Employees talk with each other for 5-10 before acknowledging you, They don’t take orders from the app, understandable because they are probably usually busy, but they also don’t take mobile pay.

Everyone Ive ever dealt with here is very nice and upbeat! Exactly what I need right before a math exam!Edit: still great!

Everyone there was really patient with my indecisiveness and ready to help when I had questions. Staff was friendly and helpful and fast with my order. Will come again!

The Starbucks is trash but this location is ok

5 workers. 1 person making drinks, while all chat loudly.Its taken 10 minutes to get 1 drink, while only 3 people have ordered while Ive waited.

Service here has always been great until today. I do my best to be tolerant as everyone is only human, but the entire staff was incredibly chatty and it took a very long time to get my drink. Not just this, but my beverage was well below the top of the cup and the cup was 50% ice. They are usually so good I dont have to ask for light ice. Frustrated the service here has gone downhill.

I stood in front of the cashier while she stood and chatted with her coworkers. It wasnt until they finished their conversation that she acknowledged my existence. Then, I stood for 10 minutes while they continued to chat and then she looks at me and says "oh yeah, I still need to make your drink" there were no other customers so there was no reason for it to take this long. I usually dont care about speed, but I do care about professionalism and there was none

Just ordered a coffee from the four employees who were standing there at the counter. they told me they were going to brew a fresh pot since there was no coffee, "OK" I say, and wait for 10 minutes while the girl explains to the others how to brew coffee. The girl says "did you order yet?", "Yes, when I asked you for a large coffee with cream and sugar a few minutes ago..." Oh you have to get in line and order again. Really? worst service ever? Probably not, but still not good; and now that I have my coffee 20 minutes later its watered down and not very good and not a medium roast like I asked for twice, tastes like a burnt french roast or italian.

Where do I even begin? I could go on for days, yes days about how amazing this location is, the staff is amazing, their drinks are amazing, sometimes I just come here even if I don’t want a drink to come see the staff because they’re just amazing & will make your day! But really their drinks & staff are amazing.

I assumed every starbucks was the same in the country. I asked for something in my drink and the cashier acted like he knew what I was talking about. This girl handed me my drink and i asked about what I ordered and she said they didnt know what it was. If i knew they didnt have it from the start i would have ordered something else! Second, i bought a ham and cheese crossaint which HAS to be warmed up. It was cold. Cheese was cold, ham was cold, breading was wet.

Love to come here to grab some coffee before sitting down to study in the Tracy Hall (which has some of the best study spots on campus). Very tempting every time I have to pass by to get to class.
