Very irritating hours - what coffee shop is closed on a Sunday??? Also when you do go taste your drink before you leave … this was a Carmel macchiato … literally white
They were out of the drink I usually get. But the girl that took my order gave me a recommendation and I went for it and loved it👍🥤
Very upset with my visit. Waited in the drive through for approximately 20 minutes. Things happen but what really upset me was , I was next to pay and the person Infront of me order was taking a long time to complete sat behind that person for 15 minutes when I get up not even a sorry for your wait or a we had a little problem. A little courtesy goes a long way.
Hours are never the same. They choose to open when they want to. Venti cups are only half way filled when I go. Bad experience here.Went back and retried itWaited in line for 35 minutes at drive through because doors are closed. Had mobile order. They served it to me cold. Ridiculous!
I dont really like Starbucks coffee, but I had a gift card to use. Ive tried stopping in a few times the past few months, and it seems like theyre always closed.
I had a gift card I needed to use, so I ordered a coffee with a lot of cream and sugar. I mentioned this twice and again when at the window. I found that it had hardly any cream and sugar. I parked and went back to the shop but the door was locked (drive thru only). I drove back around only to find six cars ahead of me. I had to wait till I returned home to fix it properly.They also only have one type of coffee available. This has happened the few other times I have gone there.I’m sticking with Tim Hortons from now on.
Its inside the Buschs store in Tecumseh. Smells great. I dont drink coffee but they have a lot of business.
Waited a half an hour for a doppio espresso that tastes nothing like a doppio espresso. When we got to the window, we asked "is this a doppio espresso?" because it was cream colored when it should have been dark brown, and the worker said "yes". It tastes like watered down espresso with way too much syrup in it. Super disappointed 😞
Speak very slowly into the speaker, or plan to repeat your order five times to get it right. Make sure to read the screen to ensure your order is correct. Very over priced, but they did have the shortest line in the morning.
Dont bother to even go here if its even close to 5pm. I was in like at 445pm today, with 8 cars in front of me, and finally get up to the window at 5:03pm and the Starbucks employee turned me away bc they were already closed. I politely informed the employee that I had already even in line the whole time and he pretty much just said " oh I know, sorry(but like not sorry)". For future reference, please send an employee out if closing early at 5pm and have them close the Line down rather than waste peoples time waiting for nothing.
Literally never open at the same time regularly, always out of ingredients, you may never get the same drink tasting the same way twice. Quality is hit or miss, and so is service!!! Tried to go tonight at 6pm and they were closed although cars in front of me were being served and the website said open until 9pm and there were workers inside. Sat in line for over ten minutes and no one said anything to myself or the rest of the cars in line, just let us sit there until we gave up.
I love Starbucks! I was once really impatient but now with Covid and not being able to find help they are doing the best they can with what they have. My kids don’t mind it.
I keep meaning to write this review but have yet to get to it until now. I moved to Adrian in may of this year and was so excited to know there was a Starbucks in town but I was not ready for the experience I got. I have been to MANY Starbucks and even worked at one for a few years. NEVER have I encountered such amazing happiness and helpfulness and overall kindness at one of these stores as I have this one, and every time it’s the same. Way to go guys! Kept it up!
This place is closed every other week. They rarely have the ingredients to make the drinks. Its just not even average for the price. The staff have always been friendly though.
I have had many starbucks and I order the same thing which is a blonde vanilla iced latte and you cant even taste the coffee its like old or there not using the right coffee beans I dont know but it was disgusting worst coffee I ever had I couldnt even finish it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again still disgusting really need to step there game up!!!
They’re all a super sweet barista’s and great at their jobs too! They work really hard and always are helpful to other locations too. For a busy store, they know how to get things done. Love everyone there❤️
Their order in advance system is great but the order wasnt ready until like 5 minutes after the pickup time. Plus their seating was "closed" and they made me wear a mask.
Drip coffee wasnt hot, iced caramel macchiato was mixed (I like it separated so I can mix it).
Love the strawberry lemonade green tea. My more recent visits i tried a drink called Pink drink. I think next time i will specify how much ice i want I had more ice then drink!12-31-20 Went through the drive thru today got a hot chocolate which is usually good. Today it taste like un sweetened watered down coco powder.
Terrible customer service and slow workers. I am always so blown away by how many workers they can fit into the space just to stand around and watch 2 people actually make drinks. Nobody has 15 minutes to wait on a coldbrew, and the customer service response to slow lead times is always disappointing.
The most rude staff I have ever encountered. There was one gentleman working who was very helpful and nice, which is why I gave one star. The rest of the staff was extremely hostile and mean. I will no longer be supporting this establishment.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I waited 45 mins and there were only 5 cars in front of me for starters. Then they made my drink wrong and I did not want to wait for them to fix it because it would have taken 5-10 mins. The last time I decided to go here and give them another chance, I waited 30 mins and when I got up to order the person said that they are no longer taking in orders since they close at 6:00... I got in line at 5:30 PM, so I still expected them to accept my order. So frustrating!
Lazy is the best way to describe it. Half efforts putting together orders. Slow inside. Always out of stock with popular items so management is obviously an issue as well. Need 100% new staff.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been through. We waited a half hour in line and when we went to order the barista cut us off not allowing us to order anything else (we only ordered two coffees and two bagelswe ordered once we got to the window, and of course they were out of everything. The barista was rude. It took forever and then they couldn’t even figure out their card machine when we went to pay. We will never be back.
Everytime I come here the service is excellent thanks to John! He is very kind with his words and is very respectful. The coffee is always perfect and I have no complaints!
Fantastic experience yesterday (8/15/20John took our order and was absolutely fantastic! Definitely brought a smile to myself and best friends face!! You can tell he enjoys his job! Drink orders were made to perfection! 10/10!!! Thank you!!
Batista did not understand my order and it got messed up. Usually we have a good experience at Starbucks. The store is clean and bathrooms were clean. Staff helpful just not when ordering.
Always make good coffee and has good service but if you plan on coming to this Starbucks before work make sure you leave a half hour early or else you WILL be late. This place is SLLLOOOOOWWW. I’ve sat in the drive thru waiting for a half hour to 45 min for a coffee before.
Not a big fan of Starbucks coffee. Its too bitter. I do like their cold brew, just wish it came in a larger size. If nothing else is available, Ill stop in.
My visit to this Starbucks was not good whatsoever. But not only do I feel bad for myself for wasting money here I feel bad for the employees. I came during a BOGO happy hour or whatever and while I was waiting for my drinks (that I knew would take longthe woman who was the manager Mary was on the bar closest to where I was waiting and the way she addressed her employees was just so rude. I would have walked off my shift if I got talked to as disrespectful as they were. I did give two stars though because I could see how hard the two other young girls on bar were working despite the mistreatment.
Went in for a quick tea. Order was taken and created promptly. Absolutely no problem at all. Other Starbucks have gotten my order mixed up from time to time, but this crew was spot on.
Listen, Ive been coming to this location for years. Im a semi-regular, with a semi-regular order. The turnover rate is so high and the service so inconsistent that its almost impossible to form lasting bonds, let alone have employees that know giving me cows milk when I ordered soy is a serious issue. You can ask for soy four times and have it not added to the label - if its not on the label, its usually not in your drink, and congrats, youve just paid five dollars for a serious allergic reaction. The employees are nice enough (except when they argue with eachother at a loud volume while customers are in the shopbut the place needs serious help. The interior is dim, the floors and walls are dirty, and the vibe is just wrong. In the last year, I would say this place has a 20% success rate with making my drinks correctly. Thats a whole lot of money, or material, wasted because someone is either too overworked or undertrained to do their job correctly. After a final cows milk allergic reaction extravaganza (maybe, seriously, the 20th time this has happened this year), Ill be hard pressed to ever return.
I went into Starbucks in Adrian on Thanksgiving Day. There were 4 customers inside when I arrived. All of them were sitting down at a table, noone else in line. There were three people working and a fourth joined while I was waiting. I ordered a Grande Americano- super easy to make, grab a cup, push buttons and voila you have espresso, add water and done. During my 20 minute wait I observed employees talking with friends in the lobby, using their headsets to have personal conversations about past jobs and having a ton of fun- laughing and joking around. Three people that arrived after me and were served their drinks before I received mine. When my drink was finally complete noone knew what it was because it wasnt labeled. I had to state "Its probably my drink Ive been waiting 20 minutes" she had to ask what I ordered and moved forward with finishing my beverage. During my entire 20 minute wait not one employee asked me what I was waiting on, apologized for the long wait time, etc. I stood next to the counter very visibly waiting. I also noticed that the espresso station was trashed- a disaster everywhere. Ive been in Starbucks coffee shops all over the world for over 15 years and this was by far my worst experience ever. Its too bad because its in the town I grew up in too. Honestly, I wouldnt have left this bad review if the employee would have just said Im sorry for the long wait.
Been there like 5 times and had my order wrong almost every time. When someone orders a milk substitute it’s usually for a reason. I’ve gotten sick twice because I’m allergic to normal milk when I’ve order almond or soy but workers are too lazy and careless to make sure order is correct. Glad I’m paying $5+ for an allergic reaction.
I always order the same. Medium roast, grande cream & sugar. The service is always inconsistent. Sometimes I get a stopper most of the time not. My coffee is never stirred, even if I ask all the sugar sits at the bottom. The inconsistency is an issue across the board from customer service to quality to cleanliness, etc.
Usually pretty good when ordering for mobile pick up. If you order in store or the drive thru, you will be waiting several minutes. Either the store is too small for demand or they need more staff. They also need to up their inventory and ordering. They seem to run out of product quickly and it takes forever to replace it. When visiting here I like to try new items. I love other drinks besides coffee as well. Their entire menu for cold drinks is unavailable and has been for months. I would like to see these become available again.
Oh my God let tell me you about Starbucks in adrian... So many times my wife and daughter complained to me about their poor service... I cant take it anymore, worse Starbucks ever. They have now tried biggby coffee three stores down and said its amazing, but more expensive, but the drink looks nice and taste good. But I finally convinced them to go to Tim Hortons and they loved it. Will be updating both locations as they try them, from one husband and father to any other dad/ father our there, save yourself the headache, dont let them go to Starbucks, send them elsewhere.
Wow Starbucks what a new low. It was freezing inside. I saw people huddled up to their drinks like the last fire for the donner party. Also are you guys going for the gold in the jacked up order Olympics? Good lord it was an online order. Its all right there for you to read. Last, who the hell is that lady barking out names? Were all right there lady. Calm down.
I dont like it when I buy two extra shots of espresso. And they make my order and dump half of it in the sink. They need to get better at mixing so what I pay for dosent go down the drain with my hard earned money.
This Starbucks is up to standards. The service is friendly and efficient and the coffee treats are up to expectations. The location is ideal in a small strip plaza on the main commercial drag (US 223at the eastern edge of town. The facility is on the smallish side but has capacity to seat 25 or 30. This is one of my go-tos if I need a good coffee.
The smell was a little off compared to the normal smell you expect at a Starbucks*. Service was friendly. A little slow getting the order (around 2pmmedium amount of traffic in and out of the place. Overall decent experience.
Love the Adrian Starbucks! Such wonderful staff, especially Taylor, always smiling and giving me new drink ideas. Never get this service at the other ones I have visited.
The chances of me going back to this Starbucks are probably 1 in a billion. The white mocha with an extra shot of espresso was delicious. The kids behind the counter were terrible. As soon as I get in line one of the workers was rude with a customer. I didnt find that impressive. Then I noticed the girls looking at customers then talking into their head sets then laughing, the the other girls looked at the same customer then giggled and all looked at each other. It happen with every customer while I was there even with me. Basically, it was obvious these kids were talking smack about each customer that cane in there. I felt uncomfortable. Never again.
Normally the staff at a Starbucks is welcoming but this morning the girl was not friendly at all. I went through the drive through and she seemed annoyed to have a customer. She hardly even allowed me time to complete my order. I would have like to caught her name but she wasnt wearing a name tag. I even tipped (dispute the attitudeand no thanks was given. I hope next time they put someone more friendly at the window.
Incredibly friendly and thoughtful staff! They made a java chip frappe for a customer who never picked it up and so they gave it to me for free! Also when I went to order another coffee the lady told me refills are only 53¢ since I had been hanging out there, so got a nice and cheap second coffee. Additionally one of the staff members was willing to let me sit at her table in the back so I could conduct a Skype interview in a more quiet area. Seriously awesome workers there!! Best Starbucks Ive been to!
