Delicious! Quick service and friendly staff. Love it.

The staff at this location are friendly. The restaurant is clean and it has a good vibe. I enjoy working from here occassionally as a change of environment. Parking is very limited hence I am removing a star.

Had to get a Carmel frap before work

Came in at 6am.So many flies! Fly traps were out, but the crumbs on the tables from the night before probably weren’t helping. I’d estimate 18 flies in the area I sat. Asked for fly swatter. They didn’t have one.

very bad service, ordered online via starbuck app, then people who came in the store later got their orders before me, my order took 20 mins. …… I will never ever leave tips again .

This is the worst Starbucks ever. They are ALWAYS out of Oatmilk. They always take forever and even if they do have the ingredients it’s not usually made right. If you are out of Oatmilk that often, consider ordering more. It isn’t a problem at other locations.

My wife likes some i think its strawberry or maybe its raspberry drinks from here. Shes lactose intolerant, so her drinks are made with almond milk and no cream usually!

I was there 5 minutes to 9 and he had a car that was being dispatched and he arrived there at the microphone of the driver trunk Im a customer of that Starbucks and they dont want to sell me its already there waiting I wont buy anything from that business there

Great coffee but as to be expected from Starbucks.... It was expensive.

Best Starbucks in Utah!Ive been to just about every Starbucks from SLC to Logan and this is hands down the fastest, friendliest Brick and Mortar Starbucks around. We always stop by when were in town, and it has to disappoint!

I love this Starbucks. Everyone is so friendly. They always get my order right and Nick is definitely the barista master. Nick deserves a raise !!!

A great experience through the drive through. The barista was so sweet, he definitely deserves a raise for his excellent customer service. I wish I wouldve caught his name.

Fastest Starbucks ever. Very clean

Not impressed. I ordered inside at the counter, they were slow inside though drive through was busy. After my order was taken, it took almost 15 minutes to get my drink. Not one of the employees bothered to ask what I was waiting for. Luckily I was only passing through and will not return. You can do better Starbucks.

Awesome staff! They were pretty quick and my food and coffee was great as always!

My daughter and I visited this Starbucks while we waited for an oil change, and Nick offered to make my daughter a whipped cream latte with caramel and sprinkles. It was the BEST thing ever - and it truly made her/our day! He was super kind and gracious. Thank you, Nick!

Pricey but the Chai Latte is delicious. They need to bring back the roasted ham & swiss. Why would you take your best sandwich off the menu? Bring it back!

*Worst Starbucks*Last night at approx 8:58pm I went through the drive thru, where a barista took my order. At 9:00 another voice came on the intercom and said that they were closed. The barista taking my order followed suit and proceeded to turn all the lights off at the establishment.The next day I was able to call that Starbucks and talk to the shift lead who told me that they didn’t take my order and that their systems automatically shut down at 9 pm, which I have confirmed was a lie as wellThis Starbucks has no respect for their customers and are in dire need of chromed service training.Its important to note, that I was just looking for an apology, which I never got, from this Starbucks for proceeding to take my order even though they’re systems automatically “turn off” at 9 pm and for the turning the lights off on me.Thank you Starbucks for not having the decency to treat me like a person!

So me and my friend went to the Starbucks on 12th St., Ogden, UT and we ordered cotton candy Frappuccino‘s and they repeated our order three times to make sure it was right and when we got to the window they gave us vanilla bean Frappuccino’s and it didn’t have the filling and it was straight vanilla it didn’t even Have the raspberry syrup and when we got to the window they were pretty rude so that’s a 2 star.I do not recommend this place, I really hope they fix this.

Always “out of items” in drive thru. I choose 3 diff sandwiches, all of which they are out of, over a course of weeks. Then ask them if they can add cheese to my sandwhich and omit the bacon. They say “no, sorry we can’t add cheese” Ridiculous!

We went to 4 other Starbucks before this one and I have to say this by far is the best one we have been to they took our challenge and fulfilled it they were very pleasant and their customer service is amazing I would highly recommend this place to any coffee lover keep it up yall.

I dont drink coffee, but Starbucks is still a favorite stop of mine. I have hot chocolate or cold strawberry drinks in the summer. Their banana nut loaf knows no equal!

My daughter and I go to this Starbucks quite often and every time our guy Nick is there he makes us laugh and enjoy our time there. Nick is always is a fun and happy mood and he shares it with everyone. We always leave giggling and laughing and make it home with a big smile on our faces. Feeling down and need to feel good with a little fun and laughs go to this Starbucks while Nick is there. Thanks Nick for so many smiles

They were really busy when we went, but the service was great! Really friendly staff and excellent service! I love this location!

I had the worst experience at this location. They were unapologetic and gave one of my drinks away. They get me the wrong size on another drink. Summer was trying to get me to leave without making eye contact at the windows while it took three of them to try to fix a problem that wasn’t fixed. It was an absolute mess.

Fantastic service. Clean and family friendly place. Ive never had a bad experience at any Starbucks. (Obsessed with the pink drink and their brownie!)

I have been going to this Starbucks for years around 2016-2017 I moved around this area and I must say that Ive received the best service just recently from a gentleman at the drive-thru window named Nick wearing a black apron and he was beyond helpful, he made me feel as if I was a special customer and was very joyful I loved the friendly smile on his face as well as the friendly tone of his voice I think this Starbucks has been looking for an employee like him for quite a while dont get me wrong the other employees are good too but he went above and beyond. I think he is amazing and he should be managing a Starbucks instead of working the window at one, this is the best service Ive ever gotten from this Starbucks, great job Nick thanks for helping me have a special holiday season.⛄

I was so impressed w the service today. After being today the only had one box of cranberry bliss bars the guy at the window found the second box I was looking for, saving me at lot of time two days before Christmas! He was cheerful, helpful & a joy to work with. Good job Starbucks!

Ive lived in 6 states 2 countries & traveled around half of the US. Gone throu Cancer while out of a job during Covid. This Starbucks was & is honestly my happy place. The great atmosphere, professionalism, sweet & caring people always make me come back & feel in love with Utah & the people that work their. Because of the Cancer I cant have soy so I love that I can substitute alternate milks. I never took advantage of those options before at any Starbucks. They NEVER get my order wrong & I will always come here.

Went to this location today. Order 3 completely different drinks and they were out of 1-2 items to make them. Had to sit in line for no reason just to leave, the 2 carS behind me same thing. DO NOT COME TO WASHINGTON BLVD LOCATION

Bought a Venti Caramel Macchiato and my cup its only half way full with the actual drink and a little foam almost 7 dollars for a half full drink

This place has horrible costumer service. We stood to order for 5 minutes and no one said anything to us. They all looked at us but never said anything. Then another person walked up and they helped them before us. Then I had so say something to them to be able to order and the girl that helped us gave us major attitude. I get they were busy but they could have said one second or anything to acknowledge us but no they just looked at us and said nothing.

Where do I even start 🙄 I order through the mobile pickup and was told it would be ready by 3:05. 3:15 and I’m still waiting in the store while everyone talks except 1 person making the drinks. Not to mention there was about 15 flys around me. (Maybe get a fly trap?Finally someone asks me what I’m waiting for and quickly made it. (Couldn’t have done that in the first place?I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. Got home and 1 of the sandwich’s had a long black hair in it 🤮 seriously? Do better! This store is only 5 mins from my house but I will be driving out of my way from now on to go to a different store because this is not the first time I’ve had horrible service here.

There was a barista at the drive through with long, dark hair that was so fun - I wish I had caught her name. She reminded us of Garcia from the Netflix show Lucifer. She chatted with everyone in the car for the whole time they were setting up our order, and we left feeling totally entertained :)

They mess up here 2/4 times. Today we ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. They took our payment and immediately after told us they didn’t have nitro. They asked if regular cold brew was ok, we hesitantly said ok. She said she would make it a venti. They drink she handed to us did not look like a cold brew with sweet cream. Usually the sweet cream is the top layer. It was already coffee mixed with something. Didn’t taste like cold brew with sweet cream either. We will avoid this location.

Customer service was not so great. I stood by the register for a couple minutes and none of the employees acknowledged me. I dont like that at all. I usually walk away when this happens. I figure they dont want my service. They were busy, I understand that but they got our orders wrong and my coffee was not hot at all. This place is usually better.....maybe they were having an off day??

Starbucks has always been typical. Typically good coffee with a standard that we have all come to know and expect. The coffee here is no exception. Good stuff good people. Great choice.

It was good and delicious as usual. Got a little flustered for a few minutes when my drink order couldnt be found even though i ordered from the app via my phone ahead of time. But with that said, they hurried to find it and got it made and my panini and croissant came out hot and delicious too!

This is not my normal place to stop for a drink, and I was thrown off when I had to change my order because of lack of sugar free options. I ended up with a basic not flavored drink that honestly tastes like any other place.

Well, what can I say. Im obligated to come here. I have over 5k stars from a credit card offer which I did to try out this place. Enough with the flexing. I never understood Starbucks because I didnt like overpriced drinks and food but its actually pretty good. Service is great, food is good and they have a vast array of tasty drinks. Definitely has the best vegan sausage sandwich of any fast food restaurant even though Im an omnivore. Will I come back after I run out of stars, probably not but if you want convenience, tasty food and drinks out of this world then come check it out.

This has been my go to coffee shop the last 9 months. I love the people who work there, they have great customer service. My reasoning for giving a 2 star rating is the last 5 times I have went my order has been wrong. They have not been adding the extras that I paid extra for.And honestly if im paying $10 for my drink i expect it to be correct. Other then that this place has been great.

i was highly unsatisfied with the customer service I received as i ordered my drink at the box. i love Starbucks and have never had an issue with this particular one, but after my experience i’m sure to never return. whether this employee was having a bad day or not i don’t think it was right for him to act the way he did. i will say the young lady at the window was very kind... at least some of your staff has manners.

From my own professional personal preference, I think this is the most excellent coffee place open late. The large Mocha Frappuccino, this is always great.....

I love Starbucks coffee and food. Normally, I would recommend this restaurant, but choose another location if possible. I only go here because it’s closest on my way to work, but half the time my order is wrong or the coffee is cold so I have to fix it when I get to work or warm it up. Mind you, I get brewed coffee, cream, and maybe some sweetener-nothing complicated. Not sure why it’s just this location, but the employees sure are nice, bless their hearts.

Starbucks is my favorite place! I love coffee! My number one drink is a butterscotch latte with an extra shot of coffee. I think its a seasonal drink but it was the best I had ever tried. I also love the hard gingerbread cookies they have at the check out for dipping in your coffee, really good. Enjoy your day!

I love.. LOVE the staff here! Super friendly and always informative as well as accommodating on their products. My go to! Highly recommend for their fast drive, quality customer service and friendly environment. Wither you rushing between appointments or work, or want to sit in the diner or even bask in the sun on their outer patio, you can always depend on a reliable and friendly experience.

For some reason the coffee does not taste like a starbucks. It has a beautiful view of the mountains in Utah.
