Sometimes you just need a coffee thats full of sugar and friendly service.

Its hard for me to leave less than 5 stars, because the employees are truly spectacular & so helpful. The building is clean & super well maintained. The coffee is always really good, although slightly inconsistent depending on which employee makes it, it always tastes a bit different, but that is to be expected to a certain degree & not a real complaint from me.The problem I have with this Starbucks location is that about 50% of the time that I go there (which is very often,they are out of important stuff. They are out of venti lids one day, then out of white chocolate for over a week. About a week later, they are currently out of white chocolate again - already! So I order cinnamon dulce instead, only to be informed they are also out of that. I then settle for vanilla, only to find out they are also out of that.I dont believe this is the employees faults. When asked about it, I was informed it is a distributor issue. However, it makes Starbucks seem very incompetent. It is time for a new distributor or for them to have a

If you can get over the price issue... youre just not going to get better coffee anywhere else

I tried something different. My sister loves "the pink drink" made w/ coconut milk and freeze dried strawberries. It was ok but I wont order it again. The shop was clean & the associates were very busy, but they were helpful in my selection.

Their customer services sucks. They are very rude.

The girl that served me at the drive thru radiated joy! I could tell she genuinely cares about serving people well! My drinks are always made well here.

Came to this Starbucks from Fort Wayne since I was out in Huntington. Definitely deserved my review. Everyone was so nice got everything correct even tipped for the first time today! If I’m ever in Huntington again I will return. Thanks

Its new to Huntington, but I am not new to Starbucks! Its the kind of place you come for the coffee, but then choose to linger longer for the lemon bread.

These people get what youre asking for when you request extra caramel drizzle! If I lived closer, it would be our go-to location.

We go there all the time and Im always more than happy with the service! The drinks are consistent and made better than other Starbucks that weve been to.

Overall a great place to grab coffee. The inside could be clearer but by no means is it dirty.

What can I say its Starbucks love their drinks love to create and make my own drinks but the prices are getting so high and it seems like they keep going up

Fast service and they always get the order right! This is the fastest Starbucks drive thru I have ever been to!

Unfortunately the coffee is not consistent here.I love the people. Awesome service and they will let you customize and work with your preferences. However, as far as Starbucks go, they tend to miss things in even if you order a standard menu drink.Also, this is not the reason for my lower rating, but during covid, drive thru lines here have been incredibly long. So factor that in if you are wanting something quick. Best to order ahead and go in.

Ha Ha my favorite Barista ( Ariana knows me all too well 🤪 🤪 as soon as I pull up to the drive thru its "How you doing? Forgetaboutit".... I was there last night while some crazy guy was yelling at the drive-through window. Dude wasnt in a car and was demanding service. He wouldnt leave and held up the line for those of us actually in cars. We could hear the Starbucks employee repeatedly say that its against safety procedures and the guy outside wouldnt leave. We ended up having to practically push him out of the way with our car. Dont believe everything you read online, I see his review here, and its a flat out lie.

I went there this evening6:10pm and the store was only open for drive through .as m truck driver so i walked up to window for coffee . Guy there refused me bcz I didn’t had car . I requested him 2/3 times he started me abusing and he started calling cops for no reason.i waited there around 25-30 mins to just get coffee still he didn’t gave me coffee.ZERO STAR SERVICENO HUMANITY. NO TRUCKERS NO FOOD. ✌🏻

Very busy. 3 staff socializing at drive thru window. 2 staff socializing at register. 1 staff completing the orders. Took 1/2 hour to get ordered. Ordered venti and got a small made wrong. Had to redo order and still done wrong.

I love Starbucks. I would give it five stars but I get really disappointed when I cant do a mobile order. The drive thru is always so long and I have major anxiety so I dont like ordering to face to face if I dont have to. I actually decide to get my coffee elsewhere if the mobile ordering isnt available.

This is the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. I understand people are understaffed but I shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes in the drive through at a coffee shop. Not great drive thru experience. Coffee is just okay. Its not consistent. Rethink my coffee choice 8n the morning so Im not late for work when I stop here.

Ordered a caramel Frappuccino with cinnamon blended in....I thought cinnamon was going to come out of my eyes with the amount that was NOT actually blended in

The line here is usually EXTREMELY long. Somehow they still manage to get through it fairly quickly though! The refresher drinks are incredible and taste very fresh! My wife loves all of the coffee drinks. She also loves the spinach, feta, and egg wrap.

I stop here more than once a week, usually very friendly staff. Don’t always get my order right even though I order through the app, or the way the drinks are made is a little inconsistent. Could be due to different baristas. However one barista apparently recently didn’t realize they need to put…. caramel… in my caramel macchiato LOL Not a bad Starbucks tho

Terrible experience this morning. They put ice in my nitro cold brew and acted like it was supposed to be there. Instead of remaking it, they just poured it into a new cup without the ice. I do not like my coffee that cold. It is so gross. The egg bites I ordered were also awful. They were shriveled and crusty. I should’ve gone to a location in Fort Wayne.

Great drinks. Love the hand-shaken Expresso with oat milk. Wonderful and friendly service. They were out of some things, though.

This Starbucks is lacking compared to most other Starbucks. They are often out of different drinks or mixes for their drinks. While i will say the employees are quite personable and i have had many a good conversation with those that work there, i am underwhelmed by their stocking efforts.There drinks are also not made the same way everytime, while that is not the worst thing in the world, it just goes to say something about possible inconsistent training amongst their workers.

Id give them a zero if I could. Huntington, Indiana has got to be the worst STARBUCKS in the nation! They are by far overrated! I stopped going here because they ripped me off EVERYTIME! They never make my drink according to what I order and pay for.The ONLY reason I stopped this morning was because I had gotten a gift card from one of my customers. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. It was totally 3/4 coolwhip and the rest caramel sauce. No espresso in it at all. They charged me over $6 for coolwhip and caramel sauce. They never tell me the price either , just scan my card. They need a manager who can get this place running right before they run it in the ground!

The man working the drive thru today was really nice. Service was fast and the drinks came out perfect. This is one of my favorite locations.

Service was friendly enough. Ordered mocha frappe for mocha cookie frappe. It was really good but idk if we got charged more for that or not.

This store always seems to have eccentric hours which is always frustrating as I have no clue when they actually operate. I think most Starbucks stores operate from 6 am to 10 pm EST. This one opened on April 02, 2022 at 1:30 pm and claimed they had staffing issues. I feel this is a management issue as they need to hire reliable employees to show up on time. I usually stop by anytime I go see my parents but this might be the first and last time I stop by and go to drinktrade.com instead for further coffee options!

Sat in drive thru for ten minutes and was never waited on. Watched two employees come in and out to throw away trash repeatedly. Both saw me at drive up and neither said anything. Drove up to window and called store twice, phone went to voicemail both times. This was at 6:30pm and they had a sign posted with updated hours until 7:00pm.

The girl working the drive thru window was seriously so nice and friendly! She showed me a new flavor, that is amazing!!! But most importantly I want to recognize the type of character she had and her positive energy. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT AND HOPE SHE RADIATES THAT VIBE ON TO EVERYONE! 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

The manager allows her child to run around the store like a madman, Ive even seen her putting her kid on the counter where my drink was served, and is generally very unprofessional at times. I would suggest going to either another town for starbucks or just going somewhere else entirely

Today I had limited time so I called Starbucks on my way to Huntington, IN. I was asked to use the Starbucks app when I called. I told the girl that I was driving and could not order through the app. She took my order and I was there within 5 to 10 minutes. When I went to the register I was met by I can only guess was the manager. She informed me the I have to order through the app or go through the drive through from now on. I want them to know that they started my day off just great. I felt like I really put them out by calling them directly. If you do not want people to call then take your number off of google. Very disappointed with my experience. I will not be returning to this coffee shop. Ann

I have been to this location quite a few times. I feel like drinks I regularly order are different each time. It usually seems like an excessive amount of cream and/or sugar. I’ve also got a few cold drinks that are supposed to be hot. Maybe I’ll wait for a while to try again since they are newer.

I have only been to this location a few times since it opened. The main reason I choose not to go there is because whenever I order my coffee with cream, that is what I get a cup full of cream and a little bit of coffee and its cold. Today was no different. It was cold and just cream. I also ordered my granddaughter a Carmel Frappuccino. Half of it was Frappuccino and the other half was whipped cream. I feel like I paid for a cup of whipped cream. The line was wrapped around the building and there were no parking spaces so I just drove off. They dont answer their phone. I doubt seriously that I get Starbucks again in Huntington. Ill drive to Fort Wayne. Not a happy customer.

Great location on my drive to Purdue. Not to busy mid afternoon but staff very attentive and friendly. Standard Starbucks fare served quickly and with consistent quality.

This Starbucks is inconsistent in the products taste. Good one day terrible the next. The barista needs to adhere to a standard and what is ordered. Light ice is not full top to bottom. To the point I would rather drive to another Starbucks for the drink quality.

I generally go through the drive through and always leave impressed. Impressed because it is a new store with a staff who genuinely try to do their best. No matter if the store is busy or just a few customers I seem to always get the same great, helpful, quick, and efficent customer service. The staff is very attentive to what is ordered and I have not needed any of my drinks to be re-made. Awesome work!

I got a drink at the drive-thru. Decided to bring it in and drink it. I tripped on an UNMARKED step. Not even big enough to call it a step but big enough to heed caution. But, i saw nothing i tripped forward into the front door. My coffee spilled all down the clear, clean, front, glass door. Everyone saw it , yet inly one person checked to see if i was alright. And sge was a customer. Oh, and no one offered a new coffee. Yeah, wont be back there!!!!!Not to ANY OF THEM.

Wish they let you order on the mobile app here. The baristas I feel could do with some training again. Other Starbucks I go to their drinks taste as they should. Here they dont usually put enough of whats needed for the drink into the drink.

Starbucks has been one if thee best highlights to expand upon Huntington.My drink isnt always made correctly, but I say somethingvehen its not and they automatically remake it for me. Though Ive only been inside once I use their drive through just about daily.

I went to this location on a mini vacation and when I mentioned that I was also a barista at a different Starbucks, they engaged in conversation with me about my store. The cashier, Erica, was super friendly and welcoming. The store has a nice setup and atmosphere as well. I didn’t catch the name of who made our drinks, but they were amazing and spot on with every customization we had. Great drink making skills and customer connections! Would definitely go to this location again!

Starbucks has been doing a great job since coming into town. Took my four year old and they told me that if she didnt like her drink they would make her something else. Now thats service! Great staff and a great atmosphere.

Not a huge fan of their coffee but the store is new and pretty nice. A very simple design but ample seating if youre going inside. It wasnt very busy early Saturday afternoon. All the standard offerings as the places. Not a terribly convenient location if youre just passing through on US 24. Its a couple blocks off the highway across from Walmart.

Just opened, love how it feels like Im transported to sitter city. Very modern
