I normally dont do reviews unless I feel like the credit is well deserved. A big thank you to dermatologist Dr. Peterson & Master aesthetician Thomas Moore. Both my husbund and I came in to remove bumps/ moles and I cant tell you what a great team you both were. Also, thank you for sending us with a written out treatment plan with amazing samples to help further our skin care needs. I would highly recommend these two individuals at Springville dermatology for any individuals looking for treatment!

The staff is so friendly and nice! They were also very quick. I just had a referral appointment so I didn’t expect to have a procedure today but they were able to do the procedure! Very efficient and caring.

Great experience! Went through my accutane treatment here and everything went smoothly. It look me 4 months to complete my treatment!

I have been to Springville dermatology a few different times and all of the providers and medical assistants my family and I have encountered have all been so welcoming and wonderful.They are all so great at making you feel comfortable in the rooms and all of the questions we’ve had have been answered sufficiently.The best part is, they are always able to get us in super fast!From the time I walk into the office, until the time I leave, it’s always been such a good experience.

I’ve been lucky to have found Springville Dermatology and Medical Spa and have received treatment on both sides of their practice and have been pleased with every visit! I have recommended family and friends and have had my young grandkids go in for different reasons and have been very pleased with how they treat patients of all ages. I have always been pleased with the products purchased as well.

Have been going here for a while for facials and now laser treatment. Livie and Cresencia are really good at what they do. They are very informative and are making sure you’re doing okay with all treatments and not in pain. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Peterson & the PAs. They have helped me so much in resolving many of my skin issues. I’ve also gotten treatments at the medspa & the combination of both have bettered my results. Do recommend !

Im a post cancer patient and 2 years after chemotherapy my hair didnt grow back as full. I went in to get expert opinion to see if they had experienced with how long it would take hair to go grow back fuller or if they recommend other options. The female PA didnt even come close enough to check my hair and just told me from about 5 ft distance that I had alopecia. ICD code in my diagnosis as alopecia so my insurance wouldnt pay for it. My hair situation was a cancer cause but the way they coded made it sound like I just had hereditary alopecia. When I called the billing office, no one returned my call. Im very disappointed that she diagnosed me without even looking at my head/hair. She didnt have the best bed side manner either. I left the office frustrated and disappointed.

Love Springville dermatology! They are so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable and taken care of! Highly recommend.

Dishonest with the pricing. Said it was affordable not at all. 800$ for my wife’s one appointment is not at all affordable. Don’t go here unless you have lots of money. They at least have us on a monthly payment plan now. But we wouldn’t have had to go on that plan if they would’ve just been upfront about their prices in the first place. My wife’s also got infected from there. From the other reviews that have been given it seems like this place responds and discounts a lot of what the reviewer said whether it’s true or not. But I said my piece and it’s a true story lol.

My first appointment with the medical spa was good. I scheduled a second appointment and when I showed up the aesthetician wasnt there. I was told a message was left but I never received a message. So dont waste your time and go somewhere else. Side note: I am very happy with the dermatology side.

I’ve never been to a more welcoming doctor’s office! Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I really felt like the doctor I saw knew his stuff. I didn’t catch the front desk receptionist’s name, but she was SO patient with a super snarky patient that was in the waiting room at the same time as me. Give that woman a raise! Haha. Thank you for the great care!

All the staff at the med spa and the dermatology side are friendly and helpful! I see Hunter at the med spa for various treatments. He is very knowledgeable about the products they supply and backs them up completely. Hunter is not a product pusher though. He goes at your speed for what you want from your skin care regime.

This was my first visit at Springville Dermatology and it was amazing! The entire staff was friendly from my first call to the end of my appointment. Dr. Collins and her team were understanding, interested in my overall needs, and actually cared about my life and lifestyle. I highly recommend them for any skin conditions or recommendations for younger looking skin!

Hunter in the Med Spa is always so helpful and will work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your needs. He really knows what he’s doing— I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin!

Springville Dermatology is the perfect blend of a medical clinic and inviting esthetic care boutique. I appreciated the welcoming office receptionist Wendee Truman, whose warmth and efficiency made me feel at home while valued my time. I started coming to Springville Dermotology summer of last year for accutane. I’ve had the opportunity to meet with all three providers and MAs at this office and every time has been an amazing experience. They are all so kind and welcoming and it makes it so nice to come to a place with a friendly staff and friendly providers.

My favorite dermatologist I’ve been to in years. I would tell anyone to come here if they asked because it’s a welcoming environment with great staff and doctors. The nurses are amazing as well and I’m hoping to try some aesthetic services soon!!

The staff at Springville Dermatology was amazing! They were all so nice and helpful. I saw Libby while there and she was so sweet and answered any questions that I had!

I’ve been going to them for YEARS. Always for the same thing and I loved their office. I sent my boyfriend in for a routine cyst/boil to have it lanced and drained. They sent a sample off to the lab for patho results. We were not told about it prior and got a $450 bill. I called the office to dispute and during the dispute we were sent to collections.This office adds to the growing problem in this country surrounding medical billing and charges we did not opt for. Had we been offered a lab test we would have declined as this is a reoccurrence. Surprise, surprise the patho results showed nothing of concern.As a doctors office they should be informing patients of tests, ESPECIALLY when they are cash pay. Once they were made aware of the mistake they told me they cant reverse it because its "Insurance fraud". Its just as bad to charge people for things they were not aware of, especially in the medical industry.Thanks for the overcharged bill and being sent to collections. After years of service I will not be back.

Both my son and I have had services at this dermatologist office and we have loved it. The staff is so courteous and personable, from the office staff to the doctors and assistants. They are so friendly and helpful. Recently I had an IPL treatment with Hunter and he was awesome. He was training a couple of people during it and they were all very respectful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place!!

Dr Peterson was great. Treatment was effective. The low rating is from the subsequent events. I was seen in the fall 2020. My FSA requested an itemized bill for coverage. I requested the bill in December 2020, and twice in January 2021. Still no reply as of 2/11/21. I work in an office and this type of bill can be done in a matter of minutes. They must be busy and dont want my repeat business.

I have been here for the past couple years for acne which the doctors have always been so awesome and helpful! Recently I’ve been seeing Hunter for chemical peels and let me just say he is awesome! He talks you through it all and answers any questions you have, he is easy to talk too and I would recommend him to anyone! The staff is so amazing with scheduling and super friendly! I’ve never had a problem:)

Absolutely LOVE Springville Dermatology! We initially came for my husbands acne scarring, and after shopping around, this place seemed to be the best pricing. After he had a great experience with Hunter Healey, I decided to make a few different types of appointments as well and they have all been great. Great staff, great pricing, and great service!

Nice facility and nice staff but their prices are ridiculous. i was in there for about 15 maybe 20 minutes, they burnt off 3 little spots which took less then 2 to 3 minutes if that. They charged me for 3 surgeries totaling $300.72 and $111.09 office visit for a total of $411.81. One spot they did do some additional testing on for which i was charge more. I cant believe they call them surgeries and charge so much. They need to post their pricing before so you know what you will be charged.

I had a funky mole that I wanted checked out. They did a shave biopsy on it, as well as another that the Dr. also thought looked off. A few days later I talked on the phone to a second Dr. who told me one was melanoma, and the other was nothing to worry about. I went in today to have the melanoma removed and as Dr. #3 is numbing me, hes talking as if its nothing to be worried about. I interrupted him and said I was told it was melanoma. He looked surprised, and asked his assistant to print off the reports. I was right. They then had trouble figuring out which was which. He ended up taking out both, "to be safe". I will be finding a new dermatologist who knows whether or not their patient has CANCER before walking in the room to perform surgery.

From the first step into this office, I felt welcomed and comfortable. They are professional, organized, well educated on procedures and were incredibly thorough and kind. Ive recommended Hunter and the rest of the staff multiple times to friends and family. Wonderful experience!

Dr. Peterson is great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my issues and his staff was incredibly helpful. I came in with several concerns and each and every problem was addressed. Dr. Peterson take the time to work with me to develop a strategy and plan of action which made me feel very at ease and offered a lot of transparency which can be difficult to come by in medicine, particularly in dermatology. I have also seen Hunter in their med spa and his knowledge of skincare products and their ingredients is phenomenal; it is clearly a passion of his that shows through his vast experience with all kinds of products, everything from drugstore brands to high end luxury brands. I appreciated his straightforward and pragmatic approach to daily skincare which really helped me to better understand the more nuanced aspects of a proper skincare routine. Overall I was incredibly impressed with the care I received from everyone at Springville Dermatology and look forward to my next visit!

I cannot tell you how poor the customer service from their staff is because I haven’t received any. I saw Michael Peterson back in May to get help with my Psoriasis that’s returning. He prescribed me a biologic, Skyrizi. After not hearing from them for MONTHS I decided to call my insurance company. Turns out they never sent the prescription over. I called the office back and asked them to send it. My insurance denied the request which is obviously not the offices fault but they handled it all so poorly. I have been trying to get qualified for a program to receive the medication through a speciality pharmacy. I filled out my portion of the application and have been waiting 3 weeks for the office to fax over my prescription for the medication to this program. Needless to say, I went in May with a couple spots of psoriasis trying to get help and get ahead of a major breakout. It is now the second week of September and I am covered head to toe in psoriasis because I simply cannot get the help I need. As a bonus, I gave them my updated address on my check in form I filled out on their iPad. Apparently it didn’t update on their end because they have been sending bills to my old address I no longer live at. I never received a bill from them by mail or email or a phone call. Now I have a hit on my credit because it went to collections for a failure on the front office. I would never recommend this office to anyone. They were great about a year and a half ago but clearly lost some good employees since then. I’ve never felt such lack of support getting medical care than from this office. I went in to get help before a breakout occurred but now I’m covered in psoriasis, embarrassed of my appearance, paid almost double for my worthless visit due to late fees, and have a collections report on my credit history. Bravo Springville Dermatology, Bravo.

Springville Dermatology has great service! Stephanie was very helpful, along with all the doctors there. I felt like they really cared about me and my health and well-being. They listened and checked on all my concerns. Also, there Office was clean, warm, and inviting. Thank you!

I went into Springville Dermatology today to get a chemical peel. I was a little nervous at first but after talking to Hunter before we began he went through each step to make sure I knew everything that was going to happen before we started. This is such a personable office. I had talked to the aesthetician Hunter previously before my first appointment he gave some recommendations before making an appointment. Don’t waste your time or money here. The front desk lady is rude and so unhelpful. I had Botox done here multiple times and was disappointed EVERY time. Always a different injector. Never the results I wanted. Continued to go back because they had seemingly great deals. (now i know whythe last time I had Dysport done my results were awful. I was bruised for weeks and still had full movement! I went back 10 days after to get it “touched up” and they refused to give me any kind of discount. I gave them the benefit of doubt every visit, but after 4 or 5 times and 100’s of $ spent and still so disappointed, I will never go back.

My visit to the Springville Dermatology office this afternoon was so great! I was diagnosed quickly and given tons of information regarding my issue plus the staff were all extremely kind and helpful! My daughter was even entertained and given a treat as well. Highly recommend this office to anyone with any skin or beauty needs!

My appointment was great today. Finally found an amazing, thorough doctor that not only scanned for melanoma (which I had); but also found a laser for my leg scar that helped the pigment lighten immediately.

I loved Springville Dermatology when I first visited and recommended them to a couple friends, but then I had to keep returning and nothing was being treated. Each time I went in it was a new doctor and I had to explain myself all over again. By the last visit I was told that there was "nothing they could do" and I just needed to "live with it". I wasnt satisfied with that response. I later made an appointment with Chrissy Linton at Revere Health in Provo and she diagnosed and cured my issue in my first visit. I feel like I wasted my time and money at Springville Dermatology.

Dr. Brothers was so personable and really great at explaining and giving me detailed instructions to help with my skin issues postpartum. I called Springville Derm after having a very disappointing experience with Revere Health Dermatology, and they got me in within 2 days. Everything I was prescribed seems to be working. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Peterson Senior and son treated me for now 3 years. Great and caring attention ended up saving my skin of cancer. That alone deserves high praises for their attention and care to me and my family. Also great supporting staff.

We went to Springville Dermatology when my son had a strange rash from wrestling. Dr Peterson was AWESOME!! Not only did he take the time to figure out what was really going on with my sons skin, but he called multiple times in the following weeks to make sure we got the correct medicine and the rash went away. We truly felt how much Dr Peterson cared about helping us, and that we were not just a number.

Excellent office! Took my daughter in for a reoccurring rash they had it figured out in minutes. Havent had an issue since. Dr. Peterson was so great through the whole process and with my nervous 5 year old. I would recommend them to anyone .

My 1 year old had to have something removed on her foot. I was very impressed with how patient the staff was and Dr. Peterson took his time to help her be calm. I know the appointment far exceeded the time it would normally take but they were more then willing to take the time necessary to make it is easy on her as possible. Great bed side manner.

Love this office! Usually you would expect the dermatologist to not be very careful when doing the annual check that I go in for when it comes to identifying those dangerous moles. I felt that Dr. Petersen took his time and fully checked every one of my moles (and I have a lotand he took time to address and answer my questions. Thanks.
