Starbucks in Benton County
The store was extremely busy, but the staff was outstanding. Everyone was working so hard to get people their food and coffee. The crew all deserves a raise and some more help during rush hour.

MoreFriendly and fast! Line was about 12 cars long. I had 7 drinks to order, Kat took my order and wasn’t rude and told me to purchase on app (I’m in sales and office called with order, I’m not going to pull over to place app order and wait 30mins). I was in and out of the line with all other cars in less than 10 mins. Alison was at the window and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had drink carriers, straws, and receipt! So many times I’m not offered and have to ask or they forget to give me my receipt. Love this Starbucks location!

MoreThis is my go to place with my kids on the weekend to hang out and play games, have a "treat" and get out of the house. The staff here is great and know us by name. They always talk with us, know our drinks and are so kind. The cafe is a little larger than other Starbucks so it feels more open. Meeting the regulars here to catch up is the fun but nothing beats the smiling staff.

In my experience, a lot of customers come here to be extremely rude to the baristas. I come here a lot and I’ve seen them be yelled at, flipped off, I’ve seen them yelled at over simple mistakes, and even threatened. We need to remember that these individuals are all someone’s kid, and be more kind. It’s still a pandemic, after all.
MoreI had a horrible first-time experience at the Starbucks Promenade & New Hope location in Rogers, AR. I ordered the Chestnut Praline "CREME" Frappuccino and was given a coffee Frappuccino instead. By the time I got home and tasted the drink, it was too late to drive back since I live 15 minutes away from the store. Employees need to pay attention to orders; some customers cannot drink caffeine or coffee. I had to throw away my drink.Also, this location has extremely poor lighting around its store. The menu board light was not turned on and the whole drive-thru surrounding area was dark. I didnt feel safe at all; thinking someone may be lurking and waiting for a chance to rob somebody while their window is down.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION AT ALL.
MoreNot a huge fan of this store. The service is hit or miss. There use to be this great barista who always brightenend your day with a great story or quote. Those were rhe good days.

More10/10 Service. Devon and Becky are our favorite workers when we visit. They are always so nice to us and make our experience when getting drinks all the more better. Pictured below is the 2 delicous drinks we got! I honestly could go on forever about how well this Starbucks has treated us >///<
MoreDont order here if you have allergies. Have been dairyd 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Always morning shift between 630 and 7. No apologies and They dont seem to care. So if you have allergies stear clear.
MoreI know the cappuccino typically has more foam than other drinks but it’s ridiculous that I order a large and literally get 1/3 of my cup full, so I’m basically paying for a large and getting a small.

MoreGreat service! I just started coming to Starbucks recently and got confused by the sizes. Becky was super helpful and accommodating. All the employees Ive interacted with have also taken my dairy allergy seriously and mixed my drink separately. Theyre fast in the drive thru line too. Definitely recommend!

MoreI went to the drive through this morning around 8:10am 1/18/21 and had by far the best customer service I have ever had at this store, I literally made a google account so I can make this review. I am a former barista and I know how much of an impact these reviews can make. I wish I would have gotten this young womens name because she had the best customer service, best attitude of really any Starbucks Ive been to in a while. So whoever was the young women in the drive through this morning way to go you brightened my morning with your upbeat happiness and positivity, we need more of you in the world!

MoreI don’t normally complain, but my friend and I order a bento and grande house brew and the coffee was barely warm. I also ordered a feta spinach wrap and it was way over cooked. Very disappointed.
MoreWith the condition of panic and mass hysteria in our country right now, it would be extremely comforting for us HEALTHCARE workers to be able to go through the drive through to obtain a beverage! We work hard on the frontlines trying to keep patients well and it is sickening to know that one of our best motivators is CLOSED at 3:30 in the afternoon! It takes a whole lot of ventis and grandes to sustain the overnight shift! Please open a little later so we can continue to fight the good fight!
MoreI have given several opportunities for this location to get things right with my orders. Time and time again my wife and I have been screwed over with them giving us the wrong drinks or not made properly. Very inconsistent how they prepare drinks. Whenever I order a cappuccino it is either dry as a bone with very little milk OR is full of milk to the very top. Very frustrating. Not to mention the customer service is not very friendly either. Will not be going back here again.
MoreGenerous and kind. Drove from Fayetteville to have a daddy / daughter date w my 10 year old and slipped my mind to bring my wallet and had already ordered. Starbucks employees said “Don’t worry about it, it happens to the best of us”. Didn’t see that coming! Impressive!!
MoreGood coffee, but its standard Starbucks. The bigger issue is an inordinate number of flies, in their food displays, inside and outside. Their dumpster is right next to the ordering speaker for the drive through, which is also pretty gross. Going inside is slightly better, but the flies are an actual issue inside and out.
MoreFlies everywhere, weak coffee and when customers come in, the front door slams. When I was there, there were only 2 employees working. One employee said 2 were on break. I asked for a Americano grande half full so it might be strong, they filled it 3/4 full of water which made it weak as hell. Starbucks needs to review this establishment.

MoreMy order was wrong, and The poor barista had to fix errors from a cashier that clearly did not want to be at work. Barista did a great job and offered to fix the errors of the cashier. I definitely didn’t get what I paid for.
MoreThis is my favorite Starbucks in Rogers. Interior is spacious. The chairfarts are super loud here, but that’s kind of a universal Starbucks thing. Somehow they manage to buy the most resonant chairs...Baristas always have a greeting when you walk in. I’ve seen Eddie about three times behind the counter, and he’s always awesome. Seems like they’ve got a good team/work environment going.I only get black coffee, but my wife’s iced...macchiato? Maybe that’s what she got?...was delicious.It’s easy to miss inside (I walked right past it), but there’s a study nook with a few tables in the back.
MoreThis location is usually busy and appears understaffed, but the baristas are friendly and competent, and they definitely do their best to cut down wait times. I used to come in several times a week when I worked nearby, and was always greeted with a smile. Will miss coming in late mornings!
More12-01-18 = I had placed my order online. I walked in, went to the coffee pickup area and my coffee wasnt there. I stepped over to the coffee bar to have a seat and wait. 1st thing I had to do is get some paper towels to wipe down the counter. I finally sit down. After over 10 minutes, Hayden came out of the back and said hello. He was the first person to even acknowledge I was there. My coffee was still by were it was made.10-30-18 = This is the "Starbucks" I visit every day. The Team at this location is Great. Very Friendly, Helpful, and Professional. Not all "Starbucks" are the same, I vote this as one of the best locations in the area. Not very Happy with todays service! - 1 star******
MoreWill never return to this location again! First waited in line for over 10 minuets. Finally got to the counter and was made to wait for another 3 minuets. The cashier would not take my code because I did not have my phone. When I asked her “how would I have the code if I didn’t receive an email” she said “I don’t know” I said “ exactly”! I told her it’s fine I’m not going to make everyone in line wait even longer. As I was studying with my class mates I noticed it’s been a really long time for my drink. I go to the counter and there were three other drinks melting and you can see the condensation on the counter. The guy was not calling them out! Very fusterating I’m pay a high dollar for this drink and the staff was so aweful. I’ll be sticking to 7brew where they care.
MoreHad a really bad experience here this morning. Waited over 20 mins to get a to-go drink, and ended up getting the wrong one. Seemed pretty understaffed and employees were too busy to notice that I needed my order fixed. Will not be back. There are plenty of better options for a morning coffee that dont make me late for work.
MoreThis is a very busy Starbucks. It seems that the drive-thru is given priority over and above their walk-in patrons. Pleasant staff considering the stress that they endure with a constant line of cars in the drive-thru. Their baristas are spot on making the drinks. The store and restrooms are clean.
MoreNo communication skills from the staff today. None of us could hear what drink or name on it that were being placed on the counter. I had to help 3 people figure out what was what. We tried to address the staff but it took several tries to get their attention.I stop here ALL the time and the staff is usually great! I only recognize 1 man who I believe is the lead this shift. This staff is nowhere near as good as your weekday people!!
MoreQuick service. Kind baristas. I have had one awkward/negative experience: A manger once corrected an employee right at the register. The conversation was definitely something that needed to be addressed in private as it was very heated. It was awkward to me and for the employee.
MoreThe staff is great! They work hard to make sure custom orders are done exactly right. We are regulars at this location and will drive 20 minutes past another location just to bring our business here. Its the only place we trust to make our orders the correct way. I highly recommend this location!

MoreIve never rated a Starbucks before but the employees at this location deserve five stars! We were visiting a family member at Mercy Hospital across the street. Over the five days we were there, we stopped in this Starbucks every day. Chelsea especially made us laugh and smile. She was so warm and it was so welcome during a bad time.
MoreThe last three time I have gone to this starbucks they have gotten my order wrong. I dont order anything crazy or custom. I order whats probably one of there simplest drinks. The first time they got my order wrong they used the wrong milk, without telling me. I dont know if they were out or what but they should have said something. (It was an iced coconut milk mocha macchiatothe second time I went I ordered the same thing and they made it hot not iced. So after that I decided I wasnt going back, but they are the closest starbucks to where I was at so I decided to get something else. Still they got it wrong. This time I got a Carmel Frap, they gave me a coffee frap, with no whip cream and no drizzle. I use the drive through. I know their policy is if you dont love your drink they will make it again, however I disnt want to hold up the 15 cars behind me so I just went on with my day. I will not go to this location again. They are toon busy and get orders wrong to often.
MoreI placed a moble order and got there five minutes later. The store was super packed. Customers were getting antsy from their waits. They were a bit rude. Everyone seemed to be working as fast as they could except one person. Maybe he was new. From the time I ordered to the time I got my drink I timed 23 minutes. Theyd let 4 or 5 moble orders pile up on the print out device because they were so swamped. While the wait sucked I at least enjoyed one of my drinks. There were lots of places to sit even though its a small store.
MoreI went into Starbucks at 10:45 on a Friday night of Nov.4 and the service was excellent. The establishment was very clean and Trevor the manager and his crew were very personable and also even helped us decide what was the better choice for my liking. I liked the Venti Chocolate Mocha a bunch and will def get it again. This is now my FAVORITE STARBUCKS!!!
MoreDrinks are always on point and the service is usually pretty good. I have had a couple of in store experiences that took some time, but that is understandable when they are busy. This is my usual morning coffee stop on my way to work.
MoreI just got my usual coffee -it literally never changes- Venti Ice Coffee, sweetened with extra cream and 8 pumps of classic.I dont know if the dude was new or what.. But it is the most bitter thing of life. And he was lookin all confused making what is seemingly a very basic drink.I just wish I could drink my $3.26 beverage. Im going to pour half of it out and pour milk in it or SOMETHING. Because it is NOT okay.
