First time going here and Horrible service!!! I went Sunday to get a pedicure and I was not happy I let a few days go by so I went today to have it redone the guy on the phone said sure no problem, I get there and he just filed my nails down a bit more and that’s it did not listen to anything I said was wrong and after filing them down it took the nail polish off all the tips and I said ummm are you going to repaint them now? And he did not I just got up and walked out because I was extremely upset! Unbelievable! I Will never ever go back to this place that’s for sure! 😡 what a waste of money and time!

I really liked the staff. The lady that did my mani pedi did a great job. The have a big No chip Polish selection to choose from. I recommend it since it dries in minutes.

Went their do get my nails done and waiting a hour then they let some lady cut in front me and I asked them how much for a set of nails and the dude said 70 and then I finally sat down and just to found out that it was gonna be more because they said that is different designs and I was like the dude told me it was 70 so I was like nope. I try to give nail salon a chance but nope not this one

my first time getting acrylics and they were great! after a while my nails did start falling of but they did a great job when doing it there. I love to staff, they are so sweet. I will be going back soon!

I went not even a week ago and got purple ombré with butterflies, Yes they are really pretty and I love them but my nails on the sides of them is coming up and if your doing them right they should not be coming up. If I had the time I would do my own nails but I don’t have the time I was really upset that my nails are already lifting and they charge to fix a nail when it breaks when half the time it’s there fault because they didn’t do them right. Good good work but bad quality I will not be going back.. 😔

Update: finally made it back to my nail lady.. I had to get a whole new set on because the one I had put on 2 weeks ago was so terrible & coming off. So that was a huge waste of money.had gone here only because they opened early. I got there after opening and had to just sit and wait while the man swept the floor. It was so quiet you could hear the clock ticking. OK, not a huge deal. I asked for coffin shaped TWICE and showed a picture. Got square. There was no chip polish all around my nails.. Got a pedicure. He said they are 45 mins. It was maybe 30 from start to finish. The polish chipped 2 days later. I had a full set put on and 2 nails broke before 2 weeks. The first one was about 6 days later. Ive gone months with the same set before. I will definitely never be returning and never recommending this place. Not sure about all the good reviews on here 🥴

I got a mani/pedi done just a few days ago and the clear coat on my nails has turned a green color. The color I choose was a light blue. They look disgusting and are already a mess. Ive never had the top clear coat change color before. The guy that did them seemed upset and annoyed that I wanted a manicure after the pedicure. Made me move spots for my nails and I messed up my toes on one of the tables. I hope things are better if I go back.

I work all week till 7:30 pm and no one is open that late and a lot of shops are closed on Sunday’s. This was my first time going to their shop. Joe did a magnificent job and was so nice. It was so beautiful inside and very clean. Thank you Joe and Star Vision I will definitely be returning. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been coming here last few times and the guy with the tattoos on his hands is amazing and the lady is really good but the older guy did my nails last time and they keep breaking and these are my real nails! They fixed two by putting on fake nails now but it’s few days later and the rest are breaking like crazy this set was painful and thin. I’ve barely had them a week and three have broke and two more are cracking.

My nails are flat out ugly, lumpy, misshapen….. and when I politely told him I didn’t like them he said I came in with them messed up. Really? If ur new just say that.

I’m very finicky on what nail shop touches my feet. I’ve been to so many salons and nothing compared to this one. I made an appointment this weekend and they took me as soon as I arrived. There’s a variety of pedicures to choose from. Meghan took her time with me and gave me the best foot massage. When I left my feet were feeling extremely smooth and after three days my feet are still soft. They were all so friendly in there. I cannot wait for my next appointment. This shop deserves 5 stars.

This was my first time here. I did make an appointment for 11a.m. with Andy for pink and white ombre. Beautiful and just how I wanted them. Extremely clean a9nd professional. You wont regret going here! Quality work done right!

This was my first visit, and I will definitely go back. I had previously gone to another local salon for pedicures. Because the other salon was so jammed packed with people, I decided to venture out and find another salon that was not so crowded. I just didnt feel comfortable being in a setting with crowds during COVID times. I am so glad I found this salon. It was very clean, and the stations were spaced out so you didnt feel on top of each other. I also saw them cleaning in-between patrons, which was a plus in my book. I will definitely return. It is now my number one go-to place for pedicures. As of this writing, it has been three weeks since I went there, and my nails look just as good as the day I got them done!

My husband and I went to SV Nails for the first time for pedicures and manicures (I had dip nails). It was very clean. The service was excellent and they did a terrific job - especially on my husband who had ingrown toenails. He was so impressed with how gentle they were. He feels like he has new feet!! We are new to the area but this will be our place. Very clean, friendly and they did a great job! A very relaxing and positive experience!

I’m visiting from out of town to see my family and I needed my nails down. I did call ahead of time to see if they had openings. But I got Ben and my auntie got Angie. They were so nice and made sure that we were satisfied with the shaping and everything. Also the prices that are listed are the legit prices. No last minute changes which I liked. I will for sure come back when I come in town.

I have psoriasis and eczema that affect my feet and ankles and had been going to a place for years but felt they always rushed me thru my pedis and my feet were never soft, even tho I went every single week! Tiff did my pedi ONCE, took her time and my feet have been softer in ONE pedi than years of the other place! I also had a cracked toenail that she took care of. Never in my life have I sat in a chair and had SUCH an amazing conversation and experience. Talk about a “welcome home” moment.....this is my new home! I’m now 3 weeks out since that pedi and my feet are STILL soft, my toes look amazing still and people compliment me on how great they look still when I say I’m 3 weeks overdue! I can’t believe how amazing that pedi was! I’m omw back!!

Its SO nice to have finally found an awesome nail salon in Portage!! This is my second visit in 3 weeks, and Im definitely coming back. Both Lynn and Ben do great work!! The hot pink no-chip was on my natural nails, by Lynn. This time I opted for acrylic and went with something a little more fun for Easter. Ben did an awesome job. Both services and techs are top-notch (and friendly). Thank you!!

I have been a customer here for over 6 years. Recently they are under new managment. Cleaned the place up. Offer a wider variety of services. Prices went up. Thats great! Why make me make an appt??? When i come in and wait over now 25 minutes and waiting. This is absurd. Whats the point... I made an appt because i have things to do. They took some walk ins or overbooked themselves and now im sitting here waiting. Are the going to give me a discount for having to wait??? Probably not. So if my time isnt worth anything why is theirs??? Maybe ill go to SPARKLE NAIL SALON. I mean since they raised their prices here why not?? Thats the only thing that kept me coming back!UPDATE: THIS BUSINESS HAS NO SET PRICES FOR ANYTHING! THEY THINK THEY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!BEWARE!
