Splash N Go Car Wash in Greenup County

My husband and I stopped by and was cleaning out our car to vacuum. The owner walked up to our car and told us we wasn’t allowed to throw our trash away because we wasn’t “customers “ the self service car wash. I’m sorry but I thought u clean the trash out your car first and pick up the big stuff before you vacuum. I need an explanation!?!!?
