Never dissatisfied with Sprouts even though a salad bar would seal the deal. Except today around 9:30 am the girl who made my sandwich should have saved you all $ by staying home. The bread was dry, looked like the little sliver of lettuce had been stepped on, one small bit of RB & Swiss. Asked for extra veggies was lucky to get minimal yet was charged $6.49 for low grade product.

Sprouts is the greatest market for everything! All their food is delicious and the people who work in the one near my house in Prescott Valley Arizona are the nicest people and they make you feel welcome all the time. I love going there, whereas I hate going to the frys down the street because the workers are just rude and miserable at frys. Sprouts is the greatest place and their products are great and healthy. Also their vitamins section at sprouts has literally saved my & my moms lives and the guy named Will who works at Sprouts in Prescott Valley in their vitamin section is so knowledgeable and friendly. I swear hes like a natural remedies doc and I know hes had some specialized training so for sprouts to have people like him working there makes it that much better. Their vitamin people know all of their products and can recommend things that are better than going the synthetic route, natural remedies have always been better than the synthetic ones. Thank you so much Sprouts for always going above and beyond for your customers.

I found the staff to be really friendly for the most part. Im a nut lover so Im going to be back to get something nice. Tonight I just bought some frozen fruit bars on sale. Bought them a few nights ago. They were really good. I like the way the store is set up and the place is super clean. Thank you staff!!

Nice place to find the organic coffee, nonestrogenic underarm deodorant, etc. That is missing at other stores.

I just really like the different items Sprouts sells. They have a great assortment of fruits and veggies. They have awesome bulk items as well. Always fun to see whats new for the different seasons.

Great place to find a great assortment of unique items as well as the basics. Since items are on the pricy side, but the quality is good.

Prices are a bit high but better quality and youll see things you dont see at the normal market. So thats nice. I like the bulk dry goods. Great for prepping!

I used to love Sprouts and shopped there often especially for great produce. Unfortunately, Ive noticed more frequently recently that much of the produce I like to buy is moldy. Often I can see it before I purchase, but other times I dont find the mold until after I get home. Its great that they will refund my money if I bring in the receipt but this is a hassle and could, at least partially, be avoided. Prices are skyrocketing, as we all know, and those prices are passed on to the consumer but it does not benefit anyone to keep prices so high that produce goes bad and needs to be thrown out before it sells. Why not avoid this by pricing food so itll sell before it goes moldy and is wasted?As this has become more prevalent, store managers really need to keep a closer eye on the condition and quality of the fresh food as moldy produce should not be sold to customers.

Your site is very difficult to navigate, I have yet to make a list as it doesnt open or give directions for functioning. Why is it so slow, I waste so much time trying to move about your site. There is no explanation for selecting items, I just dont have time to bother,

This review is only about the price of items, not quality or friendly staff. Yesterday I went to get groceries. First item on my list was Ezekiel bread. It has been around $6.49 recently. It is now $7.49, exactly $3 more than the same loaf of bread at Trader Joes. Instead of buying, I walked out and did all of my shopping at TJs. Im sure Ill go back to Sprouts, but not for bread.

I travel a lot to different cities and always shop at the local Sprouts. All of the deli staff at the Prescott Valley store were exceptional in making my sandwiches, and a bargain starting at $4.99. Much more healthier and tastier than eating Fast food sandwiches This isn’t a franchise sandwich shop. They made to order my sandwiches. Sometimes I forgot to I order it toasted, and they would ask me if I wanted toasted.

I used to live in Santa Fe, NM, would go to Sprouts most as I could walk there from where I lived (and Papa Murphys was next door). I havent been to another Sprouts since I moved here over 5 years ago. Then I forgot something at Safeway so stopped here on the way home from work. Forgot how nice Sprouts is. I am a regular now, I use the app before hand to see whats available, make a list and can go down list walking from one side of store to other and back again, so I dont forget something. Store not too big but has everything one could need. I most all ways get guacamole mix and two avocados, among other items. Check out has no long wait, friendly staff.The layout is different than the one in Santa Fe, they had the wine near the door. Occasionally a homeless one would grab a bottle and leave. Hope he had a opener.

Lots of organic produce. Kind of expensive, but the natural growing of produce is preferable to people with certain physical ailments.

Great place, great food you really cannot get anywhere else. I do recommend it. 3 stars because we drove a hour to the nearest one specifically to get the amazing double crust blueberry pie for a celebration, among other things, however upon serving the pie turned out to be mislabeled. After a bit of a scare because of a strawberry allergy, with inspection and checking the kinds sold online we were able to determine it was blackberry & raspberry. Though this type was listed only as "berry" luckily it did not contain strawberries. I get it "blueberry pie" "berry pie" Im sure they are easily mistaken for one another when packing etc.. it was unfortunate and the birthday girl wasnt happy & I couldnt just pop over and pick up a new one. Luck of the draw I guess. Maybe we will buy two next time just incase? I dont know..

I have been shopping here for quite a while and used Instacart as our delivery service. I ordered some trout and they tried to substitute sushi in its place. I cancelled the order because that was not what I wanted. Less than 20 minutes later a young lady showed up, dropped two orders of sushi and ran to her car to leave the area. I attempted to speak with the Instacart representative and was unfairly treated. After taking with her, she refused to issue a refund nor apologize for their actions. I have never been treated like this whenever a delivery service is shopping for me nor delivers the wrong items and then refuses to correct their mistakes.PLEASE: DONT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON!! YOULL BE SORRY!

Well what can I say. I went to sprouts to get some melons my local town produce is terrible. I bought the watermelons 🍉 OMG it was like eating candy. Finally bought 2 thick center cut pork chops bone dang they were killer. Bought some snacks pumpkin muffins and apple struddle bites. All worth the trip . Wish you were closer the 45 miles away 1 way. Sprouts always the best, worth the drive.

Always clean the help enjoy their jobs. I go 45 each way to get their produce, the best around. They have a great health section with help. Plus I enjoy the help your self bins. Australian licorice. I always bring home gummy bears and worms for my grandchildren and my Daughter in law after hello and hugs off they all go to pops stash. Lol

Their items are quality items, with a little higher price than other stores. However, they have many organic items which are healthier. They came with different new items all the time, so it was great. I got organic 🥭, honey comb chocolate, milk Chocolate almond, strawberry, tomato Chips. Healthy and great taste, most importantly they are fresh 😋 and yummy. The cotton candy grapes are the best. The price though-- the same like last year, with the amount half of it. The inflation rate problem - as always. But Im glad -- all fresh and taste yummy, and price is competitive too.

This is our first time in the store, so we were looking around for things. Several store employees offered to help usThis store reminded me of Trader Joes. They have a lot of unique things. I purchased a really cute table decoration for my mom.

Why isn’t there an employee and customer mask policy at this Sprout’s during the COVID Omicron surge? Makes me fear for mine and my family’s health, safety & well-being during this holiday season.Some employees are not masked. Most customers are unmasked.

They where kind and very helpful there food is amazing. With it being the holidays of course they will be out of stock of some things but that is normal. I dont mind. I love this store.

I am so impressed with this sprouts i cant begin to tell you. Every product is perfectly aligned and the staff is amazing. Kinda far from us so we bring coolers. They offer free ice to keep everything cold. Thank you for that.

The hidden gem in Prescott Valley for produce and perishables. Ive always enjoyed Sprouts fresh produce, butchery, dairy products and hard to find items. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My family prefers to shop here because its one of the few establishments where you can find the majority of people wearing masks. Its nice to see a business taking the pandemic seriously.

James the store manager helped me with a situation that I initially thought was from the Prescott store. He was absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer service. His assistance was extremely personable, swift & effective. Very satisfied.

I love their produce! It may be a bit more expensive but it lasts so much longer than other produce and I dont end up throwing any away before its eaten!I also enjoy and count on their vast variety of teas. I am always happy to find many brand names on sale!

Its a good grocery store with a large selection of Organic Produce, as well as many vegan options. Between the two stores locally Im usually there a couple of times per week. Sprouts has completely replaced shopping at other conventional grocery stores.

This is my number one go-to store for produce. I love the variety, freshness, and good prices. I like to try new products and when I ask about any of them they always cut me a sample so I can judge for myself. The meat department as well has also been amazing with fresh products and amazing service.❤️

Sprouts is a great place to shop. Always friendly employees, love their produce. They have just started to only let you buy 2 packages of meat at a time! Keep people from hoarding. Their shelves arent as full as usual, but they try and keep stocked on what they can

Sprouts is our favorite grocery store! The customer service is wonderful, theyre all so kind and helpful! We can always find great deals, high quality food and a clean store. Their vegan selection is fantastic and makes it so easy to find great food at a reasonable price. And their sushi is out of this world, it is so freaking delicious!
