Good store with nice helpful employees. Well made refreshers (not pale or weak). Also friend to dogs with offers of pup cups. Good people.
This location never has enough of anything. Always sold out they need to adjust there ordering for demand so they can stop saying there out of things.

Took a very very long time to get drinks. Saw people who ordered in line after me get drinks before me.My drink was not correct and when I told them, the started to fix it then stopped and did 2 other drinks before finishing.Its been a long time since I have waited 40mins for coffee!!I am glad I finally got the right drink.
I adore this location. My coffee order is always right, no matter the day or time I visit.
Terribly slow. 26 minutes to get egg bites and 2 drinks. One drink was not correct and one set of egg bites was over cooked (brown), which I have never seen at any Starbucks. Multiple people asked to cancel orders and get refunded while we waited.

Did a mobile order and after waiting 40 minutes they told me it would be another 30 minute wait. I could not wait so paid $17 and did not receive anything. I was told they could not refund mobile orders in the store and I need to call a 1 800 number. If you are that far behind you should turn off the option for mobile orders.

That mocha cookie crumble frap is love In a cup. Tastes like a desert! Also the spinach egg and cheese wrap is a good way to start the day

Park and walked into the store to find all systems are down and they are only accepting APP orders. Werent really pleasant about it. Makes we want to shred my Starbucks Card.
The people there are so very nice, courteous, caring and helpful but Im sorry to say the coffee is nothing short of horrible. I got the worst heartburn lasting for several hours, far longer than the coffee buzz and it certainly didnt give me $5 worth of caffeine high. But thats all Starbucks.
Met an online acquaintance for coffee and cake and had a good time. The tables seemed to work just as needed.
Today I wanted to reward myself with my favorite peppermint white mocha, nonfat, no whip, no foam, nonroom. When my husband returned with my drink I took that wonderful first drink. Soo disappointed! It wasnt white mocha, it was at least an inch from the top and loaded with foam. My wonderful husband took it back and asked for another one. He got home and to my great disappointment it was wrong again. Starbucks charges a lot of money for their drinks. Im willing to pay the price but when its wrong it really is depressing. Guess I wi start going to dunkin
The WORST Starbucks ever!!! I had grounds in my coffee and I wanted 10 minutes for them to brew a cup of grounds and water not mixed
Placed a mobile order and when I went to pick up my order, the doors were locked, while other customers were still inside. A worker came to the door to inform us we would all need to go through the drive thru to get our orders, because they are understaffed. I understand that is a common problem these days, but you have customers already inside and wont let me just pick up my mobile order??? And all of a sudden your understaffed, when you werent 5 minutes earlier??? Really stupid.
Great tasting coffees, a little pricy but the best is worth it once in a while. Cant afford a daily fix like the yuppies get.
Ordered a coffee on my phone at 9:24. Arrived to the store at 9:35. (The app said my estimated pick up was 9:33). I waited 10 minutes in the store and still had no coffee. Finally said something and their reply was “doing the best we can”. If you can’t keep up with mobile order then they SHOULD NOT be offered. People use mobile ordering to save time/when they need to be someone and can’t wait. So ordering on my phone at 9:24 and waiting 35 minutes after that time for a coffee is absolutely insane.
Its good. It be better if the coffee didnt taste like the barista put their cigarettes out it it. Theres always this weird ashy flavor that comes from the way they roast theyre beans to release the oils.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Love my Starbucks but will choose to go to a different location in the future.
Horribly slow not sure about the drive thru. However inside there was only 4-5 people ahead of us in line and it took over 20 mins to order. Plus there are flies like everywhere in the store and bathrooms.
Great service here at this Eastern Shore location, with very kind and helpful staff that clearly care about their customers! Stopped here on our way back from a great OC beach weekend and the order ahead feature at this location was very appreciated! The only thing that Google messed up was the directions from driving on 113 N-bound and where to turn left! The actual turn is farther up 113 than where the bank is, otherwise you cant park in the Starbucks lot! Plz fix Google!!
This store has a bad barista I order a coffee and they made a wrong coffee I ask the barista about what I want to exchange it he didn’t respond and take time to help when he help me he did the terrible coffee in the world even the shape he didn’t care to made it good I attached the pictures!! I’m a gold stars customer in Starbucks from a long time I didn’t see a bad person like this man! I didn’t drink my coffee because of him I hope they check their worker!
We love this place! Our orders are always perfect, and the staff are so nice! Our pup loves the complementary puppuccino!
Terrible got a large coffee extra cream and sugar ther is no sugar and 10000 cream hot coffee is cold never ever ever coming back to this location
Since there is not a small locally owned business of this nature in the area, I occasionally stop in here. Easily the nicest, friendliest staff.
I like Starbucks and this Starbucks would have gotten maybe 4 stars but getting into this place is like going through a maze. They need to fix the parking lot, make it easier to access, and have arrows showing you how to get into the drive thru. By the time I realized i was passing the Starbucks I had to pull into the BJ’s parking lot to turn around, wait for the light to go back on 113 then do a u turn to get into the correct parking lot. From there it wasn’t much easier to find the drive thru. As of right now I’ve ended up behind the building where the drive thru lame is not accessible.
Always a friendly voice on the other side of the drive thru speaker. Coffee / drinks are always consistent. Definitely recommend this Starbucks!

There is a big talk going on with how we need to support local business and not these GIANT SCARY COPERATIONS. But the truth of the matter is Starbucks especially in Millsboro brings the feel of a local touch to it. You get great service from both staff and management great cup of coffee or what ever happens to fill your cup. I am a local designer and builder. Im always on the move and constantly on the phone, connecting those who want to build their dream home to those who can build there dream home so Im sure you can imagine the level of concertation and energy that goes into everyday life. But being able to stop by and have a sip of coffee provided by local faces is always a plus. GREAT JOB GUYS!
It’s Starbucks coffee. Plan to be here for a while, even if all you order is 1 small thing. They are pretty slow.
I would rate them five stars but unfortunately service has been a lot slower than usual. Im sure it stems from management not having enough workers per shift or maybe its covid related (Im never had a bad experience with any worker there.. they are all great). Im only complaining because I was almost hit today trying to get my coffee at starbucks. The line was into route 13 in the turn lane and a semi truck came flying down the road and almost hit me. I think corporate or management should figure out something with increasing parking accessibility or to speed up the drive through times so someone doesnt get hurt or killed..
If you love Starbucks and great customer service then you should definitely stop by! Barista made wrong drink due to cashier but her response to the error was amazing! Instead of throwing it in the trash she offered it to someone who hadnt ordered yet. Im not sure if this is allowed but I will say I truly enjoyed witnessing the happiness brought on by the gesture. I wish more places could do stuff like this instead of it going to waste. Theres plenty of good to be passed around it just takes a special act of kindness to get it started ❤.
The atmosphere and the surrounding attracts value customer, they should probably spend their extra income in maintaining and improving the surroundings.
Gave us an Iced coffee after ordering a HOT coffee on 8 separate occasions now. It doesnt say ICED anywhere on the coffee. How about instead of chatting with me about my day, you get the coffee correct and stop making the wrong one over and over again?
I went 30 mins before closing and had the absolute worst experience. I understand you probably had cleaned up to get out exactly at 9pm, but your customers should be your first priority. Kat was responsible for my bad experience. She didn’t greet us or ask if we wanted a receipt.
Anything you put in Millsboro is going to fail and give the company a bad name. At first, they were great. Quick, drinks were perfect, very friendly. Now... horrible. Theyve lost all of their good employees. The drinks are absolutely disgusting. You get a snotty attitude if you ask for a remake, which usually turns out just as bad. Danny, Hope & Kat were amazing. I didnt mind paying $7.00 for my coffee when they made it. This morning was the last straw for me. I went from spending hundreds of dollars a month at this Starbucks to being disgusted by it. Ill be going back to my people at Dunkin from now on.
New location !!! Very large, nice & clean. Very lovely baristas, too. Had a flat white, was perfectly prepared !
Tastes like ground up old tires and at high prices too! I dont see why people like Starbucks. BUT... people who work there are polite.
Stop to get a Java Chip. It was nice to have a barista who took pride in his work and did an excellent job in preparing the drink for us. It was delicious beyond compare so smooth and creamy with plenty of chocolate chips.
I love it here! The atmosphere is amazing because of the friendly and generous staff and I can always get my homework and study sessions done here. I highly recommend this place. This was my first time coming here and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
I have always had a pleasant and absolutely amazing experience at the Millsboro Starbucks. Anytime I come in Nichole and Hope have always greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to try one of their new menu items. The atmosphere is perfect for meeting friends or working on assignments remotely. I am truly appreciative that we have a coffee shop in town now.
I recently just went to through the drive-thru on October 26th at 1:20pm. I was treated disrespectfully when I asked the lady to remake my drink. I do not recommend this Starbucks when it comes to costumer service. This is supposed to be high quality coffee, I expect quality customer service.
