

1. Appointment desk was so kind and understanding and made an appointment for next day2. They called in the morning to confirm we were on the schedule and let us know where we were in the rotation3. Outstanding work and customer service from the start!Gobler and Victor were our amazing technicians for our water heater repair. Our house is ancient so new remodel installment was required. They communicated with us on everything and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Now the mess and unsafe wiring and pipes that were there before are organized and neat. I would highly recommend to call them. We will definitely be calling them for future help.Forgot to mention. They did all the research to see if our water heater was under warranty and place the order for our parts. They did all the work for us.

I called to have a water pipe under my kitchen sink repaired. They responded within an hour of my phone call and had it repaired in less then hour. 2 hours from call to finish. Very much appreciated.

I had Westin from knights plumbing out to locate and repair a foundation hot water line leak. Westin was very thorough and informative during the course of his detection and repairs .

Knight’s responded very quickly even though the day was half over. Westin and Carlos showed up, took a look, and explained the possible ways to fix the leak and the pricing for each. They were able to fix it quick and cleanly with no extra surprises, and even showed us a better way to turn off our water in emergencies. They were courteous and professional. Jr is knowledgeable yet humble and worked extra hard. He unboxed and took the toilet upstairs. He value his work and use his new tool to accomplish a clean finish. He kept his work organized and also picked up after himself. It’s nice and also kind. His thoughtfulness is a contribution to the company. Jr communicate why he also left the other toilet upstairs and assume the best in me; that is maybe to discuss with my family and to use the box to return it to the merchant/store. I appreciate and thank Jr for his ownership in his work and the respect he have for his company and bosses.

Jr is a life saver! Cold showers for a family of four was going to end in mutiny. Luckily Jr was able to get the new water heater operational in less than 24 hours.

They didnt leave an invoice or tell us anything more than that we needed to have someone come out to look at the septic tank, which is something they dont do. I dont usually leave reviews, but they prompted me by text not once but twice, so . . . fine. Here you go. Not impressed.

We had a drain plug late in the day with a concern that we would not receive any service until the next day. Knights professionals (Weston and I believe Carloswere able to clear the blockage within thirty minutes and allowed us to have an ease of mind.

I called Knights plumbing and Les was here in a couple of hours. He evaluated the area and realized that the water was coming from my neighbors yard. They were not home so we had to call the water company and they came out and turned off the water. Les was knowledgeable and professional and I will be sure to call Knights when I need any plumbing work don.

Weston was able to find a solution to a problem that three other plumbers were not able to find. He provided excellent customer service, and spent a significant amount of trying to solve a second problem to the best of his ability. He replaced our sink stoppers after we were told they couldn’t be replaced unless we took out the entire sink. He also was able to fix the shower handle after two other plumbers just dismissed the issue and recommended we by an expensive replacement. I was very happy with the service and would recommend him and the company to anyone.

Victor and Jose were very professional and helpful. They installed a new kitchen faucet and let me know that the air gap for the dishwasher was not connected. They gave me the pros and cons of getting a new air gap. I chose to get it. So thankful for their expertise. Highly recommend them and Knights Plumbing & Drain!

Victor and Shawn were awesome!They inspected the area and explained the process of what they will do. Upon inspection notice that the prior person who installed the area did not do a proper job. Explained that with the improper installation, it can cause issue in the long run. They answered all my questions and concerns. Even emailed me the estimate of the cost if I decided to properly install laundry drain. Also love the fact that they take pictures of the area and email it to me.

Huge thanks to Armando and Jason! I have nothing but great things to say. They were quick, professional and very informative with the whole process. I had trouble with my garbage disposal not working and not only did they find the solution within minutes, they also found an issue with the way the water was draining down the sink (I thought was normaland adjusted a pipe that was originally on backwards. They communicated all the steps they were going to take to fix the drainage and shared great information on how to maintain everything. Now all works like new, they even cleaned up after themselves (I was surprised due to other experiences in the pastand recaulked around my sink. Victor and Junior were both very professional, they listened to what was happening with my sink and washer, explained the situation to me, and suggested a course of action. Prior to doing any work, they set the expectation of the work and its cost and explained the guarantee. Once I agreed they got right to the job and they had all the tools to do it without having to leave and come back. They were done in an hour and everything works fine. I called Knights to install a utility sink in my garage. Weston and Chris showed up within an hour of me locking in the service request and immediately proceeded to assess the install scope of work and provided me with excellent communication regarding the SOW and estimate. Once they started, they were finished within a couple of hours with no inconvenience towards me. The install was very professional and looks as if the utility sink belongs where it was placed. Weston ensured everything was functioning properly and ensured there were not any leaks. I could not be happier about their professionalism, workmanship, and their knowledge of their trade.
