Love this hotel. Staff is exceptional and rooms are lovely, clean and with all the amenities

At first glance everything seems clean & ok. But then.... Then there was cockroaches, EVERYWHERE!! SO MANY COCKROACHES!!

Family owned and operated Motel that fits everyones budget! Family friendly and treated like family! Kitchen units owners are super Amazing and Friendly Hands Down the Best Motel Around the Area!!!

I used to come here alot, it was like a nice place to get away from Seattle then the lady turned on me for leaving a mess behind. Not a disaster a mess which is typical in the hotel business I spent a lot of money staying there whats a little mess to clean up once every 20 stays lol yes I think its a mellow place

As advertised, clean, quiet, comfortable. Centrally located to local services. Proprietor is a very nice Gentleman and went out of his way to assist me. He is also very pleasant and always smiling. Niceto be greeted at the end of a long day. Pleasantly surprised!!

Overall, the St. Francis motel was a good stay. Clean room and fresh new linen. The staff was friendly.

Very nice and quiet but no bathtub

Friendly proprietor who is very helpful. Fast internet, apartment size fridge and microwave with parking right outside your room in this single story building. One caveat, though. Turn on both the sink & shower if you want hot water quickly. Other than that, highly recommended for the price.

The rooms arr nice. The one i had was like my own little studio . or a one bedroom apartment! Has a kitchen. Full size and so full size bathroom!And PLUS the owners are really NICE! Good peoples. I would go there again!

I have stayed there MANY MANY times since I was a kid. Its quiet and the managers are friendly. Whenever I need a motel thats where I go.

Overall its a pretty decent motel for the price, its got nice size rooms with pretty clean space. I think its a good motel for the price

Clean rooms

Pros: the male owner/manager was super cool. I like that youre the only one that has access to the laundry room when doing laundry. right next to a twenty-four hour subway and Burlington coat factory. Cons: there was a water leak in the closet from the wall it shared w/the shower, so a bunch of my clothes got soaking wet from throwing them on the ground before I realized the leak. the shower floor was literally cement, while the walls were obviously really like crumbling apart jnto the shower. there ants all over the place. the bathroom window faces right at the Travelodge where you can hear group after group going in and out of rooms literally all day and all night.

Its quiet and cozy. Very good price. And reading the other comments about the owner I can agree with them completely.

As a 64 year old man who has experienced many places in many geographical locations I find the St. Francis Motel to be a comfortable, well managed, comfortable, safe place and monitored establishment to stay both long term or short term. Any or all of your needs as a guest are met with dignity and respect. Need I say more ??

My car was broken and I only had $67. None of the other hotels would help me. The guy at the desk was so nice! He held my ID as a deposit and gave me the only available room that was $90 for $67! Thank you so much for not making me freeze like the others. If I could Id give you 11 stars.

1st off I want to say whatever it used to be...it isnt now. 2nd there are NO NONE NADA1 bed bug. The owner is very on guard 24 hr surveillance. The only real noise is the schizo 2 doors down. I would give it 5 stars and for this price I guess it can be. The owner is awesome. I absolutely recommend this place. Weekly price very reasonable and bring a pet. I wish Id found him sooner.

We have been here two weeks and previously were staying at shelters and in our car. We have jobs now and the managers are so kind we checked in Christmas eve he gave us a little gift bag from a church near by. He has been understanding and friendly brought everyone a ham and quiche dinner with a salad it was such a blessing finding this place. Its affordable and fair priced only complaint is laundry mat is quite far.

Ive been here for 9 months (flooded out of our house and waiting for it to be fixed), and Mr. Todd is very wrong. There are no hookers, or drug dealers here. The new owners of almost 2 years have every inch of the property under recorded video surveillance and if some shows up that has not rented a room here the owners come out and run them off. Theyre is no dropping of stolen cars either. Every car here is registered to a room. For various size and family needs. Weve been in 4 different rooms, and NOT A SINGLE ONE HAS BED BUGS ..If you are a druggie, hooker, pimp, wanna hook up with your dealer or just an ass, keep going!! Or go next door to the travel lodge where you are welcomed with open arms.. If you are normal and just need a place to lay your head and rest.. Please come on in and let the wonderful owners help you.The rooms are large and have full sized kitchen (pretty much a one bedroom apartment).In 9 mos Ive never seen the police just roll through. Only 2 times Ive seen or heard of them being here and thats because the owners called them to remove unsavory people off the property, so the normal people can enjoy their stays.Id recommend St Francis any day of the week.

This is todd cherry I used to go there several times until I couldnt handle the bed bugs eating me up and finding used needles in my room the staff was rude and unprofessional and I had to beat up a drug dealer that kept knocking on my door I told him I didnt call him its dump prostitues and drug dealers every where the cops going in and out of that hell hole they need to tear it down and turn into a parking lot

Had to pay extra to get a room with wifi...room had a bunch of needles on the floor and cut myself. Got a refund and left with in an hour. Very dirty which is ok I guess but the dangerous part perturbed me.
