Dorothy is the most patient, kindest lady we have ever dealt with, because we were there so long Rita came in with cookies and bottled water for us. Despite the long wait Dorothy chatted with us to help pass the time. Thank you for your great service.

The team here are extremely annoying and very little customer service skills. Everything is to hard for them. Im extremely disapointed in the service provided by this brance in particular.

I have been working since i was 15 years old. I have had home loans, finance loans and personal loans with banks over the years. I have always been ahead with my loans and paid on time. I have two small loans with St. George bank which i had been paying for several years. I wanted to consolidate these loans as i was sick of paying them separately and also paying two different interest rates was annoying and costly. I approached St. George bank to consolidate these loans to make my life easier and without justification they did not want to help me. They were happy to continue to rip me off. I approached a broker and not only did he consolidate my loans but was able to get me more money on top within a few days. All i had to do was flick over my details and the broker did all the hard work. I was also given a reasonable interest rate and excellent contract terms. Much better then the bank. I will never approach a bank for any future financial needs. They are a waist of time and are only happy to take my money.

Made a 10am appointment to see a home loan lender for Saturday 6th of April.Waited for over one hour but the lender never showed up. The excuse given was she had an emergency to attend to. Never once did they try calling the manager or another lender to assist.St George Wetherill Park branch is down right incompetent and unprofessional and should be avoided.If this is how St George Bank treats their customers, I highly recommend people take their business elsewhere.

I was warmly welcomed and made an appointment with Kamani who was so helpful with sorting my house insurance. She saved me heaps off my yearly insurance I had held with another insurer for many years. Well done St George. Great service with lovely staff members
