Renting storage here was absolutely painless and easy. Signing up was a breeze and I was texted my gate code within an hour or so of clicking on the unit size I wanted. I would 100% suggest this facility to anybody who is looking for easy access self storage.

Get a storage unit with a few clicks on your phone! My usual place was closed on Sunday and I wasn’t able to rent another unit til the next day, but I found stark storage and was able to pick my unit, talk to a person over the phone, and get in within a matter of 15 minutes! So thankful and have already set up a friend with them🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What wonderfully easy people to work with! Awesome rates for the 25 foot deep storage unit I rented.My husband and I were building a new house and thought that we needed a storage unit to store furniture and such that we collected in the intervening time. 7 days later it turns out, our decorator didnt actually need the storage. I emailed the owner fully expecting to be on the hook for the next whole month (since it was only two days before the 1st of the month). However, the owner responded to my email right away, assured me that my deposit would be refunded to my AMEX and that I would not be charged for the next month. This was especially nice since I had not actually used the space at allThis is the way to do business with people. And, now, I would only use Stark storage, even if they had higher prices than others around. And I will be sure to recommend them to any friends and family that have a need for extra storage.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Celeste and she made our rental really easy, our unit was brand new and very easy to access. The property has several cameras and is very well lit at night. Great Experience
