I recently had the pleasure of working with Fran Pasquini on the acquisition of an insurance policy and i was extremely satisfied with the service that was provided. The world of insurance can be a complicated and overwhelming arena for customers like myself. However, in this circumstance, Fran was always polite, respectful, insightful, and understanding. She exhibited the patience that was needed and provided me with the knowledge and understanding i needed in order to make the best decisions about my policy. I truly could not be more satisfied with having Fran in my corner to help me in an eventful time in my life. As long as State Farm continues to have employees like her helping the customers out in their everyday life events, State Farm will always have a customer in me.

They deserve more then 5 stars! I needed a bond to be licenced in NYS and they always take care of it for me. This year I waited until the last minute and they called me when they said they would and took care of everything! I cant thank everyone enough!

We have had insurance with Jane for a good many years! She has ALWAYS been able to help us with our insurance needs. Most recently, our son purchased a home & called Jane for assistance with his homeowners insurance. Jane and her staff makes life simple and easy to have insurance on a car while youre dealing DMV. They processed the insurance change over the phone from my old car to my current car, then emailed me a copy of my new insurance cards. Their efforts saved me a trip back to DMV because I was able to register my current car and receive tags all in the same "1" visit to DMV. I truly appreciate what you did for me.
