How can you not love a Starbucks, right? So the pumpkin spice cold brew was excellent. Not much in the way of seating at this one. Other Starbucks are much better appointed in the area to sit down and relax.

Sometimes long lines, but you always get through quickly! Always get the order right! I recommend getting this half sweet because otherwise it can be too sweet.

Went there as a stop before my out of town job starts, stood at the ordering counter for 3 minutes without a single worker acknowledging me or saying “be with you in one second” so I walked out and will go to a diff coffee shop. I love my Starbucks but love good customer service more, which this place lacked.

When they dont have the ingredients to make your drink they dont tell you and they put different stuff in it then when you taste it and realize its not the same they look all confused on how you even figured it out.

This location is ALWAYS incredibly slow. Expect to sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. At my last visit, I was stuck in the drive thru for a half an hour.

Ordered three drinks my drink was not hot and the other two were not even right disappointed in this location it’s usually so busy and crowded and they don’t have enough employees working and get the things wrong

This is a 5-star location. Much of the experience is the same no matter what store you visit, so it comes down to the staff. I order a ☕️ and they were “out” of what I wanted.The young lady behind the counter could not have been more gracious about it. Instead of saying she could not make what I wanted, she immediately offered an alternative and I was sold. So we’ll done. As was my beverage.They are a college town store, so wait times can be longer than usual.

I couldnt believe the customer service I received from chris.i always hear stories about the service however Chris was above the the folk legend service I heard given at Starbucks.He should receive see type of bonus for he makes you want to switch from dunkin donuts to Starbucks regardless of the price.Quick, efficient,and great.

Friendly staff in the drive thru. Patient with me when I didnt know what I wanted right away. It was my first time getting a pup cup for my dog and he LOVED it. Thank you starbucks!

Drove into the parking lot and rolled over a disgusting diaper filled with feces that had been there for a while. Walked in the store, used the restroom which was dirty. Went to order a drink, and a couple sandwiches, and noticed there were at least 50 flies flying around in the food prep area, and a TON of fruit flies in their display cooler sitting on the food. The to go food/drink area was dirty and had food and drink spilled all over. In the sitting are there was garbage from previous customers left to sit. The whole restaurant was in serious need of cleaning attention. Very poor representation of the Starbucks I am used to. The food and drinks were ok though, which earned a star, but the cleanliness was so bad. Service was definitely slow too. If I lived in this area, I would never return. Yuck!

No stars deserved for this location! Literally the worst drinks I have ever had! 😩 I will never revisit this location. The store was completely disgusting, looked like it hadnt been wiped down. Bathroom was awful. Took 10 minutes to get a drink! Although everything was awful the cashier was very nice!

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks stores ever (north Salisbury md). It’s the closest to our house so we still go back. Tonight 7/20/22 was the top of the cake (I will say their are a few great people there but only a fewwe placed a order at 6:45pm, the online app said open till 9pm. I pulled up at 6:56pm to get my drinks, they had the door locked looked at me and walked away with my drinks sitting there. Then proceeded to throw them in the trash. Mind you these were payed for and made and I was there before they closed… as a former Starbucks employee I have never seen such terrible service before. They have messed our drinks up, refused to fix them, they have been incredibly rude. I finally complained and called corporate. I feel bad for the few good employees that they have because they get groups with the terrible employees that are there. This is NOT at all typical for Starbucks locations- this is the worst location they have

What a horrible parking lot! The drive thru lane blocks spaces, especially the handicap spaces. Took me 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot.

Lately my drinks have been wrong(way off), the small amount of staff (not allthey do have is rude, and signage can be a little hard to decode. Would give more stars but lately its been hit or miss with this location, you can wait up to 30 minutes for the wrong drink.

This location does not represent the usual service I receive. Ordered a hot coffee, waited about 10 minutes while I watched the employees play around with each other. After my wait was over I received a cold coffee then waited for them to sort that out.I did not feel like a valued customer at this location

The hours at this locations are CONSTANTLY CHANGING! This morning alone I and 12 other cars sat there for 20 minutes when the drive thru sign lights were on but no one was even there and there was no indication they were closed. We finally realized there was a hand written paper on the drive thru window saying they will be open from 1:30-3:30pm! This is certainly not the first, second or third time this has happened.I think I speak for everyone when I say this North Salisbury location needs to act like a serious business be more consistant with their schedule and stop changing hours because they dont feel like operating some days.Dunking donuts would never pull a stunt like this. At least they are reliable.

Accidentally placed a mobile order to the south store, waited inside very shortly before I was asked my name because they didn’t see an order come through. They asked to see my purchase and made up the order for me immediately, I’m incredibly pleased with the high level of service I received and very thankful for staff for helping me correct my goof. Go team!

This Starbucks is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to, especially for not being busy I pulled in the line a 4:15 with only 3 cars in front of me it is now 4:36 and Im still sitting here. I ordered a Venti drink which was 6$ and they gave me a tall. I have only been to this Starbucks 3 times for this reason not to mention everytime I have come and gotten a "hot beverage" the order has been wrong, but Im not going to wait another 20 mins for them to remake my drink. Absolutely ridiculous and sad that Starbucks allows this kind of customer service where being on your phone and gossiping is more important than other peoples time ..

I genuinely wish google had a 0 star review option. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice latte, as you do when it’s fall, and it was beyond horrible. I’ve drank a lot of bad things but this one is without a doubt the WORST!!! It was practically inedible! I’ve had PSLs from that exact starbucks before and they were great 🙌🏻 Last year I had a great one. It was made improperly the first time so I asked if it could be remade and this kind girl, Bridget, was so sweet about it and made the most amazing PSL I’ve ever had if I could go back and thank her I would! I won’t be returning for a while after this. I’ll save my time and money and make coffee at home.

Parked out 32 foot travel trailer in parking lot next door after making 3 turns just to find out store is closed due to no staff! Sign said "modified hours" which I was here for. Several cars also pulled into drive thru while I was there. Could have/should have been marked closed better

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Had to wait 20 min for a drink and it wasn’t even made correctly. Tried to sit while waiting because it was taking so long and got yelled at twice yet someone else was sitting and waiting. There was a kid standing on his phone when he could have been helping. I recommend the drive thru if you go here because that moved twice as fast as going in.

This is my favorite location in Salisbury. The only problem I had, and I think it has become common, is the staffs need to default to making the drinks cold instead of hot. I clearly stated hot when I gave my order, but they gave me an iced coffee. That issue aside, they did correct my order and my coffee was good. Great staff.

I was very disappointed in the way I was treated they thought it would of been funny to jump back and forth between a Male and female worker , like j wasnt already confused trying to find out what the "pink drink " my daughter wanted. I have not went back and wont. Thats not the first time someone at the Starbucks is rude .

Ordered on app 15 minutes in advance, drive 10 miles to get there and order still isnt ready even though the app says ready at 8:00 am. Late to work since I had to wait until 8:10 for my order which included breakfast for my kid. I couldnt just leave and let my child go hungry at school. This keeps happening at the North Salisbury location. Lots of baristas but nobody knows what they are doing. At least they get the order correct.

I love going here. The egg bites and Pistachio latte is my favorite. Very friendly service. I do have to keep making sure I get my debit card back. I suggested they handle the money and give the card back right away. It happened twice and he was apologetic but, it is inconvenient as I didnt realize it the first time until I was at another establishment and needed it.

Ive been to this location 3 times since I moved here. I only bumped it up to two stars because you are able to order ahead on the app at this location which always bodes well with me. Visit one: short wait. Staff pleasant enough. Order wrong, but didnt realize until I was home. No big deal - it was a cheaper drink and things happen. Visit two. I waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. Inside was closed. Drink was over $6 and completely wrong, but zero way to alert anyone to the issue because I couldnt go inside and I wasnt waiting another 35 minutes in line. Third, and last, visit. Waited in line 40 minutes. Inside was open but this parking lot is an absolute nightmare, plus my baby was with me so I really didnt want to take her out. Drink is wrong again. This time I decide Ill pop Inside, but because of how the parking lot is and how long the line was there was no way for me to even get to the parking spots, so I had to leave again with more wasted money invested in drinks made wrong.

Long line. Had to repeat my order twice. Get to the window and give them cash a woman gives me my drinks and turns right around. Still waiting for my change. She turns around and asks what i need. I say "change i think" a little confused at her cold shoulder attitude. She then ignores me for another 3 minutes until finally coming back with my change saying "here" and turning away again. Not starbucks level customer service

Place has good service and things are made perfectly. But for some reason 1 of the two bathrooms are always out of order and the one that is open is disgusting.
