Spencer's in Weber County

I come here everytime I go to the Newgate mall, and they always have new items and old classic items restocked. The employees are always kind and they are knowledgeable of most things. They also arent afraid to admit they dont know, but they immediately get help to the solution. Its a bit crammed but the paths are clear of obstacles

Did not have any shirts in my size seems like they cater to the skinny

Made a trip to go to Spencers and it was closed. Store closes at 8, not 9. Waste of my time

Fun store to browse around in. So many unique and classic things to see. Huge assortment of cool t-shirts, a wall of multi-colored lava lamps, cards, jewelry, clothing, and so much more. Nice salespeople too.

I had a decent time going here. It was fun to get a few ideas of what I wanted to get.

Love going to this store but last time I went in had a really rude child that worked there just standing at the cash register went to check out and told me go to the other side. I walked around to the other register and he was talking to the other girl that was working there how rude customers are. It makes me not want to shop here any more sorry I am giving you my business so you can have a job.

when i was there, there was a caucasian employee who said the n word.

Funny store but seemed the employee running the register wasn’t trained to be alone. Christmas apparel was 25% off and he told me he didn’t know how to fix it and his manager was in the bathroom. He said I could come back later...no thanks!

I used to really love this place but its kind of gone downhill doesnt have as quality of things as they used to and the prices have gone up quality has gone down I wish I like them as much as I used to but its just hard to anymore because now theyre just another retail store it tries to make as much on their product to say possibly can without having their products be that good

I live this store

I was only in Spencers 7 minutes and left with better quality than I was hoping for. The body jewelry there is stainless steel with a lifetime warranty WOW great deals for the prices and fabulous customer service

They are very helpful and made shopping a little more fun

Its a good store for the individual looking for quirky gifts or items. Its not really appropriate anyone under 18 though, at least not in my opinion.

Yeah, went in and got what we needed.Wasnt impressed with our very clearly TWEEKING clerk.Im surprised she wasnt sent home, it was so obvious she was on something other than weed.Will not be back to this store after that.

Joke of a store. I asked two employees if they were available to help me find an item, both replied "We havent seen it." Okay can you at least check your inventory? Neither of them moved to help me look the only help they gave was "Its most likely an online exclusive." Okay thats a possibility so I pull up the website while in the store and SURPRISE not an online exclusive! Just two employees with bad customer service skills. Will not be going back and will just order online from now on, since their website is more helpful than their store employees.

Its a place for pop culture fans and geeks, it is very R rated though so dont bring in kids under 14

This store is good but there isnt as much to choose from like it use to have service isnt the best either i went in there and one of the workers sat on the counter the whole time while one other guys tried to help 3 different customers

I bought a butt plug from here, and it’s far too large. Now I have to wear depends! I never would have shopped here if I knew what kind of anal anguish I was about to experience! It’s entirely changed my life, all I wanted was to have a little fun with my boyfriend and now I have a disability that leaves me empty LITERALLY. I’m so gaped that I can’t go down a water slide without getting a chlorine enema! Have you ever tried cleaning chlorine out of your rectum? I bet not! That have all your pop culture paraphernalia , from hats and shirts to belts and wallets. Also they have an adults only section for the more adventuress.

Today I came to learn one of the most helpful staff memebers was falsely accused of being on drugs and fired. She was very nice and very welcoming and now theres nothing but rude, ignorant workers there. Its a shame thats legal to fire someone with no proof of being under the influence.

The employees were very rude. All the jewelry in the cases had different ones behind the ones in front, but he would not let me look through them. It was like he thought I was going to steal them if I looked through them, even though he was standing right there the whole time. And the woman (I think the main manageris rude and has the worst customer service, EVERY time I go in. Spencers is supposed to be fun, but this one honestly sucks to be in.
