Very thorough

So - I have for the last few years tried to get your company to come and repair the gutters that your company installed - we are now going to have to pay to have them repaired and my husband will send you the bill or attach it to your license. We have had more damage to our stucco since the gutters were installed incorrectly and we are very unhappy. I hate to leave a bad review - but maybe I would finally get a reply.

I desperately needed someone to come and do a roof inspection/estimate before I purchased a home and our due diligence period ended.Joe said he could do it for $350 bucks cash. No one else could fit me in so I said ok. I found someone else that would do it for $90 and called him and he said oh Im already out there doing it. Little did he know inwas parked at the property and no one was there. He flat out lied. He met me at the Walgreens parking lot at 530 pm and he took my $350 cash and i handed me a paper that said house needs a new roof. I asked him why he charged me $350 if they advertised free estimates. He walked back to his truck and told me to F off, Tthen pulled away in his trailer that said free estimates. This is one shady guy. He is dishonest and it will catch up with him.

Joe and his crew were great! They were able to come out much, much quicker than any of the other half dozen or so roofers I called, and he gave me the best quote out of the four or so I received. They did quality work in good time. Very good roofers using high quality materials. Joe definitely went above and beyond to ensure it was a great experience through the whole process. Highly recommend!

I needed a quick response to fix several roofing issues on a house I recently purchased. I saw SRD Roofing in the neighborhood and gave them a call. They were very responsive, came over as promised, and gave me a quote. They also helped with some rain gutters. Their team did an excellent job with the roof repairs and fixes. The roof was extremely steep and that did not slow them down. I do a lot of my own work but I was not about to tackle this job myself. Im pretty picky but they did an excellent job. It was a very professional and quality job. They were friendly and good to work with. They cleaned up after the job was complete. I would definitely use them again.

SRD replaced our roof and siding along with new windows. They did a very good job, especially in difficult areas of the home to trim and finish the integration of the chimney area and utility connections. Our work was done during winter with excessive snowfall. They returned in the spring to finish cleaning up after the snow melted and to make sure everything was satisfactory. They even repaired areas of our soffit that was damaged from icicles which was not part of the job. Joe was very good to work with and so helpful in choosing the products best for our needs.

I needed a job done quickly and they were able to schedule me in on short notice. They also finished the job quickly and very well, as we have yet to have any problems with our roof since they installed the shingles last year.

They did an amazing job to the point even all my neighbors used them. They even explained the differences in shingles they use and wont use, even the type of water and ice shield they use and why. Joe will even talk to the insurance company for you. The also did a great job on my gutters & facia. I highly recommend them.
